Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a cable storage device according to the preamble of Claim 1.
Such cable storage devices are from German published application DE 27 56 023 A1 known, from which a cable drum emerges, in which the electrical cable a bobbin is wound. The winding former is used for winding or unwinding the cable rotated in the appropriate direction. That is why with conventional cable drums Sliding contacts required.
The object of the present invention is to provide a cable storage device, in which there is no need for corresponding sliding contacts.
According to the invention, this is in a cable storage device according to the preamble of the claim 1 achieved in that the winding body consists of a spring element, the extent of which can be changed, which means an effective winding length with the same length Number of cable turns is changeable. When pulling the cable out of the housing the spring element pulls under the force of the cable windings wrapping around it together, so that its scope and thus the effective winding length is reduced. The sum of all reductions in the effective winding lengths of the individual cable turns then corresponds to the cable length obtained when the cable is pulled out. The The arrangement according to the invention is space-saving and therefore preferred for installation in housings suitable for small household appliances.
According to a preferred embodiment, the spring element is more elastic, more open or spiral ring formed. As a result, the spring element is very simple and inexpensive realized. Alternatively, a cylinder can be used instead of the ring. Then several cable turns can be wound next to each other on the winding body be.
The first end section of the spring element is preferably held in the housing the second end portion of the spring element is movable relative thereto. This leads to one pleasant operating feeling with low actuation forces. Furthermore, a safe and given guidance of the cable. These advantages are particularly pronounced when the first end section of the spring element in the region of the first cable end section in the cable storage device is supported. The same applies if the cable goes through an opening of the housing is guided to the outside and the first end portion of the spring element is held in the area of the opening.
According to a preferred embodiment, the movable second end section of the spring element guided in the inner wall of the spring element. This is when it comes to and from Retracting the cable given an even decrease in the circumference of the bobbin. Furthermore, the stability of the winding body is improved by this support.
The inner wall delimiting the cable turns circumferentially is preferably of the housing designed according to the shape of the spring element. This defines them Geometric relationships exist when the spring element reaches its maximum circumference having. The cable turns or the outermost cable turn is close to the Inner wall of the housing. This causes the cable to pull immediately and is implemented free of play in the gain of available cable length.
An extremely flat implementation form of the cable storage device can be achieved if the clear height of the housing perpendicular to the circumference of the spring element substantially is equal to the outside diameter of the cable. If this is of minor importance, can be ensured by a known derailleur device that the Cable turns are essentially next to each other on the winding body.
Below is an embodiment of the invention based on schematic representations Cable storage device described.

3 begrenzendes Kabelstaufach 6 gebildet. In diesem ist ein zwei- oder
dreiadriges Netzkabel 7 herausziehbar gespeichert.
In a rear area 1 of an otherwise not shown and known iron

(Fig. 2, 4).
an.
The
spiralförmig an diesem entlang.
6 drückt (Fig. 1, 2).When pulling on the
