Kabelaufrollvorrichtung.
Cable reel device. The present invention is. a cable retractor for high-voltage and low-voltage systems, in which at least one spiral spring is tensioned when pulling out the cable and thereby following the unrolling of the rolled up cable. The device is characterized in that this spiral spring serves as a current conductor, and when the tension on the cable is released, it is rolled back onto the cable reel by the tension of the spiral spring.
In the accompanying drawing, two embodiments of the subject invention are shown.
Fig. 1 shows an axial section along the line A-A in Fig. 2 of a first Ausfüh approximately example.
FIG. 2 is a horizontal section through this device along the line B-B in FIG. 1.
3 and 4 show a second exemplary embodiment shown in the same way as the first, FIG. 3 showing a section along the line C-C in FIG. 4, and FIG. 4 showing a section along the line D-D in FIG.
In the embodiment according to FIGS. 1 and 2, 1 is a circular base plate made of insulating material, for example made of molded resin or another suitable plastic, with a downward facing th, on the periphery of the plate seated frame 2, which serves as a cover for the power supply lines . Suction feet 3 are provided on the base plate. These suction feet have the task of preventing the device from moving on a smooth surface when pulling out the cable.
The plate 1 also has an upwardly directed annular rim 4. The base plate 1 has in the center an upwardly stepped hub 5 in which an axis 6 with a thread 7 is fixed at the upper free end. On the lowest level of the hub 5, a circular plate 8 is rotatably mounted, on which a cylinder 9 of insulating material forming a bobbin case is firmly attached, which is closed at the top by a cover plate 11 held by screws 10 on the cylinder 9.
On the steps of the hub 5 formed as rings metal plates 12, 13, 14 and 15 are supported and between these plates discs 16, 17 and 18 made of insulating material are inserted. The metal plates 12 to 15 all have the same outer diameter, as do the insulating washers. The diameter of the latter, however, is greater than that of the plates 12 to 15. These plates and washers are pressed together by the hub 19 of an upper end plate 20 screwed onto the thread part 7 with an eyebolt 21 inserted. This ring screw 21 serves as a support element for the Vorrich device, which can also be hung on the ring of this screw.
The end plate 20 has a collar 22 directed in the direction of the abiÄ @ arrts, the lower boundary of which is so far removed from the upper edge of the edge 4 that the cable to be unwound and rolled up can pass smoothly between them. The end plate 20 is designed as a grooved disc. The groove 23 thus formed serves to receive the cable end protruding from the housing when the cable is not in use by being wound into the same.
On the outer surfaces of the metal plates 12, 13, 14 and 15, spiral springs 25 in the manner of clock springs are fastened by means of rivets 24, the outer ends of which are also fixed to the cylinder 9 by rivets 26. The rivets 26 go through the wall of the cylinder 9 are intended as a conductor. and on the outer heads of the wires 27 of the current dissipating cable 28 be fastened.
The metal plates 12, 13 and 14 are in conductive connection through pins 29 reaching downwards under the base plate 1 with terminals 30, and the axis 6, with which the plate 15 is in conductive connection, also has a line connection 31 , so that the four wires 32 of the supply cable 33 can be connected to terminals 30 and 31.
So that the four wires 32 of the supply cable 33 through the pins 29 and the axis 6 with the metal plates 12, 13, 14 and 15, the coil springs 25 and the rivets 26 with the wires 27 of the dissipating cable 28 are conductively connected.
With respect to the discharge cable 28, the spiral springs 25 are arranged in such a way that when the cable is pulled out of the rail, the springs are wound up and thus tensioned.
As soon as the tension on the cable 28 gives way, the springs roll the same back onto the cylinder 9.
Instead of being connected to four-core cables 1, the device described can also be designed for two-, three- or multi-core cables, in which case a number of metal plates, spiral springs and insulating washers arranged between them must be available corresponding to the number of cores.
The second embodiment shown in Figs. 3 and 4 relates to a. Device which, compared to the one described above, enables the cable to be pulled out to a greater length. While in the first embodiment, the cable can only be pulled out so far as it equips the tensioning, that is, the winding of the coil springs 25 on the metal disks, in the second example, a transmission gear on a tension spring 35 is seen before, according to the selected translation to be able to pull the cable far enough out of the facility.
The cable reel 37, 38 is accommodated in the upper part of the housing 34 of the device and the power supply organs and the tension spring 35 are accommodated in the lower part. These two parts of the housing 34 are separated from one another by an intermediate base 36. The freely rotating cable reel consists of the upper and lower flange 37 with a frame 38 in between. In order to be able to mount the organs present in the cavity enclosed by the latter, the upper flange can be removed and screwed onto the frame at 39.
The cable reel can be rotated about an axis 40 screwed into the housing cover. The Ge housing, its bottom 41, the intermediate bottom 36 and the cable reel are made of an electrically non-conductive material. The axis 40, which be made of a conductive material, passes through the intermediate floor 36 through a sleeve 42 made of insulating material. on which a conductive sleeve 43 is pulled and this is superimposed in the intermediate bottom 36 ge. A disk 44 is used to divide the inner space formed by the frame 38 into an upper and a lower part.
A current-carrying spiral spring 45 is arranged in the upper part, the inner end of which is fastened to an adjusting ring 63 clamped on the axle 40 and the outer end of which is fastened to the inside of the frame 38. To fasten the outer end of this spring 45, a screw bolt 46 is used, which is passed through the frame wall 38 and on the outside of which the strand 47 of the cable 48 is connected to the bolt. The other cable strand 49 is in an analogous manner by means of a screw bolt 50 guided through the frame wall in the lower part of the interior of the frame 38 separated by the disc 44 with a bushing 51 connected.
A bolt 52, which is pressed against the sleeve 43 by means of a helical spring 64, is mounted in this bushing so as to be axially displaceable. This bolt 52, which can for example be a carbon brush, is used to produce a sliding contact with respect to the sleeve 43, because the latter is firmly seated while the contact bolt 52 rotates around the cable reel.
The lower flange 37 of the cable reel carries a toothed piston 53 which meshes with a gear 54. This is attached to a shaft 55, which is mounted in the intermediate floor 36 at the top and in a foundation plate 56 at the bottom. Between these two bearing parts, which have hubs facing each other, an adjusting ring is attached to the shaft 55, to which the inner end of the tension spring 35 is fixed. The outer end of this spring is attached to the inner wall of the housing 34 at 57. A cylindrical jacket 58 is arranged around the tension spring 35.
Power can be supplied to the device via two contact pins 59 which are arranged in an indentation 60 in the housing 34; bare conductors 61 and 62 lead from the inner ends of the contact pins 59 to the connections. The conductor 61 goes to the axis 40 and the other conductor 6? to the sleeve 43.
In such a device in the enterprise lies the current path from a contact pin 59 via the conductor 67, the axis 40, the collar 63, the spiral spring 45, the frame 38 through-generating bolt 46, the strand 47 of the cable 48, the consumer , the cable strand 49, the screw bolt 50, the coil spring 64 and, the bushing 51, the sliding contact 52, the sleeve 43, the bare conductor 62 to the other contact pin 59.
When the cable 48 is pulled out of the opening 65 of the housing 34, the current-carrying spiral spring 45 is wound up and thus tensioned. With this tension, the cable reel and thus the toothed piston 53 also rotate and with this the gearwheel 54, which winds the tension spring 35 and thus tensions it. Depending on the translation of the gears 53, 54, the possible unwinding and winding angle of the cable roll is determined and thus a corresponding cable extension length is guaranteed.
This device is designed for both high and low voltage systems. In high-voltage systems, for example, irons, vacuum cleaners and Blocher as well as hair clippers in hairdressers, hand lamps, portable tools, such as drills in workshops and garages, can be connected to the network via the same. In low-voltage systems, this device according to the invention is preferably used, inter alia, for the telephone.
