Description
- l'unité de gestion est un microprocesseur qui reçoit sur une entrée un convertisseur analogique/numérique, la tension audit point entre ladite bobine et ledit moteur électrique.
- le transistor est commandé par l'unité de gestion de façon tout ou rien ;
- l'unité de gestion commande le transistor de façon à réaliser une alimentation progressive de la ou des bobines du contacteur.
- la figure 1, déjà analysée, représente schématiquement un démarreur comportant un dispositif de commande électronisé ;
- la figure 2 est une représentation semblable à celle de la figure 1 pour un démarreur comportant un dispositif de commande conforme à un mode de réalisation possible de l'invention ;
- la figure 3 est un organigramme qui illustre différentes étapes mises en oeuvre par le microprocesseur du dispositif de la figure 2.
Claims (7)
- Dispositif pour la commande d'un contacteur de démarreur de véhicule automobile, ledit contacteur (1) comportant un contact de puissance (1a) qui commande l'alimentation du moteur électrique du démarreur et au moins une bobine (2, 3) qui commande le déplacement dudit contact, une des bobines (2, 3) dudit contacteur (1) étant montée entre la borne d'alimentation à la tension de la batterie et le moteur électrique (M), ledit dispositif comportant une unité (5) pour la gestion de la commande du démarreur (D), ainsi qu'un élément de commande (4), contrôlé par ladite unité de gestion (5), qui commande l'alimentation de la ou des bobines (2, 3) du contacteur (1), caractérisé en ce que l'élément de commande (4) est transistor et l'unité de gestion (5) comporte des moyens pour commander le blocage du transistor (4) lorsque, à l'issue d'un temps prédéterminé après la fermeture de l'interrupteur de contact (6) du véhicule, la tension en un point donné entre la bobine et le moteur n'est pas supérieure à un seuil prédéterminé (U0).
- Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que l'unité de gestion (5) est un microprocesseur et en ce que ce microprocesseur reçoit sur une entrée un convertisseur analogique/numérique, la tension audit point entre ladite bobine (2, 3) et ledit moteur électrique (M).
- Dispositif selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le transistor (4) est commandé par l'unité de gestion (5) de façon tout ou rien.
- Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce que l'unité de gestion (5) commande le transistor (4) de façon à réaliser une alimentation progressive de la ou des bobines du contacteur (1).
- Dispositif pour la commande de l'alimentation d'un démarreur (D) de véhicule automobile qui comprend un contacteur (1) comportant un contact de puissance qui commande l'alimentation du moteur électrique du démarreur et au moins une bobine (2, 3) qui commande le déplacement dudit contact, caractérisé en ce qu'il comporte en outre un dispositif de commande de contacteur (1) selon l'une des revendications précédentes.
- Dispositif selon la revendication 5, caractérisé en ce que le contacteur (1) comporte une bobine d'appel (2) et une bobine de maintien (3).
- Démarreur de véhicule automobile, caractérisé en ce qu'il intègre un dispositif de commande d'alimentation selon la revendication 5.
