Description

La présente invention concerne un conditionnement équipé d'un moyen d'enregistrement et d'identification d'informations selon le préambule de la revendication 1 ainsi qu'un flan selon le préambule de la revendication 3.The present invention relates to a packaging equipped with a means of registration and identification of information according to the preamble of claim 1 and a blank according to the preamble of claim 3.

For many applications, it is necessary to to be able to obtain information quickly and easily the product or products packed in cardboard packaging corrugated, on its destination, on its origin or other.

This is how important it is to be able to identify easily the nature of the packaged items, their weight, their expiry date etc ...

Similarly, when packaging or cardboard packages corrugated must be sent to different recipients, but are stored in one place or transported by a single conveying means, it is necessary to be able to identify easily the destination of each packaging, in order to be able to direct the conditioning to the post appropriate shipping.

US 1 850 714 A décrit un flan selon le préambule de la revendication 3.EP 0 615 285 A (corresponding to the preamble of claim 1) has proposed for this purpose to fix a circuit having at least two terminal terminals to a carton packing and apply a conductive element to the carton and to the circuit to define an antenna, so that the conductive element establishes electrical contact with the two terminal terminals. US 1,850,714 A discloses a blank according to the preamble of claim 3.

The present invention aims to propose a solution more simple to the problem above, by recording the desired information on an interactive microprocessor of the type commonly referred to as "electronic chip" and rendering simple way this chip solidarity of the conditioning in corrugated cardboard so that it can easily be read information it contains using known means in the technique.

The invention also aims to propose corrugated cardboard packaging thus equipped with chips interactive programs containing information, in which chips are protected from external shocks.

The invention finally aims to propose such packaging made of corrugated cardboard, in which the interactive chips of which they are equipped are concealed from view, so as to prevent acts vandalism.

For this purpose, the subject of the invention is a packaging having, on one side of one of its parts, a depression serving as a housing for an integrated circuit chip of the so-called chip type interactive electronic system, in which various information, this depression being closed by a maintained element applied and, preferably, glued against the face of said part, characterized in that the packaging is made of corrugated cardboard and the depression results from a local deformation of the corrugated cardboard obtained solely by compression and crushing this one.

The element closing the housing of the interactive electronic chip can be reported and constituted, for example, by a simple sheet of paper or a piece of cardboard or corrugated cardboard, but it is preferably constituted by another part of the packaging, normally applied and glued against the part in which is practiced housing the chip.

This is preferably glued in its housing.

Another object of the invention is the cardboard blanks corrugated pre-cut and repressed, that is to say pre-folded, intended for the realization of the packaging defined above, these blanks comprising a part in one side of which is formed a depression adapted to receive an integrated circuit chip of the type called electronic chip and to be closed by a maintained element applied and, preferably, glued against this face., the depression resulting from a local deformation of corrugated board obtained only by compression and crushing thereof, this blank being characterized in that that the element intended to close the depression consists of a integral part of the blank.

We already know, by US 2 605 893, a carton packaging corrugated, in a wall of which is practiced a housing obtained by local cutting of corrugated cardboard cover sheet and ridges of the underlying part of the groove. The housing thus created is intended to receive the collar of a bottle cap, which has a diameter larger than that of the cut opening in the sheet of cover and who is forced into his home, compressing and deforming the edges of this opening, which come back then by elasticity to their initial position, by imprisoning the collar in his housing. It is indicated that, to facilitate the introduction of the collar in its housing, the groove portion from inside of it is somewhat crushed or flattened at the same time that we cut the cover sheet. This operation of However, cutting results in the formation of dust or corrugated cardboard.

It will be noted that the invention applies to a very large number of types of corrugated packaging.

  • La figure 1 est une vue en perspective d'un plateau à fruits en carton ondulé conforme à l'invention ;
  • La figure 2 est une vue à plus grande échelle de la partie du plateau de la figure 1 dans laquelle est pratiqué le logement de la puce ;

A la partie supérieure des parois 3 sont articulés des entablements 5, dits "trottoirs", qui s'étendent au-dessus du fond 1, parallèlement à celui-ci, et qui comportent, à chacune de leurs extrémités latérales, des volets 6, dits "oreilles", qui sont rabattus contre les volets 4 et collés contre ceux-ci.The fruit tray shown in FIG. in a manner known per se, a rectangular bottom 1, to which are adjacent, by two parallel fold lines, two longitudinal walls 2 and, by two fold lines perpendicular to the previous ones, two transverse walls 3. At the lateral ends of each of the walls 3 are articulated, by fold lines perpendicular to the bottom, two flaps 4, against which are glued the walls 2. At the top of the walls 3 are articulated entablatures 5, called "sidewalks", which extend above the bottom 1, parallel to it, and which have, at each of their lateral ends, shutters 6, called "ears", which are folded against the shutters 4 and glued against them.

La puce 7, qui contient diverses informations, est dissimulée au regard par la paroi 2 correspondante et protégée des chocs par celle-ci.In accordance with the invention, as shown further in detail in Figure 2, a depression 7 is practiced in the face of a flap 4 intended to come into contact with a wall 2 and to be glued against this wall, and a pellet to integrated circuits 8, of the interactive chip type, is housed in this depression 7 and stuck in it. The depression 7 is produced by compressive compression of the 4. The chip 7, which contains various information, is concealed in view by the corresponding wall 2 and protected from shocks by it.

    Les figures 3 et 4 illustrent une caisse américaine d'un type usuel comportant quatre parois rectangulaires 11-14, parallèles deux à deux, articulées entre elles par des lignes de pliage parallèles et à chacune desquelles sont attenantes, par des lignes de pliage perpendiculaires aux précédentes, deux volets 11a-14a et 11b-14b, destinés à être dressés perpendiculairement aux parois attenantes.FIGS. 3 and 4 illustrate an American box of a conventional type comprising four rectangular walls 11-14, parallel in pairs, articulated to each other by parallel fold lines and to each of which are adjacent, by fold lines perpendicular to the preceding two shutters 11 a -14 a and 11 b -14 b, to be erected perpendicularly to the adjoining walls.

A strip 15, adjoining the wall 14 by a line of folding parallel to other walls, is intended to be glued tale the inner face of the wall 11.

Comme précédemment, la dépression 16 est réalisée par écrasement sous compression de la paroi 15 et la puce est protégée par la paroi 11.According to the invention, a depression 16, adapted to receive a smart chip chip interactive, is practiced in the face of the band 15 intended to come into contact with the wall 11 and to be glued against this one. As before, depression 16 is carried out by compressive compression of the wall 15 and the chip is protected by the wall 11.

Figures 5 and 6 illustrate a section container octagonal, whose body includes eight side walls identical 20-27 articulated together by lines of parallel folding, a rectangular band 28 articulated on the wall 27 by a folding line parallel to the previous, being intended to be glued against the face internal wall 20. A bottom 29 and a lid 30 of appropriate shape cap the body of the container.

According to the invention, a depression 31, obtained by compressive compression of the band 28 is practiced in the face of this band intended to be applied and glued against the inner face of the wall 20. In this depression can be housed and pasted an interactive chip containing various information, which is perfectly protected from shocks and manholes by the wall 30.

The packages that have just been described are all of a common type and they simply aim to illustrate the simplicity and ease of implementation of the invention, without limiting in any way the scope. It's clear that the invention is applicable to innumerable other types corrugated packaging, including those in which housing of the chip is practiced in one face one unprotected packaging element by another part of this conditioning, but by a simple sheet of paper or a piece of corrugated cardboard or corrugated cardboard, applied and glued against this face.

Although, in the embodiments that have been described with reference to the accompanying drawings, the housing of the electronic chip is closed by an element of the conditioning glued against the face of the party in which is provided housing, it is not always necessary that this element is glued against the face associated and, in some embodiments, could as well be maintained applied without gluing against this face by other means known in the technical.
