Claims (8)
- Ensemble d'usinage par bande abrasive d'une portée cylindrique d'une pièce, notamment d'un tourillon et/ou d'un maneton d'un vilebrequin, comprenant deux mâchoires opposées pouvant être serrées contre la portée à usiner pour appliquer une bande abrasive contre cette dernière pendant la rotation de la pièce, caractérisé par le fait qu'une première mâchoire (3, 103) porte un sabot (10, 110) ayant une surface d'appui (11, 111) rigide, concave, en secteur de cylindre, de forme adaptée à celle de la portée (1) à usiner, et présentant des moyens (12, 112) d'immobilisation de la bande abrasive par rapport à ladite surface d'appui (11, 111), pendant l'usinage, et que la seconde mâchoire (5, 105) porte deux touches de réaction (17, 117) espacées l'une de l'autre dans le sens circonférentiel de la portée à usiner et orientées parallèlement à l'axe de ladite portée de manière que lors du serrage des mâchoires sur la portée, ledit sabot (10, 110) applique la bande abrasive (13, 113) contre la portée à usiner sur un angle circonférentiel compris entre 120° et moins de 180° et que lesdites touches de réaction (17, 117) soient appliquées directement contre la portée à usiner suivant deux génératrices de cette dernière espacées l'une de l'autre d'un angle circonférentiel compris entre 60° et 120°.
- Ensemble suivant la revendication 1, caractérisé par le fait que les touches de réaction sont des galets (17, 117) à axe de rotation parallèle à l'axe de la portée à usiner.
- Ensemble suivant la revendication 2, caractérisé par le fait que les galets de réaction (17, 117) présentent un diamètre inférieur au diamètre de la portée à usiner.
- Ensemble suivant l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé par le fait que les touches de réaction (17, 117) présentent une mobilité axiale par rapport à la seconde mâchoire (5, 105).
- Ensemble suivant l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé par le fait que la deuxième mâchoire (5, 105) porte, en outre, deux touches de mesure (18, 118) montées de façon mobile sur la mâchoire de manière à pouvoir être écartées l'une de l'autre et être rapprochées l'une de l'autre pour être appliquées dans des positions diamétralement opposées contre la portée (1) à usiner, et des moyens (19, 119, 120) pour écarter les deux touches l'une de l'autre lorsque les mâchoires ne sont pas serrées et pour les rapprocher l'une de l'autre lorsque les mâchoires sont serrées.
- Ensemble suivant la revendication 5, caractérisé par le fait que lesdits moyens sont directement actionnés par le mouvement d'ouverture et de fermeture des mâchoires.
- Ensemble suivant la revendication 5, caractérisé par le fait que lesdits moyens sont commandés en fonction du mouvement d'ouverture et de fermeture des mâchoires.
- Ensemble suivant l'une quelconque des revendications 5 à 7, caractérisé par le fait que la seconde mâchoire (105) est constituée de deux mâchoires partielles (105a, 105b) dont l'une (105b) portant les touches de mesure (118) est entraínée élastiquement par l'autre (105a) portant les touches de réaction (117), et que la position des touches de mesure (118), après serrage des mâchoires, est définie par appui de ladite mâchoire partielle (105b) portant les touches de mesure (118), contre une butée (121).
