Definitions
- the invention relates to a billboard for opening or stretching a poster, in particular a poster that can be pulled out of a cassette, with a Poster holding and spanning holding device, the holding device an at least slightly curved contact surface towards the visible side of the poster having.
- Billboards of the type in question have been in the most varied for many years Embodiments known from practice.
- the simplest billboard comprises a surface supported by a frame which the poster or the poster parts will be stuck on.
- Billboards in the form of showcases, light boxes or the like which the poster is attached without glue or between a contact surface and a transparent cover is clamped and held firmly.
- Such a device is particularly suitable for back lighting or for screening of the poster.
- DE-A-4 112 390 is a billboard with all the features of the preamble of claim 1 known.
- the known billboard are web-shaped Poster carrier provided, which can be wound onto a winding body are.
- the poster carriers lie in the unwound state - and not about the posters - on the outer surface of a hollow cylinder. Furthermore is essential that there several poster carriers each with their facing away from the winding body Edge can be attached to the hollow cylinder.
- the bobbins are in one rotatably mounted coaxially with the hollow cylinder with respect to the hollow cylinder Holding device held, with two bobbins close together are arranged such that a poster carrier when the holding device rotates unwound from one of these bobbins and another poster carrier is wound onto the other of these packages.
- the present invention is based on the object of a billboard to open or open a poster to indicate that for large format Posters is suitable, with the replacement of the poster by a single person should be easy to implement without damaging the poster.
- the contact surface in the vertical direction at least largely revolving, for pulling up and tensioning the Poster-serving towing system is provided.
- a manual one is not necessary Raising the poster, rather the poster can be drawn directly from a Cassette pulled up on the contact surface and through the towing system even in a predetermined - pulled up - position.
- the contact surface is bent from a face, from a frame, a stand, a frame or the like.
- Is held plate can be a curved wooden plate or metal plate.
- the plate consists of transparent Plastic, especially plexiglass.
- another advantage is created as a transparent plastic plate illuminated from the back or can be screened, which makes a whole for the poster special effect - similar to conventional light boxes - results.
- At least largely transparent cover may be provided.
- one already pre-bent cover could also be an elastically bendable, act transparent cover that can only be covered by the poster Put on the cover or when closing the billboard through the cover is brought into the domed shape. In this respect it would be a positive and non-positive Apply the poster and cover again to the contact surface guaranteed. The poster would then be sandwiched between the contact surface and the cover is clamped and would also prevent slipping secured or fixed overall.
- the cover previously discussed protects the poster from the weather on the one hand and also serves as protection against theft. It would be from further Advantage if the cover on one side, for example via a hinge Articulate the billboard and lock it on the opposite side Mechanism would be clamped. It would also be conceivable that Insert cover in grooves and over holes and insertable bolts or the like. To lock and finally lock. In any case, it also offers here the use of a cover made of plexiglass, especially since this material can be elastically deformed or bent in an ideal manner.
- the towing system could at least largely cover the contact surface, have the conveyor surface revolving conveyor, which, for example is designed in the sense of a cloth, a film or the like and holding members for hanging or fixing the poster.
- This funding body could circulate the contact surface in the form of an endless belt, where at least at one point, i.e. along an imaginary horizontal Line, holding members provided for holding, grasping or for receiving the poster are.
- the funding body trained in this way could also be implemented a perfect endless conveying in the area of the upper end and of the lower end of the contact surface horizontally running deflection rollers Run around the contact surface, so that wear on the conveyor element is minimized and easy circulation is possible.
- the towing system could be on the two Outside of the contact surface at least largely vertically Include funding bodies with holding organs for the poster.
- the width of the contact surface could be in the area between the two outer conveying elements a further funding body may be provided, this further funding body is preferably arranged in the center of the contact surface.
- a wider configuration of the contact surface could be the two outer funding bodies several other funding bodies may also be assigned, all of them circulate the contact surface in the form of an endless belt.
- the conveying members could encircle or span the contact surface as a whole, the drive and deflection devices required for this being provided at the respective ends of the contact surface - above and below.
- the contact surface pierced in the area of the upper and / or lower end, so that the contact surface will in any case largely circulate.
- the conveying members in the lower and upper region of the contact surface would extend through the contact surface, for which purpose corresponding passages or openings are provided.
- the conveyor elements could be designed as a rotating conveyor belt, as a conveyor belt, as a conveyor belt, as a conveyor chain or the like. It is only essential that the conveying elements are rotating, ie endless means which are deflected by 180 ° in each case similar to a conveyor belt or similar to a conveying path at the end of the contact surface.
- holding elements are provided on the conveying elements, which are used to hold the poster.
- These holding members could be horizontal Line should be provided on all funding bodies. It would be the same conceivable to provide holding members in two areas of the conveying members, namely the funding bodies for re-hanging a poster not as a whole to have to circulate. So the holding organs could be halfway there or repeat the length of the conveyor.
- the holding members of the funding bodies could be designed as an upward, continuous hook strip.
- This Hook strip is used to engage a correspondingly trained, opposite direction Hook strip at the free end or on the protruding from a cassette End of the poster. Due to the opposite orientation of the Hooks or hook strips can interlock them, causing the poster Pull out of the cassette, but above all pull up on the contact surface and there with a guaranteed locking of the opposite end of the poster - fixed at the end in the cassette - can be stretched.
- the holding members could be directed upwards into corresponding engagement areas individual hooks on the poster. That would be to assign at least one hook to each conveyor, all hooks the funding bodies are in turn on a horizontal line.
- Attaching the hooks on the conveyor organs could be on a orthogonal to the funding bodies across the entire width of the contact surface horizontally extending, firmly connected to the conveyor elements bar be arranged, the hooks arranged there being individual Hook and not about a continuous hook bar.
- the engagement areas of the poster in one at the free end of the poster fastened carrier bar be formed, with a very special simple design of the driver bar recesses or could have passages or the like, into which the hooks of the conveying members or Can engage the bar.
- the Holding organs and corresponding engagement areas at the free end of the poster in Sense of a needle felt connection.
- the funding body provided with a felt or needle covering so that the driver bar of the poster only in certain areas the respective counterpart - needle covering or felt covering - should have.
- Such an arrangement would have enormous advantage that the poster is in any position of the funding bodies can pick up and pull out or clamp.
- these could be in the area of upper and lower end of the contact surface or immediately behind or immediately Above or below pulleys, rollers, wheels, wedge disks, pinions or the like.
- deflection rollers rotatable deflection means preferably via a lower and upper shaft are non-rotatably connected.
- the lower or upper pulleys could be used for the purpose of pulling the Posters can be driven for circumferential movement, thereby the conveying elements are driven to rotate.
- the lower or upper deflection pulleys preferably from the side forth in the outer pulley or directly plugged into the shaft Hand crank can be driven.
- the lower or upper pulleys over one can be inserted from the side into the outer pulley or into the shaft Cordless handheld screwdriver or the like can be driven by the operator with such a billboard.
- a total of one Electric motor - stationary - equipped billboard would also be conceivable, though this either via a stationary electrical power connection or via a Should be powered by solar cells.
- the actuation of the towing system or the funding bodies could then be done at the push of a button, the Direction of rotation of the deflection rollers and thus the conveying direction of the conveying elements would be switchable.
- the poster which has already been mentioned several times it is of particular advantage in the context of the billboard according to the invention, if the poster is provided from a special cassette, whereby this poster - in contrast to conventionally glued billboards - already assembled or completed in the cassette.
- the entire The poster with all of its image information is in the cassette rolled up a shaft that is essentially the width of the contact surface or Billboard matches.
- a receptacle is provided for this cassette immediately below the contact surface, so that the free edge of the poster or its engagement area or Carrier bar at least then detectable by the holding members of the conveying members is when they are in a lower position.
- the cassette or the carrier bar located outside the cassette could be automatically captured by the holding organs.
- To Positioning the holding members or the conveying members could be the free end of the poster with the holding means provided there also to the Attach or attach holding elements. In any case, it must be ensured here that the free End of the poster is gripped by the holding members, so that the poster as a whole Pull out of the cassette and let it stretch.
- the recording of the poster cassette also serves as a holding device for the Poster fixed at the end of the cassette.
- This poster is against the power of one
- the spring is pulled out of the cassette and is therefore in contact with the contact surface curious; excited. Consequently, the cassette and thus also the recording for Cassette as a holding device for the lower end of the poster. Accordingly remains the cassette in the recording, and as long as the poster in the spread State remains. Therefore, it is particularly advantageous here if the recording is designed as a lockable cassette compartment, so that a unauthorized removal of the cassette and thus the poster effectively avoided is.
- FIGS 1 to 4 show a schematic - simplified - Representation of a billboard for opening or stretching a poster 1, the poster 1 being glued or stretched without glue. In concrete terms it is a pull-out poster from a cassette 2 1.
- the billboard comprises a holding device which holds the poster 1 and thereby spans it 3, by which the poster 1 is held as a whole.
- the holding device 3 has one for the complete installation of the Poster 1 serving, 5 to the visible side 4 of the poster 1 arched contact surface on.
- This contact surface 5 is on the visible side as shown in FIG. 2 4 bent and from a frame 6 only indicated in FIG. 2 held.
- the contact surface 5 by a plexiglass, formed in the frame 6 in the bent state clamped plate.
- Poster 1 cover 7 is provided, the one chosen in Fig. 2 Representation in the not yet fully applied state only hinted at is.
- the cover 7 is pivoted at the upper end and leaves pull in, lock and lock down. The involvement creates a positive and form-fitting system on poster 1 or on the contact surface 5.
- the cover 7 serves to protect the poster 1, such a cover 7 is not mandatory.
- the cover is 7 made of a transparent material, preferably plexiglass.
- the billboard according to the invention is a Contact surface 5 at least largely circumferential in the vertical direction Pulling up and tensioning the poster 1 serving towing system 8 includes.
- the Towing system 8 points in the embodiment chosen in the figures both on the outer sides of the contact surface 5 and in the central region of the Contact surface 5 vertically running conveyors 9.
- On the funding bodies 9 are in turn holding members 10 for gripping or for receiving the free end of the poster 1 provided.
- the conveying members are 9 designed as endless conveyor belts.
- the holding members 10 provided there are designed as an upward-facing, continuous hook strip that allows for engagement in a correspondingly trained, opposing hook strip 11 on the free End of poster 1 serves.
- the two hook strips 10, 11 interlock, whereby the poster 1 pull out of the cassette 2 and over allows the contact surface 5 to span.
- the conveying members 9 are in the area the upper and lower end of the contact surface 5 arranged, each over a shaft 12 are rotatably connected deflection rollers 13 are guided.
- the Shaft 12 is only indicated by the axis of rotation.
- Fig. 1 it is indicated that the lower pulleys 13 over one from the side forth in the outer pulley 13 or shaft 12 insertable crank handle 14 are.
