Abstract

L'enceinte (11) est pratiquement close et les moyens de chauffage (14) ainsi que le ventilateur (16) sont placés dans cette enceinte (11) et reliés de manière fixe à celle-ci, de sorte que la distance relative entre les moyens de chauffage et les articles alimentaires ne change pas pendant le mouvement de basculement.
