Claims (6)
- Flüssigkeitsgekühlter Kolben (10) für Verbrennungsmotoren, mit:zumindest einem in einem Kolbenoberteil ausgebildeten ringsegmentförmigen Kühlmittelkanal (12a, 12b), der an bezüglich einer Kolbenbolzenachse (14) symmetrischen Stellen Öffnungen (16a, 16b) zur Kühlmittelzufuhr und zum Kühlmittelablaß zu einem Kurbelraum hin besitzt, undeinem annähernd radial verlaufenden, in seinem Verlauf zum Kurbelraum hin geschlossenen Verbindungskanal (20), der mit den ringsegmentförmigen Kanälen (12a, 12b) im Bereich der Öffnungen (16a, 16b, 18) verbunden ist.
- Flüssigkeitsgekühlter Kolben für Verbrennungsmotoren nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
der Verbindungskanal (20) zumindest bereichsweise geneigt ausgebildet ist. - Flüssigkeitsgekühlter Kolben für Verbrennungsmotoren nach Anspruch 1 oder 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
der Verbindungskanal (20) hinsichtlich seines Verlaufs an den Boden einer in einem Kolbenboden (24) ausgebildeten Brennraummulde (22) angepaßt ausgebildet ist. - Flüssigkeitsgekühlter Kolben für Verbrennungsmotoren nach zumindest einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
der Verbindungskanal (20) überwiegend oberhalb des Niveaus der ringsegmentförmigen Kühlmittelkanäle (12a, 12b) verläuft. - Flüssigkeitsgekühlter Kolben für Verbrennungsmotoren nach zumindest einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
im Bereich der Öffnungen (16a, 16b, 18) der Kühlmittelkanäle (12a, 12b, 20) jeweils eine Ablenkeinrichtung (26) vorgesehen ist, die einen auf die Öffnungen (16a, 16b, 18) gerichteten Kühlmittelstrahl in Abhängigkeit einer Hubhöhe des Kolbens (10) in einem Zylinder in einen der beiden ringsegmentförmigen Kühlmittelkanäle (12a, 12b) oder in den Verbindungskanal (20) ablenkt. - Flüssigkeitsgekühlter Kolben für Verbrennungsmotoren nach zumindest einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
die Querschnitte der Kühlmittelkanäle (12a, 12b, 20) derart ausgebildet sind, daß sie in einer Entfernung von den Öffnungen (16a, 16b, 18) größer werden.
