Claims (13)
- Verfahren zum Dosieren von Dickstoffen, die aus einem Vorrat unter Druck gefördert, anschließend proportioniert und über ein gesteuertes Auslaßventil auf eine Applikationsstelle aufgetragen werden, wobei die Proportionierung unmittelbar vor dem Auslaßventil für jede Auftragsmenge separat stattfindet,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Proportionierung und das Auslaßventil temperiert werden. - Verfahren nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß vor der Proportionierung der Dickstoffe diese durchgemischt werden. - Verfahren nach Anspruch 1 oder 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Proportionierung mit Hilfe rein volumetrischer Regelung geschieht, indem bei Abweichungen in der Auftragsmenge bei einem Auslaßvorgang der nachfolgende Auslaßvorgang auf Soll-Wert ausgeregelt wird. - Verfahren nach einem der vorangegangenen Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Zuleitung zwischen dem Vorrat und dem Proportionierer auf einer Länge, die ca. dem 30fachen Auftragsvolumen des Proportionierers entspricht, temperiert ist. - Verfahren nach einem der vorangegangenen Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß während der Bereitschaftszeit der Vorrichtung der Förderdruck abgebaut wird. - Vorrichtung zum Dosieren von Dickstoffen, bestehend aus mindestens einem Vorratsbehälter (2,3) und einer Förderpumpe (4,5), die über eine Förderleitung (11) mit einem Proportionaldosierer (12) verbunden ist, an dem unmittelbar ein gesteuertes Auslaßventil (13) angebaut ist,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß eine Temperierung vorgesehen ist, die sowohl den Proportionaldosierer (12) als auch das Auslaßventil (13) umfaßt. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 6,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Auslaßventil (13) über ein Schaltventil separat ansteuerbar ist. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 6 oder 7,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß in der Förderleitung (11) vor dem Proportionaldosierer (12) ein Absperrventil (23) angeordnet ist. - Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 6 bis 8,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Förderleitung (11) - ausgehend vom Proportionaldosierer (12) - auf einer Länge von ca. dem 30fachen Auftragsvolumen des Proportionaldosierers (12) temperierbar ist. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 9,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Temperierung einen Wärmeträgerkreislauf umfaßt, in dem Heiz- und Kühleinrichtungen für den Wärmeträger eingebaut sind. - Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 6 bis 10,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Proportionaldosierer (12) mit einer Hubsteuerung ausgerüstet ist. - Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 6 bis 11,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß in der Förderleitung (11) ein Druckentlassungsventil eingebaut ist. - Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 6 bis 12,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zwischen dem Absperrventil (23) und der Dosierkammer (22) des Proportionaldosierers ein statisches Mischrohr (35) vorgesehen ist.
