Definitions

  • the invention relates to a sliding sash for a door or a window with the Features of the preamble of claim 1.
  • Such a sliding sash with an adjusting device to adapt to the Installation situation is known from GB 1 316 453.
  • the adjustment device is in the Sliding sash integrated and from the sash - vertically in one viewing direction viewed at the wing level - completely hidden.
  • the adjustment device has an end strip designed as a profile, with a Part of the end trim extends vertically beyond the wing edge.
  • the sliding sash has an edge closure element, with two vertical Legs of the edge closure element remains a cavity in which the Immersed in the height-adjustable end strip and fastened there.
  • Such an adjustment device has the disadvantage that when space is limited the adjustment path is limited in the wing. In addition, the handling Such an adjustment device due to the large number of to be adjusted Screws complicated.
  • cutouts are to be provided in the profile of the sliding sash, through which the inside of the sash profile screws are only accessible to the adjustment tool are.
  • the cutouts are covered by strips (e.g. rubber or putty).
  • the Adjustment of the sash can only be done with exposed cutouts, i.e. before assembly or after dismantling the strips.
  • a subsequent adjustment of the Wing is thus extremely complex, since the disassembly of the strips possibly even lead to their uselessness.
  • the object of the invention is to provide a sliding sash which is simple Manageable adjustment device with the possibility to adjust the completely mounted sliding sash without disassembly and with a large adjustment range and the possibility of fine adjustment.
  • the end strip is in interlocking Longitudinal grooves from one of the vertical wing edges horizontally into the upper or lower wing edge can be inserted and in the horizontal direction within the Edge termination element axially displaceable, however, the vertical orientation cannot be changed.
  • the desired vertical extension of the sliding sash is therefore simple Push the end strip into the edge end element of the sliding sash reached. This can also be done with the sliding sash fully assembled. Changes to the vertical wing extension are also without Sash disassembly by simply pulling out and reinserting the end strip possible at a different altitude. Due to the complementary design the longitudinal grooves also result when the end strip is inserted defined in the edge closure element, unchangeable when moving further Altitude of the same. It also becomes that way the parallelism of the end strip to the edge end element is ensured.
  • the first adjustment device therefore has the essential ones Advantages of the simple handling, the adjustability without Disassembly of the wing and the compulsory parallelism of the end strip to the wing.
  • the vertical extension of the wing is with this adjustment device however only gradually, depending on the distance of the longitudinal grooves, feasible.

Description

The invention relates to a sliding sash for a door or a window with the Features of the preamble of claim 1.

Such a sliding sash with an adjusting device to adapt to the Installation situation is known from GB 1 316 453. The adjustment device is in the Sliding sash integrated and from the sash - vertically in one viewing direction viewed at the wing level - completely hidden. The adjustment device has an end strip designed as a profile, with a Part of the end trim extends vertically beyond the wing edge. The sliding sash has an edge closure element, with two vertical Legs of the edge closure element remains a cavity in which the Immersed in the height-adjustable end strip and fastened there.

Such an adjustment device has the disadvantage that when space is limited the adjustment path is limited in the wing. In addition, the handling Such an adjustment device due to the large number of to be adjusted Screws complicated.

Another major disadvantage of this adjustment device is that cutouts are to be provided in the profile of the sliding sash, through which the inside of the sash profile screws are only accessible to the adjustment tool are. The cutouts are covered by strips (e.g. rubber or putty). The Adjustment of the sash can only be done with exposed cutouts, i.e. before assembly or after dismantling the strips. A subsequent adjustment of the Wing is thus extremely complex, since the disassembly of the strips possibly even lead to their uselessness.

Due to the disadvantages described above, it is conceivable in practice that an actually necessary readjustment of the assembled wing is omitted, because you no longer want to disassemble the assembled sash.

The object of the invention is to provide a sliding sash which is simple Manageable adjustment device with the possibility to adjust the completely mounted sliding sash without disassembly and with a large adjustment range and the possibility of fine adjustment.

The object is achieved by the subject matter of patent claim 1.

The fact that the inside of the legs facing the end strip have a plurality of longitudinal grooves running in the horizontal direction and the outer sides the end strip to the longitudinal grooves of the edge end element are complementary, the end strip is in interlocking Longitudinal grooves from one of the vertical wing edges horizontally into the upper or lower wing edge can be inserted and in the horizontal direction within the Edge termination element axially displaceable, however, the vertical orientation cannot be changed.

The desired vertical extension of the sliding sash is therefore simple Push the end strip into the edge end element of the sliding sash reached.

As described above, the first adjustment device therefore has the essential ones Advantages of the simple handling, the adjustability without Disassembly of the wing and the compulsory parallelism of the end strip to the wing. The vertical extension of the wing is with this adjustment device however only gradually, depending on the distance of the longitudinal grooves, feasible. To add to the vertical extension of the sliding sash adjust, in addition to the first adjustment device integrated in the sliding sash supporting second adjustment device that enables fine adjustment outside the sliding sash in the area of the suspension of the sliding sash intended.

Especially with sliding door systems with a filigree appearance (low Drive housing and / or all-glass sliding sash) is the division of the adjustment useful in two adjustment devices, since a single adjustment device (for rough and fine adjustment) in the available installation spaces would not be able to accommodate or the visual appearance of the sliding door system would affect. Adjustment devices with, as in the state of the Technology inside adjustment elements would also have engagement openings in the wing profile and thus an at least partial disassembly of the wing is necessary do.

The first adjustment device is exclusive or with its essential extension arranged in the wing, in particular in the edge region of the wing. she is e.g. in a profile arranged in the edge area of the wing, e.g. casement integrated. In the following, the frame is considered part of the wing. If the first adjustment device is arranged in the wing, it preferably requires no or comparatively small installation space outside the wing, in particular no or comparatively small space in the area of the wing suspension or the part of the wing suspension arranged outside the wing. This means that the suspension is made very compact can and there are special advantages if the wing with a motor Drive is provided. Very compact arrangements are then possible, since neither in the area of the drive nor between the drive and wing space for the first adjustment device is required.

In preferred embodiments, the wing has a telescopic design Area, in particular a telescopic upper or lower edge area. This means that the horizontal or vertical extension of the wing can be varied by adjusting the telescopic area.

Easy handling and good accessibility of the second adjustment device results if this is arranged in the area of the trolley. The second Adjustment device can e.g. in the area of the sliding sash suspension arranged and formed by the suspension screw.

By means of the second adjustment device, in particular the vertical extension the sliding sash, but alternatively or additionally the horizontal extension of the sliding sash be adjustable.

A further embodiment of the second adjustment device consists in if these are arranged in the region of the bearing axis of a roller of the sliding sash is. The bearing axis can be in an eccentric bushing or in a sliding sash adjustable guide can be included.

Optically particularly advantageous designs of the second adjustment device result by the suspension arranged between the roller and sliding sash of the sliding sash at least partially from the sliding sash - in the direction of view perpendicular to the wing plane - is concealed.

In the embodiment in Figure 1, the height adjustment of the wing is in upper door shoe 2 integrated. The door shoe 2 is made in several parts. An upper one Part 21 of the door shoe 2 is firmly connected to the roller carriage, not shown, e.g. via a connecting element, which on the one hand with the roller carriage and on the other hand is connected to the part 21 or by a part of the roller carriage engages the part 21, or by the part 21 as part of the roller carriage is trained. So that the height position of part 21 relative to the arranged over the wing 4 rollers and also arranged there motor drive fixed unchangeable. The lower part 22 of the door shoe 2 includes the upper edge of the disc of the wing 4 U-shaped with two short vertical legs 22a, 22b and is connected to the upper part 21 via an adjusting device 5 connected. The adjustment device 5 enables the two Parts 21 and 22 are adjusted in height relative to each other. The door shoe 2 is covered on both sides of the wing 4 by panels 2a, 2b to the outside. The diaphragms 2a, 2b are cut into recesses 21a with a spherical button clipped in the upper part 21 of the door shoe 2 and cover both the entire Door shoe 2, as well as the upper edge 4a of the panes of the wing. The Apertures are preferably without visible openings, noses or the like executed. You are secured from the outside so that the height adjustment for Unauthorized persons are not accessible. Alternatively, the lower part 22 connected screens 2a, 2b may be provided.

The height adjustment of the adjusting device 5 can be done mechanically by means of eccentrics or threads or also electrically e.g. done via a servomotor. additionally can be a non-positive and / or positive locking of the set position respectively. In Figure 2, a grub screw 51 is provided for height adjustment in threaded holes 52 and 53 in the upper part 21 and in the lower part 22 of the door shoe 2 intervenes. The threaded pin 51 has in its central axial section a screw head 51a. The height is adjusted by turning of the set screw 51 by means of an open-ended wrench acting on the screw head 51a.

In the exemplary embodiment in FIG. 3, the height adjustment is in the lower door shoe 1 integrated. In the same way as for the upper door shoe 2 in Figures 1 and 2, the lower door shoe 1 is formed in several parts. The upper H-shaped part 12 of the door shoe 1 grips vertically with two short ones the upper leg 4a the lower edge of the wing disc 4b and takes between two downward-pointing vertical legs 12b the lower part 11 of the door shoe 1. The lower part 11 can be telescoped from the upper Pull out wing-fixed part 12. The immersion depth can be done via a separate Device set and locked. This will adjust the Wing height to the structural conditions realized, without this the entire Wing 4 must be raised or lowered. In a groove 11a on the A sealing brush 6 is attached to the lower edge of the lower part 11.

The setting and adjustment of the telescopically extendable lower part 11 the wing-fixed upper part 12 can be by means of screws or other connecting elements be made at the front ends of the door shoe 1. FIG. 4 shows a section along line IV in FIG. 3 with an illustration the connecting element 13.

The connecting element 13 is fixed to the upper part 12 or the wing 4th connected. The lower part 11 is adjustable and in the connecting element 13 lockable, e.g. via clamp and / or screw connection, snap connection or the like. There can be clamping screws, elongated hole connections or hole patterns or adjusting spindles or the like. be used.

A particularly large adjustment range for the sash height results if the Wing 4 both an upper door shoe 2 according to Figures 1 and 2 as well has a lower door shoe according to Figures 3 and 4.

Figure 5 shows another embodiment in which the height adjustment is arranged along the lower wing edge 4b. The Flugj 4 is trading it is a so-called frameless wing. Two glass panes 41 are connected to one another by a circumferential spacer 42. Parallel to the spacer 42, at a distance from this, in each case outside of the Spacer 42 enclosed interior of the wing is between the Disks an edge closure element 7 arranged. Figure 5 shows in the area of lower horizontal wing edge 4b, the edge closure element 7 between the Glass panes 41 arranged. The edge closure element 7 is located below of the spacer 42 in the area of the lower edge 4b of the wing. The edge closure element 7 lies with two vertical legs 7a and 7b on the inside of the glass panes 41, the lower edges 41a of the two projections grips two glass panes 41.

Remains between the two vertical legs 7a of the edge closure element 7 a cavity 7h, in which a sealing strip 8 dips in a height-adjustable manner and attached there. The inside of the end bar 8 facing the Legs 7a have a plurality of longitudinal grooves running in the horizontal direction. The end strip 8 has two short upstanding legs 8a, the Outer sides complementary to the longitudinal grooves of the edge closure element 7 are formed so that the end strip 8 with interlocking longitudinal grooves axially displaced in the horizontal direction within the edge closure element 7 can be changed, but the vertical orientation is not changed can be.

The end strip 8 encompasses one with two legs 8b pointing downward any existing floor guide 9. The end strip also has 8 on its underside a longitudinal groove 8c for receiving a sealing brush, which also engages in the floor guide 9.

The height adjustment of the wing 4 suspended in a running rail takes place such that the end strip 8 at the desired height from the wing side is inserted into the lower wing edge 4b and secured there. Figure 6 shows a possible execution of the backup. For this purpose, under the screw head 71, one screwed from below into the edge sealing element 7 Detent spring 72 clamped, the spring body at an acute angle The inside of the wing protrudes and with its free end against the top of the end strip 8 is pressed. On the top of the end bar 8 is a sawtooth profile 81 formed, which allows the end strip 8 up to a stop to insert into the wing 4, the detent spring 72 over the saw teeth 81 slides away. However, the spring 72 locks in the opposite direction of movement with the saw teeth 81 whereby the Abschlieieiste 8 against an unwanted Slipping out of the wing 4 is blocked. Removing the end strip 8 is done by the detent spring 72 while pulling the end strip 8 is raised.

Preferably exist in the previously described. embodiments the door shoes 1 and 2 made of profile parts, in particular the components 11 and 12 and the components 21, 2a, 2b and 22 can be made of metal profiles, for. B. aluminum profiles be trained.

The roller carriage, not shown, can be constructed in a conventional manner, where a connection screw for the connection between roller carriage and wing can be provided on the one hand in the roller carriage and on the other hand in the Upper part 21 of the door shoe 2 can be screwed or hung. The Suspension screw can be used as another independent or supportive height adjustment device be formed by this more or less far in the roller carriage or screwed into the upper part of the door shoe.

In a modification of the embodiment shown in Figure 1, the Door shoe with the parts 21, 22 can also be arranged between the panes forming a frameless disc, the lower edge of which is shown in FIG. 6 is. The part 21 or 22 of the door shoe can be attached to the inner surfaces the discs are glued and / or screwed. Another Modification can be used to hold the suspension screw 51 or anchor the Hanger also an edge closure element 7 in the upper horizontal area of the wing between the panes of the wing as in Figure 5 may be arranged. The adjustment can be done by the screw 51 is more or less screwed into the edge closure element 7. As with all embodiments with frameless panes, an additional one circumferential spacer can be arranged between the disks.

In the exemplary embodiment in FIG. 7, the wing 4 has a roller 10 provided, which is arranged laterally offset to the wing plane 4e. The role 10 runs in a fixedly mounted running track 100 on a running track 100a. The Track 100 with track 100a is in the same way as roller 10 offset to wing level 4e.

Durch Drehung der Exzenterbuchse 10c erfolgt eine Höhenjustierung des Flügels 4.The roller 10 has a horizontal axis of rotation 10b. The one with the axis of rotation 10b aligned bearing axis 10a of the roller engages in the wing 4 in the upper Area perpendicular to the wing plane 4e. The wing 4 points in this area an upper door shoe 2 on or wing frame, so that the bearing axis 10a engages in the door shoe 2 and is stored there. In the area of the bearing axis an eccentric device is provided. In the exemplary embodiment in FIG. 7 the bearing axis is mounted in an eccentric bushing 10c, which is in a seat is arranged in the door shoe 2. The eccentric bushing 10c has an eccentric one Bearing for the bearing axis 10 on. By rotating the eccentric bushing 10c, the wing 4 is adjusted in height.

When adjusting the height, the vertical position of the horizontal bearing axis 10a thus adjusted within the upper door shoe 2 or the wing 4. The roller 10 is thus depending on the height setting of the bearing axis or axis of rotation Roller 10 seen from the left in Figure 7 from wing 4 more or less hidden. In the embodiment in Figure 7 is also the track 100 is covered accordingly at least in the region of the track 100a in all wing adjustment positions.

Several rollers 10 can each be separately in the door shoe 2 or in the wing 4 or on a carriage connected to the door shoe or wing in this Be stored height adjustable. The rollers are in the direction of travel of the wing, d. H. arranged one behind the other in the longitudinal direction of the upper edge of the wing.

In addition to these supporting rollers 10 which run on the track 100a can also run support rollers, not shown, in an upper track 100b. The track 100b can be formed in the same track 100, preferably parallel to the raceway 100a in alignment with this. For this the Track 100 can be formed from a cross-sectionally C-shaped profile, with the raceways 100a and 100b on the opposite C-legs are formed on the mutually facing leg surfaces. The not shown Support rollers can be adjusted in height in the same way as the rollers 10 be, preferably via the same adjustment device. For example the rollers and the support rollers on a common carriage body be rotatably mounted, the upper connected to the bearing axis 10a adjustable in height can be.

In other exemplary embodiments modified compared to FIG. 7, it is possible that rollers 10 and possibly also additional support rollers on both rare of the wing, d. H. on both sides of the wing plane 4e in the upper area of the wing 4, are preferably arranged in the upper door shoe 2. To manage the A roller track arrangement is then arranged on both sides of the wing, z. B. two parallel rails 100, which are also in a common profile housing can be trained, for. B. box-shaped profile housing, in which two C-shaped rails 100 in cross section via an upper connecting web are interconnected.

In the case of further modified exemplary embodiments, instead of or in addition to the height adjustment device in FIG. 7 also an adjustment device in the transverse direction So be provided perpendicular to the wing plane 4e, in the same place and can be designed in a corresponding manner as in FIG.

Particular advantages result from the exemplary embodiment in FIG. 7 and the various modifications that the adjustment and suspension device viewed from the left side of the wing in FIG. 7 through wing 7 is covered, with the running rail and the running roller at least partly is covered.

Another exemplary embodiment is shown in FIG. 8. It is an automatic one Sliding door system with a sliding sash concealed with a particularly low price arranged height adjustment. The drive 1 has a vertical and a horizontal arranged roller 69v or 69h. The drive 1 with its im The substantially L-shaped housing 63 is connected via an intermediate support element 3 attached to a post 84. The housing 63 has one on the Carrier element 3 adjacent vertical leg 63a and an overhead elongated horizontal leg 63d and a short, approximately in the middle of the horizontal leg 63d arranged second vertical leg 63b on.

On the first vertical leg 63a there is a horizontal web in the lower third 64a with a tread on which the vertically standing roller 69v, i.e. with a horizontal axis of rotation 68. The axis 68 of this roller 69v is mounted in the vertical leg 6v of an L-shaped roller carriage 6. Above of the roller carriage 6 and the vertical roller 69v is a second roller 69h lying horizontally, i.e. with a vertical axis of rotation. The axis 68 of this roller 69h is in the horizontal leg 6h of the roller carriage 6 stored. The roller 69h is between the two vertical legs 63a and 63b of the profile housing 63 immediately below the upper leg 63d run with play. Each of the two vertical legs 63a and 63b has a running surface for this purpose, the running roller 69h being located on only one of the two treads. This second roller 69h acts as a support roller and prevents tilting of the roller carriage 6 with the wing attached to it 10th

The roller carriage 6 in the form of an "L" turned upside down now forms below its vertical leg 6v an additional space for height adjustment of the wing 10. The wing is a conventionally designed Suspension and adjustment device 70 with the horizontal leg 6h of the roller carriage 6 connected. Alternatively, the wing 10 can also be suspended and adjustment device on the vertical leg 6v of the roller carriage 6 be attached. The wing 10 is aligned under the horizontal leg 6h the roller carriage 6 is arranged and depending on the setting and training of Suspension and adjustment device 70 with its upper edge more or less far engage between the two L-legs 6h and 6v of the roller carriage 6.

Durch die spezielle Gestaltung des Rollenwagens 6 und die Anordnung der Laufrollen 69v, 69h ergibt sich hier jedoch ein zusätzlich zur Verfügung stehender Spielraum zur Höhenjustierung des Flügels 10.Near the outer end of the horizontal leg 63d of the profile housing 63 is on the underside of a receiving groove 350 for attaching drive and Controls available. The front of the profile housing 63 is through a L-shaped cover 5 closed, which on an upper longitudinal edge 62nd is hung on the upper horizontal front edge of the profile housing 63. The lower horizontal leg of the cover 5 extends to immediately on the sliding sash 10 and is at the same height as the support element 3 and the left vertical leg 63a of the profile housing 63. The sliding sash 10 engages the drive housing 63 so that the upper edge of the Sliding wing is guided concealed. Due to the special design of the roller carriage 6 and the arrangement of the rollers 69v, 69h results in an additional available scope for height adjustment of the wing 10.
