Claims (10)
- Baueinheit, mit einem vorgefertigten Standard-Rolladen-(4)-Kasten (1), vorgefertigten Führungsgleitschienen für die Platte des Rolladens (4) und einem Fensterrahmen (3), der die Vormontage des Kastens (1) und des Rahmens (2) vor der Installation vor Ort ermöglicht, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sie Mittel enthält zum Einstellen der Position des Kastens (1) relativ zum Rahmen (2) ausgehend von der Vormontageposition und, nach der Positionierung der Gesamtheit Rahmen (2)/Kasten (1) in einem mit Einfassungen (8) versehenen Fensterausschnitt (B), zum Einstellen seiner Position zwischen einerseits wenigstens einer Position, die den Zugang zur Verbindung zwischen dem Rahmen (2) und den Einfassungen (8) im oberen Teil des Ausschnitts (B) ermöglicht, und andererseits einer Position, in der der Rahmen (1) mit der oberen Wand (9) des Ausschnitts (B) in Kontakt ist.
- Baueinheit nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sie Mittel enthält zum Anpassen der vorgefertigten Standard-Rolladen-(4)-Kästen (1) an die horizontalen Abmessungen des Ausschnitts (B).
- Baueinheit nach einem der Ansprüche 1 und 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sie Mittel enthält zum Anpassen der vertikalen Abmessungen der vorgefertigten Führungsgleitschienen (3) für die Platten der Rolläden (4) in der Weise, daß die Verbindung mit einer unteren horizontalen Fläche im Ausschnitt (B) erfolgt.
- Baueinheit nach irgendeinem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Mittel zum Einstellen der Position des Kastens (1) in bezug auf den Rahmen (2) des Fensters aus einem Paar Befestigungsplatten (11) bestehen, die auf der gleichen Höhe an den vertikalen Streben (12) des Rahmens (2) befestigt sind und jeweils eine Rinne (13) aufweisen, die mit einem Führungsstift (15) zusammenwirkt, die sich an einem seitlichen Ende (16) des Kastens (2) befindet, wobei die Rinne (13) eine Verschiebung des Kastens (1) beiderseits des oberen horizontalen Randes (6) des Rahmens (2) zuläßt.
- Baueinheit nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die in jeder Befestigungsplatte (11) ausgebildete Rinne (13) vertikal verläuft und eine seitliche Öffnung (14) aufweist, die die Freigabe des Führungsstifts (15) des Kastens (1), mit dem er zusammenwirkt, ermöglicht.
- Baueinheit nach irgendeinem der Ansprüche 2 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sie Kasten-Ansatzstücke (21) enthält, die mit dem Kasten (1) an dessen zwei seitlichen Enden (16) verbindbar sind und axial mit einem Hub gleiten können, der ihnen ermöglicht, die seitlichen Spiele zu beseitigen, die zwischen dem Kasten (1) und den vertikalen Wänden des Ausschnitts (B) vorhanden sind.
- Baueinheit nach irgendeinem der Ansprüche 3 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sie Gleitschienen-(3)-Ansatzstücke (19) enthält, die mit den Führungsgleitschienen (3) der Platte des Rolladens (4) mit ihrem unteren Ende verbindbar sind und die axial mit einem Hub gleiten, der ihnen die Beseitigung des Spiels ermöglicht, das zwischen der Gleitschiene und einer unteren horizontalen Fläche (17) im Ausschnitt (B) vorhanden ist.
- Baueinheit nach irgendeinem der Ansprüche 6 und 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Ansatzstücke (19, 21) eingesteckt sind und ihr Gleiten durch eine reibschlüssige Verbindung gebremst wird.
- Verfahren zum Montieren vor Ort der Baueinheit nach irgendeinem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, die auf den folgenden Komponenten basiert:einer Einheit, die aus einem Fensterrahmen (2) und einem Rolladen-(4)-Kasten (1) gebildet ist, die in der Weise vormontiert sind, daß die Einheit in einem mit Einfassungen (8) versehenen Fensterausschnitt (B) positioniert werden kann,zwei vorgefertigten Gleitschienen (3),zwei Gleitschienen-Ansatzstücken (19),zwei Kasten-Ansatzstücken (21), dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß es die folgenden Schritte enthält:Installieren der Gesamtheit Rolladen-(4)-Kasten (1)/Fensterrahmen (2) in dem hierzu vorgesehenen Fensterausschnitt (B) ;relatives Verschieben des Kastens (1) in bezug auf den Rahmen (2) bis in eine Position, die die Verbindung zwischen dem Rahmen (2) und den oberen Einfassungen (8) von außerhalb des Gebäudes für eine Abdichtung zugänglich macht;endgültiges Positionieren des Kastens (1) in Kontakt mit der oberen Wand (9) des Ausschnitts (B);Befestigen der Führungsgleitschienen (3), wovon ein Ende mit der unteren Wand des Kastens (1) in Kontakt ist;Anordnen der Gleitschienen-Ansatzstücke (19) und Schieben der Ansatzstücke in einen Kontakt mit der unteren horizontalen Wand (17) im Fensterausschnitt (B);Anordnen der Kasten-Ansatzstücke (21) und Schieben der Ansatzstücke in einen Kontakt mit den Seitenwänden des Fensterausschnitts (B).
- Verfahren zur Montage vor Ort nach dem vorangehenden Anspruch, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Position, die die Verbindung zwischen dem Rahmen (2) des Fensters und den oberen Einfassungen (8) des Ausschnitts (B) zugänglich macht, eine Position ist, die ein Herausziehen des Rahmens (1) und sein erneutes Einhaken nach einer Abdichtung zwischen den Einfassungen (8) und dem Fensterrahmen (2) ermöglicht.
