Das Winkelzeigerelement 26 sitzt einerseits auf der Stirnfläche der Buchse 29 auf und ist andererseits von dem Kragen des Lagerbolzens 27, und einer darunterliegenden Abdeckscheibe 36 gehalten. Unter der Abdeckscheibe 36 ist zwischen der Wandung einer Ausdrehung in dem Winkelzeigerelement 26 und dem Außenring des Klemmrollenfreilaufs 28 eine Schraubenringfeder 37 außenformverändernd eingepreßt. Dadurch wird eine Verdrehhemmung zwischen Winkelzeigerelement 26 und Außenring des Freilaufs 28 bewirkt.
Claims (8)
- Betätigungswerkzeug zum Anziehen von Schraubverbindungsteilen mit Antriebsmitteln (16,18) zur Übertragung eines Drehmoments auf das Schraubverbindungsteil und einer Winkelmeßeinrichtung bei welcher(a) die Winkelmeßeinrichtung ein fixierbares Winkelzeigerelement (26) und eine Winkelmeßscheibe (24) aufweist, die gegenüber dem Winkelzeigerelement (26) um eine koaxial zu der Drehachse des Betätigungswerkzeugs (12) liegende Drehachse verdrehbar ist,(b) die Winkelmeßeinrichtung (26,34) über ein Befestigungselement (20) außeraxial zur Drehachse des Betätigungswerkzeugs (12) an dessen Hebelarm angebracht ist, und(c) die Winkelmeßscheibe (24) ohne unmittelbare Kupplung mit den Antriebsmitteln (16,18) bei Verdrehung des Betätigungswerkzeuges mit diesem um dessen Drehachse verdrehbar ist,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß(d) zwischen Hebelarm und Winkelmeßscheibe (24) eine nur in einer Mitnahme-Drehrichtung mitnehmende Mitnahmekupplung (28) vorgesehen ist. - Betätigungswerkzeug nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Mitnahmekupplung (28) zwischen Hebelarm und Winkelmeßscheibe (24) ein Freilauf ist.
- Betätigungswerkzeug nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Winkelmeßeinrichtung eine Selbsthemmung aufweist, welche die Position der Winkelmeßscheibe bei einer Drehbewegung des Hebelarmes entgegen der Mitnahme-Drehrichtung festhält.
- Betätigungswerkzeug nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß(a) die Winkelmeßeinrichtung die Winkelmeßscheibe (24) mit einer Winkelskala (34) und das fixierbare Winkelzeigerelement (26) mit einer über der Winkelskala beweglichen Marke enthält,(b) die Winkelmeßscheibe (24) um die zur Drehachse der Schraubverbindung gleichachsige Achse relativ zu dem Hebelarm drehbar gelagert und über den Freilauf (28) mit dem Hebelarm in der Mitnahme-Drehrichtung gekuppelt ist und(c) zwischen Winkelmeßscheibe (24) und Winkelzeigerelement (26) Reibungskupplungsmittel (31,33;37) für die Selbsthemmung vorgesehen sind.
- Betätigungswerkzeug nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Winkelmeßeinrichtung eine von dem Betätigungswerkzeug (12) gesonderte Baugruppe bildet und mittels des Befestigungselements (20) lösbar an dem Hebelarm des Betätigungswerkzeugs (12) angebracht ist.
- Betätigungswerkzeug nach den Ansprüchen 4 und 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß(a) auf dem Befestigungselement (20) gleichachsig zu der Drehachse der Schraubverbindung ein Lagerbolzen (27) montiert ist,(b) der Innenring des Freilaufs (28) fest auf dem Lagerbolzen (27) sitzt oder unmittelbar von dessen Oberfläche gebildet ist,(c) das Winkelzeigerelement (26) koaxial zu dem Außenring des Freilaufs (28) angeordnet und über eine erste Reibungskupplung mit dem Außenring gekuppelt ist,(d) der Außenring des Freilaufs (28) wiederum über eine zweite Reibungskupplung (36) gegenüber dem Winkelzeigerelement (26) gehalten ist und(e) die Winkelmeßscheibe (24) bei Verdrehung des Betätigungswerkzeuges (10) zusammen mit dem Außenring des Freilaufs (28) in Klemmrichtung des Freilaufs (28) zusammen mit dem Betätigungswerkzeug (12) drehbar ist.
- Betätigungswerkzeug nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Winkelmeßscheibe (24) bei Rückdrehung des Betätigungswerkzeugs (12) entgegen der Klemmrichtung des Freilaufs (28) von dem fixierten Winkelzeigerelement (26) gehalten ist.
- Betätigungswerkzeug nach einem der Ansprüche 5 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Befestigungselement (20) mittels einer auf der Seite des Betätigungswerkzeugs (12) geschlitzten Klemmbüchse (21) mit Spreizkörper (23) und Klemmschraube (22) an dem Betätigungswerkzeug (12) angebracht ist.
