Abstract
Die Erfindung betrifft eine Ventilatoreinheit (14) für Absaugsysteme, mit mindestens zwei Ventilatoren (7,8,9) welche jeweils mindestens eine Ansaug- (24) und jeweils mindestens eine Abluftleitung (20) aufweisen, und mit mindestens einer Zuleitung (6) für die abzusaugende Luft, wobei in bzw. vor der oder jeder Zuleitung (6) eine Filteranlage (1) zur Reinigung von mit Spänen, Staub, Schadstoffen od. dgl. behafteter Luft angeordnet ist. Um eine Ventilatoreinheit (14) zu schaffen, welche leicht herstellbar ist, geringe Störanfälligkeit aufweist und geringer Wartung bedarf, ist erfindungsgemäß vorgesehen, daß alle Ansaugleitungen (24) aller Ventilatoren (7,8,9) und die oder jede Zuleitung (6) für die abzusaugende Luft in eine gemeinsame, luftdichte Saugkammer (18) münden. Vorteilhafterweise münden auch alle Abluftleitungen (20) aller Ventilatoren (7,8,9) und mindestens eine Sammelabluftleitung (12) in eine gemeinsame, luftdichte Druckkammer (22). Die luftdichte Saugkammer (18) und allenfalls Druckkammer (22) werden durch Gehäuse (15,15') gebildet. Durch die Anordnung der Antriebsmotoren (16) der Ventilatoren (7,8,9) außerhalb des Gehäuses (15) ist deren Wartung bzw. deren Tausch einfacher möglich. The invention relates to a fan unit (14) for suction systems, with at least two fans (7, 8, 9), each of which has at least one suction line (24) and at least one exhaust air line (20), and with at least one supply line (6) for the air to be extracted, a filter system (1) for cleaning air contaminated with chips, dust, pollutants or the like being arranged in or in front of the or each feed line (6). In order to create a fan unit (14) which is easy to manufacture, has little susceptibility to faults and requires little maintenance, the invention provides that all suction lines (24) of all fans (7, 8, 9) and the or each supply line (6) for the air to be extracted opens into a common, airtight suction chamber (18). All the exhaust air lines (20) of all fans (7, 8, 9) and at least one collective exhaust air line (12) advantageously also open into a common, airtight pressure chamber (22). The airtight suction chamber (18) and possibly the pressure chamber (22) are formed by housings (15, 15 '). By arranging the drive motors (16) of the fans (7, 8, 9) outside the housing (15), their maintenance or replacement is easier.
