Description
- les moyens de détection du déplacement angulaire comprennent un capteur de début de déplacement angulaire relié aux moyens de commande du dispositif moteur, un levier de détection du déplacement du bras articulé sur le bras au moyen d'un axe, une butée fixant la position initiale de l'extrémité libre du levier de détection du déplacement pratiquement au contact dudit capteur, et des moyens d'accouplement du bras et du levier de détection du déplacement du bras formant embrayage à friction débrayable lorsque le levier de détection du déplacement du bras vient en contact soit dudit capteur soit de ladite butée ;
- les moyens d'accouplement comprennent un organe élastique de maintien en contact à friction du bras de détection et du levier de détection pivotant sur l'axe, l'organe élastique et les surfaces du bras de détection et du levier de détection du déplacement du bras en contact constituant ainsi ledit embrayage à friction ;
- le capteur comprend un interrupteur à bouton poussoir de faible course placé en regard de l'extrémité oscillante de l'organe de transmission du déplacement et relié aux moyens de commande ;
- le dispositif moteur comprend une roue à rochet entraínant le tambour, ladite roue à rochet étant entraínée en rotation par un organe à déplacement alternatif, un capteur de l'exécution d'un pas complet par la roue à rochet est relié aux moyens de commande en vue du déclenchement par ceux-ci du retour de l'organe à déplacement alternatif vers sa position d'attente pour l'étiquetage d'un article suivant ;
- le capteur de l'exécution d'un pas complet de la roue à rochet est un capteur de fin de course de l'organe à déplacement alternatif ;
- l'organe à déplacement alternatif est relié au piston d'un vérin pneumatique, les moyens de commande comprennent une unité de traitement de l'information dont les entrées sont connectées au capteur de début de déplacement angulaire et au capteur de l'exécution d'un pas complet par la roue à rochet, et une électrovanne de commande du vérin pneumatique reliée aux sorties de l'unité de traitement de l'information ;
- le sens de déclenchement de l'étiquetage est le sens de rotation du bras de détection vers le haut.
- les figures 1 et 2 sont deux vues latérales montrant deux côtés opposés d'une machine à étiqueter selon l'invention,
- la figure 3 est une vue partielle schématique en coupe prise suivant la ligne III-III de la figure 2,

Claims (8)
- Machine pour appliquer, sur des articles, des étiquettes (7) réparties régulièrement sur une bande (5) en bobine, comprenant, montés sur une plaque d'armature (1), un bras oscillant (9) de détection des articles, un tambour (11) d'entraínement de la bande (5) entraíné en rotation pas à pas par un dispositif moteur (13), des moyens de commande (15) du dispositif moteur (13), des moyens de détection (17) du déplacement angulaire du bras (9), et des moyens, associés au bras et commandés par le mouvement de la bande, de transfert des étiquettes de la bande (5) sur des articles correspondants, caractérisée en ce que les moyens de détection (17) du déplacement angulaire sont des moyens de détection du début de déplacement angulaire du bras (9), reliés aux moyens de commande (15) en vue, lors d'un début de déplacement dans un sens, du déclenchement par ceux-ci de l'entraínement du tambour (11) sur un pas complet et ainsi de l'étiquetage de l'article détecté par le bras (9).
- Machine selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que les moyens de détection du déplacement angulaire comprennent un capteur (69) de début de déplacement angulaire relié aux moyens de commande (15) du dispositif moteur (13), un levier (59) de détection du déplacement du bras (9) articulé sur le bras (9) au moyen d'un axe (19), une butée (67) fixant la position initiale de l'extrémité libre du levier (59) de détection du déplacement pratiquement au contact dudit capteur (69), et des moyens d'accouplement du bras (9) et du levier (59) de détection du déplacement du bras (9) formant embrayage à friction débrayable lorsque le levier de détection du déplacement du bras vient au contact soit dudit capteur (69) soit de ladite butée (67).
- Machine selon la revendication 2, caractérisée en ce que les moyens d'accouplement comprennent un organe élastique (61) de maintien en contact à friction du bras de détection et du levier (59) de détection pivotant sur l'axe (19), l'organe élastique (61) et les surfaces du bras de détection (9) et du levier (59) de détection du déplacement du bras (9) en contact constituant ainsi ledit embrayage à friction.
- Machine selon la revendication 2 ou 3, caractérisée en ce que le capteur (69) comprend un interrupteur à bouton poussoir de faible course placé en regard de l'extrémité oscillante de l'organe (59) de transmission du déplacement et relié aux moyens de commande (15).
- Machine selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 4, dans laquelle le dispositif moteur (13) comprend une roue à rochet (45) entraínant le tambour, ladite roue à rochet étant entraínée en rotation par un organe à déplacement alternatif (49), caractérisée en ce qu'un capteur de l'exécution d'un pas complet par la roue à rochet (45) est relié aux moyens de commande (15) en vue du déclenchement par ceux-ci du retour de l'organe (49) à déplacement alternatif vers sa position d'attente pour l'étiquetage d'un article suivant.
- Machine selon la revendication 5, caractérisée en ce que le capteur de l'exécution d'un pas complet de la roue à rochet (45) est un capteur de fin de course de l'organe à déplacement alternatif (71).
- Machine selon la revendication 5 ou 6, dans laquelle l'organe à déplacement alternatif est relié au piston d'un vérin pneumatique (51), caractérisée en ce que les moyens de commande (15) comprennent une unité de traitement de l'information (73) dont les entrées sont connectées au capteur de début de déplacement angulaire (69) et au capteur de l'exécution d'un pas complet par la roue à rochet (71), et une électrovanne (75) de commande du vérin pneumatique (51) reliée aux sorties de l'unité de traitement de l'information.
- Machine selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 7, caractérisée en ce que le sens de déclenchement de l'étiquetage est le sens de rotation du bras de détection (9) vers le haut.
