Definitions
- the present invention relates to a sliding wall with a guide rail according to the preamble of claim 1, the at least two at least one fixed horizontally arranged guide rail mounted and movable Has sliding wall elements.
- Such sliding walls can be used for a wide variety of purposes.
- the individual sliding wall elements can with a closed panel, for example made of wood or metal or with a translucent pane, for example are made of glass.
- a sliding wall With such a sliding wall, a large space can be can be subdivided.
- business premises due to sliding walls in shopping centers or shopping arcades from the transit areas lockable. For example, in the latter case, the sliding wall to open or close business two or four times a day be operated.
- the sliding wall elements When the sliding wall is open, the sliding wall elements mostly with their surface parallel to each other in parked in a so-called train station.
- the sliding wall elements one after the other along the guide rail or the guide rails can be moved into the closed position so that they have, for example, an opening between two walls to lock.
- Both a guide rail on the Ceiling and floor of the room can be provided.
- a sliding wall is known that at least two on a stationary guide rail via support and Guide elements mounted and movable sliding wall elements. That in the direction of the closing movement of the sliding wall last Sliding wall element is mounted on support and guide elements, of which at least the rear in the direction of the closing movement Guide element is mounted on the sliding wall element such that it is displaceable in the longitudinal direction of the sliding wall element.
- DE 44 24 660 C1 discloses a horizontal sliding wall in the front an existing guide rail in which the individual elements move another rail system can be installed in the ceiling area becomes.
- a switchable coupling device runs in this rail system, which is equipped with an identification system to identify the individual Find elements that contain corresponding indicators and bring it into the parking position swiveled by 90 °. Driven the entire device is powered by an electric motor that has an endless belt drives over a pulley.
- the identification system is controlled so that it recognizes the individual elements after a learning trip, and to the desired parking position or in the locked position of the Partition brings. It is also possible to realize only a partial opening not around the entire front area, for example in cold seasons to open.
- the switchable coupling device consists of an electromagnet, on the anchor of which a slide is attached, which in its protruding area is fork-shaped so that it has a Connecting pin between the carriage and the one below Element captured and thus the whole within the guide rails Element moves according to the selected program.
- the coupling device and the identification system are with the appropriate Signals and the necessary voltage either via sliding contacts or supplied via a trailing cable.
- the identification system can a sensor, for example a proximity switch, or it can be optical systems, magnets with corresponding reed contacts or but also switches can be used.
- DE 31 48 464 C2 is a device for moving movably suspended To remove partitions.
- partitions e.g. to park them in a corner of a room are guide rails available in cross, T or Y shape or in arches are.
- the guide rails are almost always those of the sliding wall elements Path to be covered from the station to the closed position determine in the area of the room opening to be closed in an arch guided around 90 ° to swivel the sliding wall elements in from the parking position to the closed position. Because of this Arch of the guide rails creates the problem that that is in the direction the closing movement last sliding wall element so far into the room opening must be driven until it is fully in line with the rest Sliding wall elements aligned end position is pivoted. Out for this reason, the guide rails remain in the area of said bend, even after the last sliding wall element in the Sliding wall closed position is an open gap. To close this gap is the most diverse in the sliding walls known to date Devices have been used.
- the present invention therefore has the task of a sliding wall to create a complete closing in the area of the last one Room opening to transfer sliding wall element allows.
- the arrangement of the guide rails fastened under the building ceiling is not like in the prior art shown in the park or Station area U-shaped, but in continuation of the closed position the guide rail is arched and then parked of the other sliding wall elements extending straight piece. Only one sliding wall element moves into this arch and the angled piece, namely, the one that moves into the parking position first. All other sliding wall elements run over with one of their suspensions a branch in the station.
- the process of the individual sliding wall elements can be carried out manually or with motor power. In the following considerations, however, only the motor Execution received because this one for the operating personnel brings greater comfort.
- every sliding wall element is included equipped with a separate electric motor.
- the invention last closing element with another drive motor.
- Drive motors are thus present on both support and guide elements. While a support and guide element only rotates with the Sliding wall element is connected, is the second support and guide element within the sliding wall element in the longitudinal direction of the element can also be moved with a carriage.
- the sliding wall becomes the building wall the closest parked sliding panel last from the park position method.
- the sliding wall element becomes the supporting and guiding element pulled out of the parking position of the train station over the additional bend to get into the guide rail of the front.
- the controller for the Electric motors is activated, the second electric motor is also energized.
- the end of the sliding wall element is additionally pushed and pivoted, namely in that the front edge of the element is already pressing against the other elements in flight.
- the one present in the element moves Carriage on which the second drive unit with the second Electric motor is flanged in the direction of the first support and guide element. Due to the curve of the guide rail, this means that the end of the sliding wall element is pressed into the front and thus closes the front.
- this sliding wall element only, like the other sliding wall elements, to equip with an electric motor.
- This electric motor is on the support and guide element mounted with the in / on the sliding wall element existing carriage interacts, i.e. this sliding wall element is pulled into the station when the wall opens and pushed out of the station when the wall closed.
- the sliding wall element is in the closed position is driven from the position in which the front edge of the Sliding wall element against what is already in the closed position Sliding wall element pushes, the electric motor the force of the spring element overcome and the sliding wall element in the closed position bring; this is due to the displaceability of the support and guide element also possible when the sliding wall element is stationary.
- this can also be done by a linkage or manually.
- FIG. 5 The entire course of the guide rails can be seen in FIG. 5.
- a station entrance closes at branch 17 18 with subsequent bend 19 and straight guide rail 20 on.
- the sliding wall elements 2, 4 next to the guide on the ceiling 3 can also be performed on the floor.
- the ceiling-side guide rail 1, however, is more complex because the sliding wall elements 2, 4 are hung on this and here is also the drive with motor-driven elements.
- the sliding wall elements 4 are on at least two support and guide elements 5 suspended, with at least one support and guide element a drive unit is available.
- the sliding wall element 2 has, in addition to the carrying and guiding element 5, a further supporting mouth Guide element 6.
- Located on the support and guide element 5 a drive unit, not shown, which is intended to the sliding wall elements 2, 4 in a known manner in the room opening transport.
- the second support and guide element in the closing direction 6 has a second additional drive unit, i.e. the sliding wall element 2 is always provided with two drive units.
- the guide rail 1 is essentially according to the present example C-shaped and with a ceiling bracket 28 on the ceiling attached.
- the upper end of the sliding wall element 2 is attached to it of the respective support and guide elements 5, 6, the at least have a support roller 7 and guide roller 23.
- the drive for the drive unit is preferably designed as a DC motor Electric motor performed.
- Tooed belt 9 extends the length of the guide rails.
- the second support and guide element 6 is designed such that this is not just along the guide rail 1, but above it beyond, albeit in a limited area, in a guide trough 10, which is located within an end profile 26, along the upper edge of the sliding wall element 2 is movable.
- This is the Support and guide element 6 with at least one in the guide trough 10 movable roller 11 provided.
- the Guide trough 10 being shaped in this way is that the sliding wall element 2 is suspended.
- the carriage 13 of the rollers 11 is designed such that it can be rotated is mounted on a bolt 14, which in turn is part of the Support and guide element 6 is connected via a lock nut 25, which determined to engage in the guide rails 1, 21, 22 Rolls 7 includes.
- the sliding wall element 2 stands there at the previous sliding wall element 4 with the front edge, or it is by appropriate control of the first support and guide element 5 braked. That extends along the arc 21 from the guide rail 22 and then moving forward in the guide rail 1 second support and guide element 6 also moves within the guide trough 10 in this way on the upper edge of the sliding wall element 2 forward that the distance between the support and Guide element 6 and the rear edge of the sliding wall element 2 increased. As a result, this rear edge 15, as illustrated by an arrow, pivoted so far until they hit you on the wall of the room 3 attached closing stop 16 is present. Now that's the closing process as the last arriving sliding wall element 2 completely in its end position aligned with the other sliding wall elements 4 pivoted.
- the sliding wall is preferably designed so that not only that Support and guide element 6, but at least that in the closing direction rear support and guide element of the other sliding wall elements 4 along the upper edge of the respective sliding wall element is movable.
- the so-called train station can be found in the the rest are either in the area of the room opening to be closed, so that the sliding wall elements 2, 4 when the sliding wall is open lay parallel to one of the room walls or away from one Corner or even in a separate room. It goes without saying of course, that analogous to the described ceiling-side guide rail the support and guide elements also in the floor area Leadership can be provided.
- the sliding wall elements 2, 4 described above can be made of the most varied Materials are made. However, especially with business fronts the end profile 26 is provided with a glass pane 27.

Such sliding walls can be used for a wide variety of purposes. There can be a revolving driver chain in the area of the guide rail be provided by the individual when switching on the drive Sliding wall elements taken in one direction or the other become. Depending on use, the individual sliding wall elements can with a closed panel, for example made of wood or metal or with a translucent pane, for example are made of glass. With such a sliding wall, a large space can be can be subdivided. Also business premises due to sliding walls in shopping centers or shopping arcades from the transit areas lockable. For example, in the latter case, the sliding wall to open or close business two or four times a day be operated. When the sliding wall is open, the sliding wall elements mostly with their surface parallel to each other in parked in a so-called train station. To close the sliding wall are the sliding wall elements one after the other along the guide rail or the guide rails can be moved into the closed position so that they have, for example, an opening between two walls to lock. Both a guide rail on the Ceiling and floor of the room can be provided.
From DE-A-2404875 a sliding wall is known that at least two on a stationary guide rail via support and Guide elements mounted and movable sliding wall elements. That in the direction of the closing movement of the sliding wall last Sliding wall element is mounted on support and guide elements, of which at least the rear in the direction of the closing movement Guide element is mounted on the sliding wall element such that it is displaceable in the longitudinal direction of the sliding wall element.
DE 31 48 464 C2 is a device for moving movably suspended To remove partitions. For the different partitions, e.g. to park them in a corner of a room are guide rails available in cross, T or Y shape or in arches are.
At this Branch moves one of the two support devices, the second Carrying device of the wall element further in the straight guide rail is proceeded.
A similar branch is also shown in
The guide rails are almost always those of the sliding wall elements Path to be covered from the station to the closed position determine in the area of the room opening to be closed in an arch guided around 90 ° to swivel the sliding wall elements in from the parking position to the closed position. Most common is It is to be provided in this area a closing flap which can be swung open like a door. However, this looks optically disadvantageous and is in everyone Regards as an emergency solution. It has therefore been suggested that last sliding wall element each an additional own, only this one Sliding wall element guiding rail leading into the closed position to be provided which ends in this area and not in an arc in the sliding wall escape is led around. This solution brings some technical Problems with themselves and is despite the effort involved also unsatisfactory.
The present invention therefore has the task of a sliding wall to create a complete closing in the area of the last one Room opening to transfer sliding wall element allows.
Die erfindungsgemäße Schiebewand entspricht den kennzeichnenden
Merkmalen des Patentanspruches 1. Weitere Ausgestaltungen der Erfindung
gehen aus den abhängigen Patentansprüchen hervor. The sliding wall according to the invention corresponds to the characteristic ones
Features of
To close a sliding wall in the front without this separate closure elements, such as flaps or doors, is required according to the invention a special arrangement of the guide rails and a special connection of the last sliding wall element to be closed proposed.
The arrangement of the guide rails fastened under the building ceiling is not like in the prior art shown in the park or Station area U-shaped, but in continuation of the closed position the guide rail is arched and then parked of the other sliding wall elements extending straight piece. Only one sliding wall element moves into this arch and the angled piece, namely, the one that moves into the parking position first. All other sliding wall elements run over with one of their suspensions a branch in the station. The process of the individual sliding wall elements can be carried out manually or with motor power. In the following considerations, however, only the motor Execution received because this one for the operating personnel brings greater comfort.
In the motorized version, every sliding wall element is included equipped with a separate electric motor. According to the invention last closing element with another drive motor. Drive motors are thus present on both support and guide elements. While a support and guide element only rotates with the Sliding wall element is connected, is the second support and guide element within the sliding wall element in the longitudinal direction of the element can also be moved with a carriage.
If the sliding wall is now to be closed, it becomes the building wall the closest parked sliding panel last from the park position method. By driving the electric motor on the non-displaceable The sliding wall element becomes the supporting and guiding element pulled out of the parking position of the train station over the additional bend to get into the guide rail of the front. From a certain position by the controller for the Electric motors is activated, the second electric motor is also energized. As a result, the end of the sliding wall element is additionally pushed and pivoted, namely in that the front edge of the element is already pressing against the other elements in flight. At the same time, due to the kinematics, the one present in the element moves Carriage on which the second drive unit with the second Electric motor is flanged in the direction of the first support and guide element. Due to the curve of the guide rail, this means that the end of the sliding wall element is pressed into the front and thus closes the front.
In an embodiment of the invention, it is also possible this sliding wall element only, like the other sliding wall elements, to equip with an electric motor. This electric motor is on the support and guide element mounted with the in / on the sliding wall element existing carriage interacts, i.e. this sliding wall element is pulled into the station when the wall opens and pushed out of the station when the wall closed. This is only possible if at least one spring element on the carriage is available. The sliding wall element is in the closed position is driven from the position in which the front edge of the Sliding wall element against what is already in the closed position Sliding wall element pushes, the electric motor the force of the spring element overcome and the sliding wall element in the closed position bring; this is due to the displaceability of the support and guide element also possible when the sliding wall element is stationary. In addition to being able to be moved by an electric motor, this can also be done by a linkage or manually.

As is known per se, there were a total of nine in the present example
Sliding
1 vorhanden. An den Abzweig 17 schließt sich eine Bahnhofseinfahrt
18 mit anschließendem Bogen 19 und gerader Führungsschiene 20
an.The entire course of the guide rails can be seen in FIG. 5.
In order to move the number of sliding
It should be inserted here that the sliding
The sliding
mittels Stromabnehmern.The
Rollen 7 beinhaltet. In particular, the second support and guide
When closing the sliding wall, the individual sliding
The sliding wall is preferably designed so that not only that

Die vorbeschriebenen Schiebewandelemente 2, 4 können aus unterschiedlichsten
Materialien hergestellt sein. Gerade bei Geschäftsfronten ist jedoch
das Abschlussprofil 26 mit einer Glasscheibe 27 versehen. The sliding
