Definitions
- the object of the present invention is to provide a dispenser automatic catering food products, preselected by the user, according to the preamble of the claim 1.
- Said devices commonly called distributors automatic, have a shaped metal structure cabinet, which essentially constitutes the envelope of the machine and is provided with at least one opening door, suitable for allow access to the interior of the dispenser for loading of products to be distributed.
- vending machines come into action after insertion into a specially provided slot in structure, coins or tokens worth which corresponds to the purchase price of the individual product at pick up, or as a result of the impulse given by a reader banknotes or a magnetic card decoder personalized, all occurring after the selection made by the user on a keyboard conveniently planned.
- Such platforms because they can rotate around their own axis in an appropriate way, are able to position the preselected product at the right of a hatch, through which the user can open access the inside of the dispenser, then take the only one desired product.
- reels in which the products, possibly superimposed, are placed on fixed shelves, at each of which is provided a reel able to take a single product to transport it from a space inaccessible to the user in a space to which, on the contrary, this user can access in order to be able to collect it.
- Another disadvantage is that the products to be distributed do not fully occupy space enclosed inside the capacity structure of the distributor, these products to be placed on trays, shelves or slides of various shapes.
- the products whether those that are packaged in sachets, like snacks, or those placed in boxes, are arranged inside the dispenser individually or separate from each other.
- the operator opens a door, before or rear of the machine body to gain access to distribution mechanisms, plates, spirals and the like, still empty, then he takes the products from the box supplied by the producer and removed by hand, one piece at the same time, on the corresponding capacity plans of the distributor.
- the object of the present invention is to provide a automatic dispenser which overcomes the different disadvantages of known analogous devices currently.
- the object of the invention is to achieve a distributor which is made up of a very structured simplified, which presents an interior space as large as possible for the deposit of the products to be distributed, and for which the action of loading said products inside dispenser is very fast and very simple.
- This continuous ribbon constituted, for example, by two overlapping films, inside which are placed in series the products to be distributed, is advantageously folded up so as to form a pack consisting of a plurality of overlapping folds.
- Devices for driving the plurality of ribbons containing the products to be distributed can present different configurations and different processes of work.
- a first possible form of training ribbons consists in the use of mechanisms which act the along the longitudinal edges of these ribbons and can be formed, for example, by pairs of opposite rollers which attack said edge by friction, or else we use sprockets fitted with radial projections which engage in rows of holes made on the edge.
- ribbons training consists in the use of a worm, suitably sized, whose propellers attack the unique product, or even engage in slots formed transversely on said ribbon and arranged between two consecutive products.
- the device for heating the single product, before that it is collected by the user can be set up, for example, by electrical resistors, of different shapes, which lick the outer surface of the tape, or by hot plates which enclose the portion of the ribbon which contains the element to be heated, or by chambers hot air and ultimately when the envelope is made up with aluminum foil, it is possible to use micro-resistors inserted inside this film, which are activated before the product is discharged machine; it is also possible to take advantage of the passage of an electric current, at low voltage, through the thickness of the aforementioned film.
- the separation of the product to be sampled from the rest tape is made in different configurations and different working methods.
- a possible form of device capable of separating a single product from the rest of the ribbon provides for the use of a shears which crosswise attack the rear edge of the packaging of the product to be sampled.
- a possible process for the separation of the single product conditioned compared to the rest of the tape uses the worm which is used to drive the aforementioned ribbon in advantageously providing that the last turn of this screw, suitably shaped and dimensioned, generates, during its rotation, a deformation action up to achieve total tearing of the packaging it this is to separate from the rest of the ribbon.
- the area of the dispenser which is intended at the continuous tape store arranged in overlapping folds will with temperature regulators, aerators and cooling units for product preservation packaged, pre-packaged or frozen.
- the dispenser according to the invention it is also provided for the possibility of distributing aromatic drinks, such as coffee, tea and the like, both hot than cold.
- the new distributor according to the invention which can distribute catering products such as brioches, croissants and the like, possibly hot, a drink dispenser so to be able to provide the user with a complete restoration and at the same time to be able to reduce the management costs of the service.
- the distributor automatic which has a cabinet-like structure, consists of a body 1, a front door 2, hinged hinged on the rear part, on which is provided an opening provided with a hatch 3 for removing the packaged product 4, which has been previously selected on the keyboard 5, placed on the front part of the dispenser.
- the distributor structure is completed by the engine compartment 6, placed in the lower position in the machine, where the devices are contained (motor, compressor, exchangers and others) to fulfill the condition of desired temperature inside the box where are placed the products to be distributed.
- a first novelty of the invention consists in the fact that the products 7 (snacks, brioches, small pizzas and others) are supported and packaged on a continuous tape 8, which is then packaged in a container 9, so that form a package 10 consisting of a plurality of folds 11 superimposed.
- the production of continuous tape with products that are inserted can be done by using two superimposed films or by using a film in one single thickness which covers the individual product or again using the blister technique, where at least one of the two covering layers is previously deformed to be able to receive the aforementioned product.
- Another novelty of the invention consists in the fact that loading products into the dispenser is done in a very quick and simple way, directly inserting the full container 9 inside the space of the body 1, after opening the front door 2.
- the operator only has to hang the start of the ribbon continuous 8 to a device for driving this ribbon, constituted, for example, by two toothed pinions 12, which mate with the corresponding rows of holes 13, present longitudinally along the edges of the continuous ribbon 8.
- the toothed pinion 12 rotates by advancing the continuous tape 8 of a product unit.
- a shears 14 separates from the continuous tape 8 the packaged product 4 which, under the action of the table rotating 15, will deposit in bin 16, pending to be collected by the user, after lifting the hatch 3.
- heating elements 20 are provided, which externally lick the continuous ribbon in front of a product individual, before it comes out of the machine.
- the worm 30 is wound on a rotating drum 31 which plays the role of support for the packaged products 4 constituting the ribbon 8 and which is positioned near the sampling tank 15.
- the last turn 33 of the drum has a progressively greater thickness, so that the packaging 34, placed at the end of the ribbon 8, which is removed more quickly compared to the advancement speed of the ribbon itself, causing this way a pull up until you finally rip it off conditioning of the remaining part of the above-mentioned ribbon.
- transverse incisions 35 along the contact edges of two successive conditioning are provided.
- the pitch of the last turn 37 is expected to be larger than the pitch of the previous turns, so that the packaging 38, placed at the end of the ribbon 8, or more quickly compared to speed advancement of the ribbon, thereby causing a traction until the final tearing of this conditioning of the remaining part of the above-mentioned ribbon.
- the continuous ribbon vending machine according to the invention can be associated, in the same structure, with a ATM of a different type.
- the two distributors preferably arranged in overlapping, can advantageously both use a single sampling hatch 3 and a single keyboard 5; sure the front door 2 is made a display case 21 and labels 22 are affixed to facilitate the user choice of product to select.
- Figs. 5, 6 represent a provision where the continuous tape dispenser 23 is associated with a dispenser with spirals 24, of known type.
- the associated distributor provides a hot drink dispenser 25, while in Figs. 8 and 9, the associated distributors are of the plate type overlapping turns respectively for the distribution of solid products 26 or for the distribution of beverages box or bottle 27.
- the special features of construction and details of the machine can also be produced differently while retaining the characteristics essentials of the invention constituted, in particular, by the packaging of individual products 7 on a ribbon continuous 8, by packaging the continuous ribbon 8 in a container 9, preferably in the form of a folded package 10 11 superimposed and by loading the products which is done by directly inserting the full container into distributor space.
- the means for setting in motion the continuous ribbon and its subdivision into portions each containing a product individual, as well as the different treatment systems, for example infusion or heating, to which the product can be submitted before it is collected by the user, can also be different, without leaving the patent area.
