Claims (13)

  1. Établi à aspiration comprenant un compartiment de travail accessible depuis l'extérieur via au moins une ouverture d'intervention, une ventilation pour aspirer hors du compartiment de travail l'air contaminé avec des produits dangereux, et une commande pour au moins un mode de fonctionnement de l'établi à aspiration,
    caractérisé en ce que l'ouverture d'intervention (4) est obturable, et en ce que la commande (10) contient des moyens de vérification (8, 9) au moyen desquels une autorisation d'accès à une personne dans le compartiment de travail (2) peut être constatée, et une ouverture de l'ouverture d'intervention (4) obturée peut être déclenchée en fonction d'une autorisation d'accès constatée.
  2. Établi à aspiration selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que les moyens de vérification sont en outre conçus de manière à permettre, en fonction de la constatation d'une autorisation d'accès, un mode de fonctionnement parmi une pluralité de modes de fonctionnement de l'établi à aspiration (1), et
    en ce qu'il est prévu à titre de mode de fonctionnement au moins un mode de travail, un mode d'entretien et/ou un mode de nettoyage, et dans lequel en particulier un degré d'ouverture de l'ouverture d'intervention (4) est de préférence réglable en fonction du mode de fonctionnement et/ou une décontamination du compartiment de travail (2) peut être exécutée de manière (semi-)automatique.
  3. Établi à aspiration selon l'une ou l'autre des revendications 1 et 2, caractérisé en ce que les moyens de vérification contiennent des moyens de saisie via lesquels des données personnelles et/ou des données d'identification personnelle peuvent être entrées, et
    en ce que les moyens de saisie contiennent de préférence des moyens de réception pour des supports de données, de préférence des supports de données en forme de tiges ou de cartes, pour la saisie optique, électrique et/ou magnétique de données personnelles depuis des supports de données, et/ou
    des organes d'entrée à actionnement manuel, comme en particulier des touches ou des boutons, pour l'entrée manuelle de données personnelles, en particulier de numéros d'identification personnelle, et/ou
    des dispositifs récepteurs pour des données personnelles provenant de supports de données à transmission sans contact, en particulier des transpondeurs, et/ou
    des moyens de saisie pour des caractéristiques corporelles individuelles à titre de données personnelles pour des opérateurs.
  4. Établi à aspiration selon l'une des revendications précédentes,
    caractérisé en ce qu'il est prévu des moyens d'affichage pour des instructions et/ou des informations aux utilisateurs avant, pendant et/ou après le fonctionnement de l'établi à aspiration (1), à l'extérieur et/ou à l'intérieur du compartiment de travail (2), et
    en ce que les moyens d'affichage sont de préférence en outre conçus pour la saisie de données, y compris de données personnelles et/ou de données d'autorisation d'accès, comme sous la forme de dispositifs lumineux intégré dans des touches, y compris des touches à film, ou des écrans sensibles au toucher.
  5. Établi à aspiration selon l'une des revendications précédentes,
    caractérisé en ce qu'il est prévu des moyens pour la détection de travaux à l'intérieur du compartiment de travail (2) et ainsi conçus, après disparition d'une détection de travaux à l'intérieur du compartiment de travail (2) pendant une durée prédéterminée, en particulier le cas échéant en dépendance d'un mode de fonctionnement autorisé, qu'ils déclenchent une fermeture de l'ouverture d'intervention (4) et de préférence mettent un terme à l'autorisation d'accès actuelle, et/ou
    en ce que des récipients, des armoires et/ou des réservoirs refermables à l'intérieur du compartiment de travail (2) sont accessibles en fonction d'une autorisation d'accès constatée, et/ou
    en ce que dans l'intérieur du compartiment de travail (2) sont agencés des moyens pour détecter une position d'un objet, comme une main, afin de déclencher en fonction d'une position d'un objet un processus automatique, en particulier d'actionner de manière automatique des dispositifs d'éjection de déchets et/ou des dispositifs de stockage de déchets et/ou des dispositifs d'évacuation de déchets accessibles depuis l'intérieur de l'établi à aspiration et/ou d'actionner de manière automatique des compartiments de stockage de produits préparés et d'appareillage, l'actionnement automatique consistant de préférence à ouvrir automatiquement ces dispositifs et à les refermer après une durée prédéterminée sans passage de matériaux.
  6. Établi à aspiration selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce qu'il est prévu des moyens de surveillance conçus pour détecter au moins un état de fonctionnement d'au moins une composante de l'établi à aspiration (1) et/ou au moins une information concernant les produits dangereux dans l'établi à aspiration (1), et en ce qu'il est prévu en particulier des moyens d'alarme à l'aide desquels des écarts par rapport au fonctionnement normal peuvent être indiqués par voie acoustique et/ou optique en fonction des résultats de détection des moyens de surveillance.
  7. Établi à aspiration selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que les moyens de commande (10) sont en particulier des moyens de commande électroniques qui sont en outre conçus pour la commande d'au moins un paramètre de fonctionnement à choisir, susceptible d'être réglé et/ou commandé, ou pour la commande d'au moins un tel composant de l'établi à aspiration (1), et le cas échéant de préférence pour commander au moins un paramètre de fonctionnement ou au moins un composant de l'établi à aspiration (1) en fonction de résultats de détection des moyens de surveillance, et/ou en ce que le mode de fonctionnement des moyens de surveillance et/ou des moyens de commande (10) peut être réglé manuellement via un champ de manipulation, en particulier via un champ à touches, de telle manière que de préférence le mode de fonctionnement des moyens de surveillance et/ou des moyens de commande et/ou les réglages du champ de manipulation peuvent être affichés à l'aide de moyens d'affichage, et/ou
    en ce qu'il est prévu des moyens d'inscription, à l'aide desquels les données de fonctionnement de l'établi à aspiration, y compris les données concernant les accès autorisés et/ou le cas échéant les résultats de détection des moyens de surveillance, peuvent être consignées.
  8. Établi à aspiration selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce qu'il est prévu des moyens de lecture et/ou de saisie de données, à l'aide desquels peuvent être entrés des paramètres de fonctionnement et/ou des paramètres de commande de fonctionnement ou des paramètres de commande d'application, et/ou
    en ce qu'il est prévu des moyens pour engendrer un rideau d'air refermant l'ouverture d'intervention et/ou des moyens pour refermer automatiquement des dispositifs de filtration lors de leur enlèvement hors de l'établi à aspiration, et/ou
    en ce que la ventilation pour l'aspiration de l'air contaminé avec des produits dangereux hors du compartiment de travail fonctionne également lorsque l'ouverture d'intervention est fermée, de préférence avec puissance réduite et en particulier de préférence avec une puissance d'environ 20 % par référence à la puissance lorsque l'ouverture d'intervention (4) est ouverte.
  9. Procédé de fonctionnement pour un établi à aspiration (1) comprenant un compartiment de travail (2) accessible depuis l'extérieur via au moins une ouverture d'intervention refermable (4), une ventilation (3) pour aspirer hors du compartiment de travail (2) l'air contaminé avec des produits dangereux, et une commande (10) pour au moins un mode de fonctionnement de l'établi à aspiration (1), dans lequel on constate à l'aide de moyens de vérification une autorisation d'accès d'une personne vers le compartiment de travail (2) et l'on ouvre ensuite, en dépendance de la constatation d'une autorisation d'accès, l'ouverture d'intervention fermée (4) vers l'intérieur du compartiment de travail (2) pour l'opérateur.
  10. Procédé de fonctionnement selon la revendication 9, caractérisé en ce que par l'autorisation d'accès constatée par les moyens de vérification, on autorise au moins un mode de fonctionnement parmi une pluralité de modes de fonctionnement de l'établi à aspiration (1), comme en particulier un mode de travail, un mode d'entretien et/ou un mode de nettoyage, et en ce que en particulier un degré d'ouverture de l'ouverture d'intervention (4) est de préférence réglable en fonction du mode de fonctionnement et/ou une décontamination du compartiment de travail (2) peut être exécutée de manière (semi-)automatique.
  11. Procédé de fonctionnement selon l'une ou l'autre des revendications 9 et 10, caractérisé en ce que
    l'autorisation d'accès peut être obtenue par entrée de données personnelles et/ou de données d'identification personnelle à l'aide de moyens de saisie dans les moyens de vérification, et/ou
    en ce que des travaux à l'intérieur du compartiment de travail (2) sont détectés et, en particulier après disparition d'une détection de travaux dans l'intérieur du compartiment de travail (2) pendant une durée prédéterminée et de préférence le cas échéant en fonction d'un mode de fonctionnement autorisé, on déclenche une fermeture de l'ouverture d'intervention (4) et l'on met de préférence un terme à l'autorisation d'accès actuelle, et/ou
    en ce que des récipients, des armoires et/ou des réservoirs refermables à l'intérieur du compartiment de travail (2) sont autorisés à l'ouverture en fonction d'une autorisation d'accès constatée, et/ou
    en ce que dans l'intérieur du compartiment de travail (2), on déclenche en fonction d'une position d'un objet un processus automatique, en particulier l'actionnement automatique des dispositifs d'éjection de déchets et/ou des dispositifs de stockage de déchets et/ou des dispositifs d'évacuation de déchets accessibles depuis l'intérieur de l'établi à aspiration et/ou l'actionnement automatique des compartiments de stockage de produits préparés et d'appareillage, l'actionnement automatique consistant de préférence à ouvrir automatiquement ces dispositifs et à les refermer après une durée prédéterminée sans passage de matériaux, et/ou
    en ce qu'à l'aide de moyens de surveillance on détecte au moins un état de fonctionnement d'au moins une composante de l'établi à aspiration (1) et/ou au moins une information concernant les produits dangereux dans l'établi à aspiration (1), et en ce que des écarts par rapport au fonctionnement normal peuvent être indiqués par voie acoustique et/ou optique en fonction des résultats de détection des moyens de surveillance à l'aide de moyens d'alarme.
  12. Procédé de fonctionnement selon l'une des revendications 9 à 11,
    caractérisé en ce qu'à l'aide de moyens de commande (10), en particulier des moyens de commande électroniques, on commande au moins un paramètre de fonctionnement à choisir, susceptible d'être réglé et/ou commandé, ou on commande au moins un tel composant de l'établi à aspiration (1), et le cas échéant de préférence on commande au moins un paramètre de fonctionnement ou au moins un composant de l'établi à aspiration (1) en fonction de résultats de détection des moyens de surveillance, et/ou
    en ce que le mode de fonctionnement des moyens de surveillance et/ou des moyens de commande (10) peut être réglé manuellement via un champ de manipulation, en particulier via un champ à touches, de telle manière que de préférence le mode de fonctionnement des moyens de surveillance et/ou des moyens de commande et/ou les réglages du champ de manipulation peuvent être affichés à l'aide de moyens d'affichage, et/ou
    en ce que les données de fonctionnement de l'établi à aspiration, y compris les données concernant les accès autorisés et/ou le cas échéant les résultats de détection des moyens de surveillance, sont consignées.
  13. Procédé de fonctionnement selon l'une des revendications 9 à 12,
    caractérisé en ce que des paramètres de fonctionnement et/ou des paramètres de commande de fonctionnement ou des paramètres de commande d'application peuvent être entrés à l'aide de moyens de lecture et/ou de saisie de données, et/ou
    en ce que l'on engendre un rideau d'air refermant l'ouverture d'intervention (4) et/ou l'on referme automatiquement des dispositifs de filtration lors de leur enlèvement hors de l'établi à aspiration, et/ou
    en ce que la ventilation pour l'aspiration de l'air contaminé avec des produits dangereux hors du compartiment de travail (2) fonctionne également lorsque l'ouverture d'intervention (4) est fermée, de préférence avec puissance réduite et en particulier de préférence avec une puissance d'environ 20 % par référence à la puissance lorsque l'ouverture d'intervention (4) est ouverte.
