Description
Claims (10)
- Mécanisme d'interrupteur du genre comportant, d'une part, au moins deux contacts fixes, à savoir, par exemple, un contact d'entrée (11A) et au moins un contact de sortie (11B), qui, chacun respectivement, sont en liaison électrique avec deux bornes de connexion (12A, 12B), et, d'autre part, un balai conducteur (13), qui comporte une branche médiane (32), par laquelle il est solidaire du contact d'entrée (11A), et deux branches latérales (33), qui, en positions diamétralement opposées l'une par rapport à l'autre, sont en prise à pivotement avec une noix centrale de basculement (34), ladite noix centrale de basculement (34) étant elle-même montée pivotante sous le contrôle d'un organe de commande (35) entre deux positions, à savoir une position pour laquelle le balai conducteur (13) porte sur le contact de sortie (11B), et une position pour laquelle il est au contraire écarté de celui-ci, caractérisé en ce que, les branches latérales (33) du balai conducteur (13) étant en continuité avec sa branche médiane (32), en se raccordant chacune avec celle-ci par un coude (38) largement arrondi, et ledit balai conducteur (13) étant apte à porter sur le contact de sortie (11B) par l'une de ses branches latérales (33), ledit contact de sortie (11B) est implanté à proximité de la noix centrale de basculement (34), en sorte que, par ladite branche latérale (33), le balai conducteur (13) est localement l'objet d'un mouvement transversal d'autonettoyage lors de son appui sur ledit contact de sortie (11B).
- Mécanisme d'interrupteur suivant la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que chacune des branches latérales (33) du balai conducteur (13) est en prise avec la noix centrale de basculement (34) par un bourrelet (44) de section transversale arrondie, ladite noix centrale de basculement (34) comportant de manière complémentaire une gorge (45) de section transversale arrondie.
- Mécanisme d'interrupteur suivant la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce que le bourrelet (44) des branches latérales (33) du balai conducteur (13) est formé par un repli sur elle-même de l'extrémité de celles-ci.
- Mécanisme d'interrupteur suivant l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce que le coude (38) par lequel chacune des branches latérales (33) du balai conducteur (13) se raccorde à la branche médiane (32) de celui-ci s'étend suivant un angle au centre (C) supérieur à 180°, l'une de ses ailes étant en continuité avec ladite branche médiane (32) tandis que l'autre forme avec la branche latérale (33) concernée un dièdre (D), qui est largement ouvert, et dont la concavité est tournée du côté opposé à la branche médiane (32).
- Mécanisme d'interrupteur suivant l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisé en ce que le contact d'entrée (11A) est en position excentrée, ce contact d'entrée (11A) étant plus proche d'une des branches latérales (33) du balai conducteur (13) que de l'autre de celles-ci.
- Mécanisme d'interrupteur suivant l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 5, caractérisé en ce que l'organe de commande (35) de la noix centrale de basculement (34) est un palonnier, qui est monté pivotant autour d'un axe (A4) parallèle à l'axe de pivotement (A3) de cette noix centrale de basculement (34), et qui, par un évidement (53), est engagé, avec jeu, sur un ergot (54) porté en saillie à cet effet par cette dernière.
- Mécanisme d'interrupteur suivant la revendication 6, caractérisé en ce que, pour sa propre commande, le palonnier formant l'organe de commande (35) porte en saillie, parallèlement l'un à l'autre, deux ergots (60) entre lesquels peut intervenir un organe d'actionnement (15, 15') à la disposition de l'usager.
- Mécanisme d'interrupteur suivant l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 7, caractérisé en ce que, pour coopération avec le contact de sortie (11B), la branche latérale (33) concernée du balai conducteur (13) porte en saillie un grain de contact (47).
- Mécanisme d'interrupteur suivant l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 8, caractérisé en ce que le contact de sortie (11B) s'étend en oblique par rapport à la branche médiane (32) du balai conducteur (13).
- Mécanisme d'interrupteur suivant l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 9, caractérisé en ce qu'il comporte, à distance l'un de l'autre, deux contacts de sortie (11B), contre lesquels le balai conducteur (13) porte alternativement.
