Description
- la face de l'ergot qui est tournée vers l'extrémité libre du coulisseau secondaire est perpendiculaire à la face avant dudit coulisseau secondaire,
- la face de l'ergot opposée à la face tournée vers l'extrémité libre du coulisseau secondaire est arrondie afin que l'épaisseur dudit ergot diminue à mesure que l'on se rapproche de son extrémité éloignée de l'extrémité libre du coulisseau secondaire,
- ledit ergot est formé sur une languette montée mobile en rotation sur le coulisseau secondaire,
- ladite languette porte un axe de pivotement positionné à son extrémité libre proche de l'ergot,
- la languette est disposée dans un logement du coulisseau secondaire constitué d'une cuvette disposée dans la face arrière de celui-ci et d'une fente axiale traversante communiquant avec ladite cuvette,
- la cuvette comporte des berceaux assurant la mise en place par encliquetage et le maintien avec possibilité de rotation de l'axe de pivotement de la languette,
- la languette comporte une queue terminée par un embout cylindrique,
- la queue de la languette est flexible et l'embout cylindrique est disposé dans une lumière formée dans le corps du coulisseau perpendiculairement à la fente axiale,
- l'ergot est ramené dans sa position de repos pour laquelle il dépasse de la face avant du coulisseau par un moyen élastique,
- le moyen élastique est un ressort.
- l'ergot est disposé près de l'extrémité libre du coulisseau secondaire.
- les premier et second contacts sont disposés sur des lames conductrices positionnées dans le boítier, la première lame étant près du fond dudit boítier et la seconde lame étant à distance du fond du boítier et à distance de la première lame,
- le second contact est positionné à l'extrémité d'une branche élastique de la seconde lame,
- la figure 1 est une vue en perspective éclatée d'un bloc auxiliaire selon une première forme de réalisation de l'invention,
- la figure 2 est une vue en perspective de trois quart face du bloc auxiliaire de la figure 1 monté, sans couvercle,

Claims (14)
- Bloc auxiliaire du type comportant un boítier (11) renfermant un dispositif de contact secondaire solidaire de deux bornes (22, 32) accessibles de l'extérieur dudit boítier (11) et un coulisseau secondaire (104, 304) destiné à modifier l'état dudit contact secondaire, destiné à être monté sur un contacteur électrique afin que le coulisseau secondaire (104, 304) soit entraíné par le coulisseau dudit contacteur, ledit contact secondaire étant constitué d'un premier et d'un second contacts (21, 31) positionnés l'un en face de l'autre dans deux plans parallèles entre eux et parallèles à la direction de déplacement du coulisseau secondaire (104, 304) et amenés en contact par un moyen porté par ledit coulisseau secondaire (104, 304) et les déplaçant perpendiculairement à sa direction de déplacement, caractérisé en ce que le moyen porté par le coulisseau secondaire (104, 304) est un ergot (142) disposé en saillie par rapport à la face avant, tournée vers les lames de contact (2, 3), dudit coulisseau secondaire (104, 304), ledit ergot (142) pouvant être effacé afin de ne pas agir sur les lames de contact (2, 3).
- Bloc auxiliaire selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que la face (43) de l'ergot (142) qui est tournée vers l'extrémité libre (45) du coulisseau secondaire (104, 304) est perpendiculaire à la face avant dudit coulisseau secondaire (104, 304).
- Bloc auxiliaire selon la revendication 1 ou selon la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce que la face (44) de l'ergot (142) opposée à la face (43) tournée vers l'extrémité libre (45) du coulisseau secondaire (104, 304) est arrondie afin que l'épaisseur dudit ergot (142) diminue à mesure que l'on se rapproche de son extrémité éloignée de l'extrémité libre (45) du coulisseau secondaire (104, 304).
- Bloc auxiliaire selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce que ledit ergot (142) est formé sur une languette (140, 340) montée mobile en rotation sur le coulisseau secondaire (104, 304).
- Bloc auxiliaire selon la revendication 4, caractérisé en ce que ladite languette (140, 340) porte un axe de pivotement (143) positionné à son extrémité libre proche de l'ergot (142).
- Bloc auxiliaire selon la revendication 4 ou selon la revendication 5, caractérisé en ce que la languette (140, 340) est disposée dans un logement du coulisseau secondaire (104, 304) constitué d'une cuvette (124) disposée dans la face arrière (114) de celui-ci et d'une fente axiale traversante (134, 334) communiquant avec ladite cuvette (124).
- Bloc auxiliaire selon la revendication 6, caractérisé en ce que la cuvette (124) comporte des berceaux (144) assurant la mise en place par encliquetage et le maintien avec possibilité de rotation de l'axe de pivotement (143) de la languette (140, 340).
- Bloc auxiliaire selon l'une quelconque des revendications 4 à 7, caractérisé en ce que la languette (140) comporte une queue (145) terminée par un embout cylindrique (146).
- Bloc auxiliaire selon la revendication 8, caractérisé en ce que la queue (145) de la languette (140) est flexible et en ce que l'embout cylindrique (146) est disposé dans une lumière (154) formée dans le corps du coulisseau (104) perpendiculairement à la fente axiale (134).
- Bloc auxiliaire selon l'une quelconque des revendications 4 à 7, caractérisé en ce que l'ergot (142) est ramené dans sa position de repos pour laquelle il dépasse de la face avant du coulisseau (304) par un moyen élastique.
- Bloc auxiliaire selon la revendication 10, caractérisé en ce que le moyen élastique est un ressort (5).
- Bloc auxiliaire selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 11, caractérisé en ce que l'ergot (142) est disposé près de l'extrémité libre (45) du coulisseau secondaire (104, 304).
- Bloc auxiliaire selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 12, caractérisé en ce que les premier et second contacts (21, 31) sont disposés sur des lames conductrices (2, 3) positionnées dans le boítier (11), la première lame (2) étant près du fond dudit boítier et la seconde lame (3) étant à distance du fond du boítier (11) et à distance de la première lame (2).
- Bloc auxiliaire selon la revendication 13, caractérisé en ce que le second contact (31) est positionné à l'extrémité d'une branche élastique (35) de la seconde lame (3).
