- the base 11 includes a stop 48a capable of cooperating with the legs 28 to 31 of lever 21 in order to limit the rotation stroke of the latter between two extreme positions corresponding to the open and closed positions of the contacts.
- a stop 48a capable of cooperating with the legs 28 to 31 of lever 21 in order to limit the rotation stroke of the latter between two extreme positions corresponding to the open and closed positions of the contacts.
- bosses 48, 49 integral with the inner wall of the base 11 and intended to receive one of the ends 35a of the spring 35 whose other end 35b is received by the stud centering 36a of the lever 21, this spring 35 being used only when the mechanism is used to achieve the push function illustrated in Figure 3.
- the spring 35 is supported on the one hand, on the centralizer 36a of the lever 21, and on the other hand, on one 60 of the bearing faces 60, 61 surrounding one of the bosses, said bosses 48, 49 of the base 11 positioning the spring 22 in the alignment of the spring 35.
- the switch performs the "back and forth" function. To this end, after removal of the return spring 35, a third terminal 17 has been added. We will note the presence of a second contact pad 52 on the other end portion 40 of the rocker 24.
- this mechanism is of the double type because it consists of the juxtaposition in the same housing of two mechanisms M of the simple type each carrying out the push function as illustrated in FIG. so that the terminals 15 to 17 of the two mechanisms are arranged opposite to each other.
- the two bases 11 are fixed in such a way that the axes of rotation X of the levers 21 are on the same level, this being made possible by the reversibility of the bases.
- the parts of the mechanism are positioned so that the two control fingers 47, 47a in the "open contacts" position are in the low position.
- lever 21 is used to perform this function, the levers being in the inverted position relative to one another and the return spring in the two switches bearing on the two different surfaces 60, 61 of the base, which is made possible by the reversibility of the levers and the base.
- the operation of the various mechanisms will be described below with reference to the figures and first of all to FIG. 3 illustrating the push-button switch.
- the socket 23 is supported on one 44 of the tongues 43, 44 of the rocker 24, the latter being mounted articulated around an axis Y parallel to the axis X of the lever, by through its articulation element 37 mounted in the recess 38 of the base.
- the balance position of the lever 21 defines the balance position of the lever 24 relative to the connection terminals 15, 16, 17, via the spring 22 housed in the orifice 32 of the lever 21 and that of the socket 23, which spring 22 exerts pressure on the tongue 44 of the lever 24.
- the return spring 35 mounted between the centering stud 36a and the boss 49 recalls the lever 21 in its position corresponding to an open position of the contacts such as illustrated in FIG. 3.
- the mechanism illustrated in Figure 4 fulfills the "back and forth" function. It is identical to that shown in Figure 3 except for this on the one hand, that we added a terminal 17 cooperating with a contact pad 52 fixed to the other end 40 of the rocker 24 and on the other hand, that the return spring 35 has been removed. In the position illustrated in Figure 4, the contact is interrupted between the first 15 and the second 16 terminal, but it is established between the first 15 and the third terminal 17.
- the actuation of the operating finger 47 by the user causes the switching the switch by driving the leg 31 of the lever clockwise. This results in a rotation of the lever 21 clockwise, which establishes contact between the pad 41 belonging to the lever 24 and the terminal 16.
- FIGS. 5 to 7 two mechanisms M have been associated, each performing the function push-button in order to perform the shutter control function corresponding to the function double pusher.
- This function is obtained by fitting the lever 21 and the return spring 35.
- the levers are arranged in their bases in two positions reversed by rotation of 180 ° relative to the longitudinal axis Z of the lever 2.
- the spring 35 is resting on one of the support surfaces of the base, in the switch located on the right on the Figure 7 and on the other bearing surface 61 in the case of the second switch located on the left on the figure.
- central terminal 15 is wider than the one or two lateral terminals 16, 17, this which provides the keying during assembly.
- the two bearing surfaces 60, 61 comprising respectively the two bosses 48, 49 are arranged symmetrically with respect to one another with respect to the plane passing through the two axes X and Y.
- the base 11 has in its bottom wall, on the one hand, two orifices 63, 64 provided for the passage of centering elements belonging to the assembly tool, which maintain the rocker 24 in the horizontal equilibrium position, and on the other hand, another opening 65 allowing the introduction of another mounting tool forming a guide, intended also to maintain the lever 21 in a horizontal equilibrium position.
- a mechanism has therefore been made which, with the same basic parts, perform the single-pole, double-pole, permutator, push-button, back and forth functions, double back and forth, direct or automatic shutter control. From the basic version, the other functions are obtained by adding or removing parts and by mounting appropriate lever and spring, the shutter control is obtained.
- the only difference between the central terminal and the lateral terminals is that on the first, there has no contact pad added. All functions require only one type of thick headed. This terminal can be made by folding, by bar turning or other means.
