Claims (13)

  1.   2. The concrete distributor mast of claim 1, characterized in that the pipe line segment (34"') guided along the last mast arm (3) comprises two segment sections (52', 52") which are pivotable or bendable with respect to each other about the pivot axis (46').
  3. The concrete distributor mast of claim 1 or 2, characterized in that the two arm sections (3', 3") are pivotable with respect to each other by hydraulic or electric means (48, 50).
  4. The concrete distributor mast of one of claims 1 to 3, characterized in that the arm section (3") adjacent to the end hose is longer than the arm section (3') adjacent to the articulated joint.
  5. The concrete distributor mast of claim 4, characterized in that the arm section (3") adjacent to the end hose is at least five times as long as the arm section (3') adjacent to the articulated joint.
  6. The concrete distribution mast of one of claims 1 to 5, characterized in that the arm sections (3', 3") are limitedly pivotable with respect to each other between two limit switches or stops which are dampened in their end positions.
  7. The concrete distributor mast of one of claims 1 to 6, characterized in that the pivot angle between the two arm sections (3', 3") is limited to 3° to 10°.

A method for distributing concrete including the use of the concrete distributor mast of one of claims 1 to 9, which mast is connected to a stationary or mobile concrete pump, the method including moving the end hose (62) over the area to be supplied with concrete by extending and/or retracting the concrete distributor mast by way of its articulated joints and by pivoting the end hose (62) perpendicularly to the direction of extension and retraction, characterized in that an arm section (3") of the last mast arm (3), which section carries the end hose (62), is automatically pivoted during the concrete distribution between two end positions about a pivot axis (46') which is positioned between the last articulated joint and the end hose (62) and which is oriented perpendicularly to the adjacent articulation axis (C) and the longitudinal extension of the mast arm (3).
  11. The method of claim 10, characterized in that the pivoting movement is adapted to be executed by remote control.
  12. The method of claim 10 or 11, characterized in that the pivot angle between the arm sections (3', 3") is adjustable according to need.
  13. A method for folding and unfolding the concrete distributor mast of one of claims 1 to 9, the mast preferably being of the overhead roll folding type, in which the last mast arm (3) is folded during the folding operation in its rest position beneath at least one of the other mast arms in a preferably parallel alignment, characterized in that an arm section (3") of the last mast arm (3) which carries the end hose (62) is laterally pivoted from its rest position at the beginning of the unfolding operation and pivoted back into its rest position at the end of the folding operation about a pivot axis (46') which is positioned on this last mast arm (3) and which is perpendicular with respect to the adjacent articulation axis (C) and to the longitudinal extension of this mast arm (3).
