Description
The invention relates to a concrete placing boom for stationary and mobile concrete pumps with several Articulated joints, with articulated axes parallel to each other interconnected elongated mast arms and with one of several articulated, led along and attached to the mast arms Existing pipe segments, at the end of the last Mast arms in a concrete delivery line ending in an end hose.
It is known, concrete booms designed as articulated masts fold so that the end hose supporting last mast arm in its rest position at least one of the other mast arms in this parallel alignment comes to lie. With such Concrete placing booms must be constructed and constructed be ensured by a defined folding strategy, that when unfolding and when folding it is not too Collisions between the mast arms is coming. This problem Occurs mainly with overhead scroll moths with some cranked mast arms. In addition, the large-scale concreting, in which the end hose by stretching and / or shortening the articulated mast and by swiveling the end hose transversely to the stretch and Shortening direction over the surface to be concreted is moved, either the end hose by hand bent or the entire concrete placing boom around his Vertical axis is pivoted on the pedestal. In the former Trap can only be relatively small swivel angles achieve while in the latter case the total mass the placing boom must be moved back and forth.
Proceeding from this, the invention is based on the object a concrete placing boom of the type specified at the beginning Kind of develop that is easier to use guaranteed during unfolding and folding and / or when concreting.

The solution of the invention is above all the idea based on the fact that a further degree of freedom of movement in Area of the last mast arm carrying the end hose in many applications with significant advantages brings itself. To achieve this, according to the invention suggested that the last mast arm in two on one to the last articulation axis and to the longitudinal extent of the last mast arm vertical pivot axis limited arm sections pivotable against each other is. If the concrete delivery line is not as it has sufficient flexibility it is important that the one guided along the last mast arm Pipe segment two pivotable against each other about the pivot axis or has bendable segment sections. To this end, can stare between the two Pipe segment sections either one with the swivel axis aligned swivel coupling or a flexible one Connection hose can be arranged.
Are in the interest of an automatic movement the two arm sections with hydraulic or electrical Means pivotable against each other.
For most applications, it is advantageous if the arm section on the end hose side is at least five times longer than the articulated side Arm section is.
In order to minimize the forces acting on the placing boom, it’s an advantage if the arm sections between two limit switches or end stops damped by the end position are limited pivotable against each other. The Swivel angle should be limited to 3 ° to 10 °.
With the measures according to the invention, the large area Concreting is facilitated by the fact that the end hose supporting arm section of the last mast arm the one located between the two arm sections Swivel axis between two during the concreting process End positions is automatically swung back and forth. The pivoting movement is expediently controlled remotely triggered. It is also advantageous if the end positions, i.e. the swivel angle around the swivel axis adaptable to the conditions given by the construction site is.
Furthermore, the measures according to the invention enable simplified procedure for unfolding and folding a concrete placing boom where the last boom arm at least when folding in its rest position one of the other mast arms comes to rest and the mast arm above it may be cranked is. If the concrete placing boom is added as an overhead roller folder is a collision-free Unfolding is often difficult. Around Avoiding difficulties is according to the invention suggested that the end hose side arm section of the last mast arm around his to the neighboring one Articulation axis and perpendicular to the longitudinal extension of the mast arm Pivot axis at the beginning of the unfolding process its rest position swung out sideways and at the end of the Folding process is pivoted back into this rest position.
