Description

Distribution Mast for Concrete Pumps The invention relates to a distribution mast for stationary or mobile concrete pumps of the type specified in claim 1.
Known distribution booms of this type consist essentially of a rotatable about a rotational axis formed as a vertical axis rotary head and a plurality of relatively pivotable relative to each other or telescopic mast arms assembled arm package. The arm package is articulated at one end of its first mast arm on the turret and by means of a articulated at articulation points of the turret and the first mast arm, linear drive unit about a horizontal bending axis between a substantially horizontal aligned Einfaltstellung and a working position. In the following, a linear drive unit is preferably understood to mean a cylinder / piston unit, and in particular a hydraulic cylinder. The distribution boom serves in a concrete pump as a carrier for a concrete delivery line. Liquid concrete, which is continuously introduced into a material feed container during concreting, is conveyed to a concreting location remote from the location of the vehicle via the concrete delivery line. The arrangement of the mast arms of the arm package and the joints arranged between them is coordinated so that the distributor mast can be stored in its unfolding position to save space on an associated substructure or chassis. By activating the drive units between the mast arms, the placing mast can be brought into its working position, in which the mast tip can be guided with an end hose over a region to be concreted. Of particular importance for the folding and unfolding process is the articulation between the first mast arm and the turret and there arranged, designed as a cylinder / piston unit linear drive unit. At this joint, the greatest forces and torques occur. Usually, the respective bending axis is arranged so that it perpendicularly intersects the axis of rotation of the rotary head. In order to reduce the load torque in the area of the turret, it has also been proposed above all for larger distributor masts that the bending axis is displaced eccentrically to the axis of rotation in the direction of the driver's cab, or in other words that the bending axis is eccentric to the rotational axis of the turret is arranged at the other end of the first mast arm in the fold-in opposite side of the axis of rotation. Although this arrangement of the Anlenkpunk- tes relative to the axis of rotation has a positive effect on the load torque on the turret, but due to the thereby adjusting leverage ratios negative on the length of the linear drive unit. In addition, a rotary feedthrough for the concrete delivery line must be arranged parallel to each axis of rotation. This rotary feedthrough is realized by a respective articulated arc, wherein the axis of rotation of the joint in each case coincides with the axis of rotation of the rotary head and the first boom arm. The rotary unions each form an obstacle to the components to be moved against each other. A particular obstacle is the rotary feedthrough in the area of the rotary head axis designed as a vertical axis.
Proceeding from this, the object of the invention is to improve the known distributor boom to the effect that both a load torque reduction and a shortening of the relevant linear drive unit can be achieved while avoiding a danger of collision with the conveyor line.
To solve this problem, the feature combination specified in claim 1 is proposed. Advantageous embodiments and further developments of the invention will become apparent from the dependent claims. The solution according to the invention essentially consists in arranging the turret-side articulation point of the linear drive unit for the movement of the first boom arm eccentrically to the rotation axis of the rotary head on the same side as the articulated axis shifted with respect to the rotation axis, and that the linear drive unit with its armature-side articulation point is centered within the formed as a box profile first mast arm and with its turret-side pivot point in the direction of the associated hinge axis centered on the turret. In other words, the central arrangement of the articulation points means that only one linear drive unit is arranged between the rotary head and the first boom arm.
A significant advantage of the invention is that a cylinder / piston unit as a linear drive unit for the first boom arm is shorter than for the case that the pivot point is arranged on the other side of the Drehkopfgel lenks. The cylinder / piston unit according to the invention can thereby be made lighter. In addition, the pivot point of the cylinder / piston unit can be moved on the first mast arm further to the tilting axis. In the case of trained as a box profile mast arm thereby shortening the cut in the box section and the mast arm can be made lighter and stiffer overall.
A preferred embodiment of the invention provides that the cylinder / piston unit is articulated with its bottom end on the first mast arm and with its piston rod eccentrically on the turret.
Es zeigen The distributor boom according to the invention is preferably used as a carrier for a concrete delivery line in a stationary or mobile concrete pump, wherein the rotary head is rotatably mounted on a substructure or a frame of the concrete pump about its axis of rotation and wherein the guided via the distribution boom delivery line at the pressure output of a frame arranged pump unit is connected. In the following, the invention will be explained in more detail with reference to an exemplary embodiment shown diagrammatically in the drawing. Show it

Fig. 2a in perspective view, in plan view and in two sectional views in the unfolded position and in a working position. The truck-mounted concrete pump shown in FIG. 1 comprises a transport vehicle 10, a pumping unit 12 for liquid concrete designed, for example, as a two-cylinder / piston pump, and a distribution mast 14 as a carrier for a delivery line 16. Via the delivery line 16, liquid concrete becomes one of promoted the location of the vehicle 10 arranged concreting.
The distribution boom 14 consists of a about a vehicle-fixed vertical axis 18 rotatable, a turntable 20 having turret 22 and one of several, relatively mutually pivotable mast arms 1, 2,3,4 mated Armpaket 24, via a pivot point 26 at the end of its first Mastarms 1 articulated on the turret 22 and by means of a hinged at their ends to articulation points 28,30 of the rotary head 22 and the first mast arm 1 cylinder / piston unit 32 about a horizontal bending axis A between a substantially horizontally oriented Einfaltstellung and a working position is pivotable. The buckling axes A, B, C, D and the boom arms 1, 2, 3, 4 of the arm package 24 are matched in their dimension and kinematics to one another in such a way that the distributor boom 14 in the unfolded position with a space-saving transport configuration on the transport vehicle 10 can be placed. The cylinder / piston unit 32 as well as the drive units between the other mast arms 1, 2,3,4 is designed as a hydraulic cylinder. By program-controlled activation of the drive units, which are assigned to the buckling axes A, B, C, D individually, the distribution boom at different distances and / or height differences between the concreting and the vehicle location is deployable. By way of example, this is illustrated in FIG. 2 by the unfolding of the mast arm 1. The pump driver controls eg by means of a radio remote control the mast movements through which the mast tip is guided with its end hose, not shown in the drawing over the area to be concreted away.
A special feature of the invention is that the bending axis A of the first mast arm 1 is so eccentric to the axis of rotation 18 of the rotary head 22 is arranged that it is arranged in the fold-in on the driver's cab 34 facing side of the axis of rotation 18. In other words, this means that the bending axis A is arranged eccentrically to the rotation axis 18 of the rotary head 22 on the opposite side of the rotation axis 18 to the free end 36 of the arm package 24 in the unfolding position. With this measure, a load torque reduction in the region of the rotary head 22 is achieved for a given distributor boom length. As can be seen from FIGS. 2 and 3a to c, the bending axis A of the first mast arm 1 is located radially outside the turntable 20 bounding the turret 22. Another special feature of the invention is that the turret-side articulation point 28 of the cylinder mast / Piston unit 32 is arranged with an eccentricity e eccentric to the rotation axis 18 of the rotary head on the same side as the bending axis A between the first mast arm 1 and the rotary head 22 (Fig. 3c and d). For a particularly lightweight design of the respective cylinder / piston unit 32 is made possible. In addition, it can be seen in FIGS. 3a to d that only one cylinder / piston unit 32 is provided, whose mast arm-side articulation point 30 is centered within the box profile trained first mast arm 1 and the turret-side pivot point 32 is hinged in the direction of the associated hinge axis 29 centrally on the turret. Of particular advantage here is that the cylinder / piston unit 32 is articulated with its cylinder-side end at the articulation point 30 of the first mast arm 1 and with its piston rod eccentrically at the articulation point 28 of the rotary head 22.
In FIGS. 2 and 3 c, the rotary leadthrough 40 composed of two pipe bends 38 is also indicated in the region of the rotary head 22, which is arranged concentrically with respect to the axis of rotation 18 of the rotary head 22.
