- the rinse aid After going through the Heat exchanger 82, the rinse aid is cooled and is returned by a return line 84 to an area between Pre-clearing 28 and cleaning zone 40 in the device returned with the rinse aid in the first Cleaning tank 34 is initiated.
- return line 84 being the substantially pH neutral Rinse aid liquid directly into the first pump rinse tank 34 returns this rinse aid as little as possible mixed with the strongly alkaline cleaning liquors in the device. This improves the quality of the out Pump rinse tank 34 through the liquid drain 38 discharged wastewater.
- the first Cleaning tank 34 is supplied with a cooler current, whereby the wastewater temperature is also reduced.
- the capacitors 90 and 92 which are explained in more detail below, at Top of the cleaning zone 40 and rinse zone 56 each are inclined to the horizontal. This tendency has one Angles of a few degrees.
- the advantage of inclined installation of the capacitors is that cleaning liquor attached to the condenser surfaces condensed into drops, not as a drop falls straight down, but towards of the slope on the inclined surfaces of the capacitors 90 and 92 moved along and finally in the second Pump rinse tank 44 drains.
- the inclination of the capacitors 90 and 92 is next to that Advantage of the targeted drainage of the alkaline water Another advantage is that the inside of the capacitors form less deposits, commonly referred to as "fouling" be designated.
- the device 10 is fresh water through a line 98 is fed and passes through the interposition suitable valves 100 in the capacitors 90 and 92. Since the Condenser 90 has a smaller heat exchange area than that Has capacitor 92, the one shown in Fig.
- the stream of water already preheated in the condensers finally arrives with the interposition of an air gap 106 in those already described with reference to FIG. 1
- Heat exchanger 82 in which the from the pump rinse tank 70 dissipated liquid heat to the fresh water to be heated emits and this is heated.
- the preheated water After leaving the Heat exchanger 82 is the preheated water through the line 108 supplied to the heater 110 by electrical Heating power the water for the rinsing nozzles 64 to about 85 ° C. is heated.
- a safety drain 114 is provided to prevent the escape of Air serves and in the event that the float switch is not works properly.
- the pump 112 in the pipeline between the heater 110 and the flushing nozzles 64 serve to ensure a uniform flushing pressure produce.
- the Air-Gap 106 is in the for security reasons Device and serves the drinking water system from the Decouple sewage system.
- a second feed line also shown in FIG. 2 with valves 118 also arranged therein serves the purpose Filling the device and is connected to the hot water network connected, so that when completely filling the Device water used with a temperature of 50 ° can be. For this reason, as in FIG. 1 it can be seen in the second cleaning tank 44 heating elements 120 arranged.
- the continuous dishwashing device described above provides an extensive separation between strongly alkaline Cleaning liquors and essentially neutral Rinse aid.

Abstract
Description
The invention relates to a continuous dishwasher for dishes and / or tablet parts to be cleaned as well as a Process for cleaning dishes and / or tablet parts in a continuous dishwasher.
Continuous dishwashing devices, especially for the Cleaning of those incurred in the case of communal catering cleaning crockery and tablet parts are good in technology known. While dishwashing devices in the home Area usually with a fixed arrangement of the cleaning dishes and cutlery a program with successive operating stages, go through in industrially used Continuous dishwashing devices to be cleaned Crockery and / or tablet parts that are stationary in the Device arranged treatment zones by using these a suitable conveyor the entire Pass through the continuous dishwasher.
Conventional continuous dishwashers have essentially four different treatment zones, one Pre-cleaning zone, a cleaning zone, a rinse zone as well as a drying zone. In the pre-cleaning zone or Pre-clearing, cleaning zone and rinse zone can be found each outlet nozzles for cleaning liquor or Rinse aid. Therefore there is one in each of these zones Tank arranged in which the of the dishes and / or Cleaning parts expiring tablet parts or Rinse aid is collected.
While the cleaning liquor usually consists of water, added a surfactant, basic detergent essentially pure water comes into the rinse aid zone and rinse aid for use. So that is Cleaning liquor strongly alkaline, while the Rinse aid is essentially pH neutral. Since it's out ecological perspective is very important today Continuous dishwashing devices under one if possible to use natural resources sparingly, special attention is paid to the consumption To keep fresh water as low as possible. This allows reduce water consumption on the one hand, but also on the other the energy consumption since that used in the rinse aid zone Rinse aid a significantly higher temperature than that of the tap water available. To the To reduce overall water consumption, both in the Cleaning zones as well as in the rinse aid zone Cleaning or rinsing liquids partially recirculated.
The invention has for its object a Continuous dishwashing device and a method for To propose cleaning dishes and / or tablet parts, which has a low water and energy consumption.
This task is accomplished by a continuous dishwasher with the features of claim 1 and a method for cleaning dishes and / or tablet parts in one Continuous dishwashing device with the features of Claim 12 solved.
The invention is based on the idea of the rinse zone a continuous dishwashing device so that the dishes and / or tablet parts to be cleaned after First run through the cleaning zones into the spray area a pre-rinse nozzle from which Rinse aid comes out. The pre-rinse nozzle and the Cleaning tank of the upstream cleaning zone are here so arranged that rinse aid liquid from the pre-rinse nozzle after expiry of the dishes and / or to be cleaned Tablet parts can be fed to the cleaning tank. This owns the advantage that after passing through the cleaning zone crockery and / or wet with a strongly alkaline cleaning liquor Tablet parts first of all from a pre-rinse nozzle is essentially charged with pH-neutral water, be treated. The here of the dishes and / or Rinse aid draining tablet parts with the rinsed off alkaline components due to the special Arrangement of the pre-rinse nozzle and the cleaning tank Cleaning tank supplied. Therefore, the ones to be cleaned Dishware and / or tablet parts largely from alkaline Cleaning residue frees the pump clear rinsing as well downstream fresh water rinse supplied so that the Quality of the rinse aid liquid in the pump rinse tank the rinse aid zone is caught, is increased significantly. This again it allows a large proportion of the Rinse aid liquid is recirculated in the rinse aid zone and only a relatively low volume flow of fresh water for Maintain constant rinse aid quality is needed.
Preferred embodiments are defined by the remaining claims featured.
So according to a preferred embodiment in the Rinse aid zone fresh water rinse nozzles arranged, connected to a tap water network. By the provision of fresh water rinse nozzles on the one hand Pump rinse tank fresh water supplied and at the same time the amount of liquid that the the pre-rinse upstream cleaning tank is replaced. Of further the dishes to be cleaned and / or Tablet parts before leaving the rinse aid zone and before Enter the downstream drying zone again rinsed with fresh water.
Preferably are in the tap water network Heat exchanger. This has the advantage that the Energy consumption of the entire continuous dishwasher can be reduced by using cold tap water through an internal heat exchange in the device can be preheated. The added benefit is that both the wastewater flows entering the sewage network as well as the drying air emerging from the device each brought to a lower temperature level can and therefore burden the environment less.
According to a preferred embodiment, the Continuous dishwashing device additionally one Precleaning zone with outlet nozzles for cleaning liquor and a tank for cleaning fleet, being in the tank for Cleaning liquor a collecting sieve is arranged that is extendable like a drawer. By providing one Pre-cleaning zone becomes much of the solid, liquid and pasty food ingredients already washed off and one Tank fed to cleaning fleet. By in this tank Collecting sieve is arranged, which can be extended like a drawer is, the tank can be easily cleaned and the Food leftovers by rotating out and Emptying the collecting sieve for further processing or Dispose of.
According to a preferred embodiment there is a sequence of Pump rinse tanks in connection with an outlet in the Pre-cleaning zone and the cleaning tank with the tank in the Pre-cleaning zone in connection. After im continuous Operation of a partial flow of rinse aid Pre-cleaning zone is fed, the pH value decreases the liquid in the tank of the pre-cleaning zone, which causes that the device emerging from the tank of the pre-cleaning zone Wastewater is less alkaline. In addition, by Interposition of a heat exchanger from the The rinse aid liquid drained off can be cooled and thus the temperature of the wastewater is also reduced will. Since, as mentioned above, that from the Pre-rinse aid rinse liquid emerging Cleaning tank is fed, is approximately the same Volume flow like that from the at least one pre-rinse nozzle leaking through the connection between the cleaning tank and the tank in the pre-cleaning zone, the tank in the Pre-cleaning zone fed.
Preferably, five times the amount of fresh water in the Circulated rinse aid zone. This will make a very small one Achieved water consumption.
According to a preferred embodiment of the invention the pump rinse tank in relation to the cleaning tank a very small volume. This has the advantage that possibly alkaline in the area of the pump rinse tank Cleaning liquor only for a very short time to an increase of the pH of the rinse aid liquid because that Total volume of rinse aid liquid is kept low and thus the rate of renewal through the continuous fresh water supplied is very high.
Preferably, a condenser is above the rinse aid and Cleaning zone arranged, the condenser Rinse aid zone at the top in whole or in part with a wall limited. In addition, the wall runs horizontally inclined that a slope to that facing the cleaning zone Side of the wall. By providing one Condenser that moisture is condensed out by directed spraying from the cleaning and rinsing nozzles is produced. Due to the inclination of the capacitor, the condensed drops along the slope to that of Side of the wall facing the cleaning zone before the Drops come loose from the condenser wall and down fall. Due to the inclination of the capacitor wall ensures that condensing drops are highly alkaline Do not drip the cleaning liquor into the pump rinse tank, but first hike along the slope until they after detaching, get into the cleaning tank. This poses an additional, preferred measure to the quality of the To keep rinse aid as high as possible, which means only one very small amount of fresh water supplied to the device must become.
According to a preferred embodiment, this further comprises a deflector in the area of the rinse aid zones, which is a slope towards the cleaning tank. The deflector ensures that the largest possible proportion of those in the area the pre-rinse nozzles of the dishes and / or to be cleaned Cleaning parts running out of tablet parts in the cleaning tank is fed.
The continuous dishwashing device preferably comprises one Task plate arranged upstream of the clearing is and is attached pivotably upwards. This owns the advantage that the device is easier to clean, because by swiveling up the feed plate Accessibility to the interior of the device increased significantly.

Fig. 1 shows schematically a longitudinal section through a part a continuous dishwasher, generally with Reference number 10 is designated. The heart of the facility is an endless and revolving belt 12, preferably as a link belt with a very low Is designed to minimize heat between the individual zones of the device 10 and out of this transport. The band 12 is with suitable fingers into which crockery or tablet parts to be cleaned, as indicated by reference number 14 can be. The endless belt 12 is made of a suitable one Material such as Plastic made, where it is advantageously ensured that the selected Material used cleaning and rinse aid liquids poorly wetted in the device 10 and thus little Liquid inside the device by the movement of the Tape is transported. Another advantage is that in the final drying zone of the device 10 a lower amount of energy for drying the dishes and Tablet parts 14 must be used because less Cleaning liquor that adheres to the belt must be evaporated.
The direction of passage of the crockery and cutlery items through the Device 10 is given by the direction of arrow A.
The device 10 rests on
Im Aufgabenbereich ist eine Aufgabeplatte 18 vorgesehen, die
vorzugsweise verschwenkbar ist, was beispielsweise durch die
Verwendung von Gasdruckfedern ausgestaltet sein kann. Dies
beim Reinigen derselben. Im herabgeschwenkten Zustand bildet
die Aufgabeplatte 18 eine Ablagefläche 20, auf der
beispielsweise Behältnisse abgestellt werden können, aus denen
die einzelnen Geschirrteile in das Endlosband eingelegt
werden, das über die Umlenkrolle 22 geführt wird.A task plate 18 is provided in the task area

After the crockery parts 14 are replaced by a

The volume information used below for individual Containers only serve to give an idea of the to give relative volumes. Of course these are Sizes depend on the overall size of the device and serve just to express how the individual volumes are related to each other.
Alkaline water is used in advance, i.e.

After passing through the
zweiten Reinigungstank 44 gelenkt. Hierzu sind in der
Vorrichtung 10 geeignete Abweisbleche 58 vorgesehen, damit die
aus der Vorklarspüldüse 54 austretende Flüssigkeit in den
zweiten Reinigungstank 44 abströmt.After passing through the
When the objects to be cleaned are transported in
Direction of arrow A, they reach the area of
Rinse
When passing through the device 10, the
cleaning dishes and tablet parts 14 in the
Range of fresh water rinse
Die aus den Klarspüldüsen 60 der Pumpenklarspülung austretende
Klarspülflüssigkeit sowie das aus den
Frischwasserklarspüldüsen 64 austretende Frischwasser werden
in einem Pumpenklarspültank 70 aufgefangen, der im Vergleich
zu den oben beschriebenen ersten 34 und zweiten 44
Reinigungstank ein deutlich geringeres Volumen von lediglich
etwa 6 l besitzt. The one emerging from the rinse
A comparison of those occurring in the specific exemplary embodiment
Volume flows of rinse aid liquid from the
The very small volume of the pump rinse
The pump rinse
By
abweicht.Another measure that serves to make the mixing strong
alkaline and essentially neutral liquids in the

The inclination of the
The heat cycle for treating the in the
Rinse
den Bereich 92b des Kondensators 92.As best seen in Fig. 2, in the same

The stream of water already preheated in the condensers

angeordnet. A second feed line, also shown in FIG. 2

Die oben beschriebene Durchlaufgeschirrspülvorrichtung stellt
eine weitgehende Trennung zwischen stark alkalischen
Reinigungsflotten und im wesentlichen neutralen
Klarspülflüssigkeiten her. Durch das Vorsehen einer
Vorklarspüldüse werden die stark alkalischen Rückstände an
Reinigungsflotte an den zu behandelnden Geschirr- und
Tabletteilen vor der Klarspülung entfernt, wobei die
abgewaschenen, alkalischen Reste in einen Reinigungstank
gelangen. Daher kann die Klarspülflüssigkeit weitgehend
rezirkuliert und der Verbrauch an Frischwasser verringert
werden. Um die Trennung zwischen alkalischen und neutralen
Flüssigkeiten in der Vorrichtung weiter zu vervollständigen,
sind die Kondensatoren 90 und 92, deren Unterseiten den
oberseitigen Abschluß der Spülzone und Reinigungszone bilden,
so geneigt angeordnet, daß an diesen oberseitigen
Abschlußflächen kondensierende Tropfen an Reinigungsflotte
The continuous dishwashing device described above provides
