Claims (21)
- Verfahren zur Herstellung von Sieben, welche eine Vielzahl von Sortieröffnungen (7) aufweisen, wobei Siebstreifen (2,2') mit Sortieröffnungen (7) hergestellt werden, welche an den Längsseiten (4) mit über ihre Längserstreckung gleichen Formflächen (5,5') versehen sind,
gekennzeichnet durch folgende Schritte:mindestens zwei leistenförmige Träger (3) werden an einer Seite mit Ausnehmungen (6) in einem bestimmten Abstand (a) versehen, welche zu dieser Seite offen sind,Profilstäbe (1,1') werden hergestellt, deren Profil auf einer Seite (Fußseite) eine Fügekontur (10) hat, die den Ausnehmungen (6) in den leistenförmigen Trägern (3) im wesentlichen komplementär entspricht und das außerdem beidseitig gegenüberliegende Nuten (8) oder Vorspünge (14) enthält, welche zumindest teilweise denjenigen der Formflächen (5,5') der Siebstreifen (2,2') komplentär entsprechen,die Profilstäbe (1,1') werden parallel zueinander in die Ausnehmungen (6) der Träger (3) eingelegt oder eingeschoben,die Siebstreifen (2,2') werden parallel zueinander jeweils zwischen die Profilstäbe (1,1') geschoben,die Träger (3) werden durch Verformung in ihre endgültige Form gebracht, wobei durch die Verformung die formschlüssig eingesetzten Profilstäbe (1,1') eingeklemmt werden. - Verfahren nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Ausnehmungen (6) in den leistenförmigen Trägern (3) durchweg den gleichen Abstand (a) voneinander und die Siebstreifen (2,2') durchweg die gleiche Breite (b) haben. - Verfahren nach Anspruch 1 oder 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Profil der Profilstäbe (1,1') auf der der Fügekontur (10) gegenüberliegenden Seite (Kopfseite) eine über die Nut (8) oder den Vorsprung (14) hinausgehende Erhebung (11) aufweist. - Verfahren nach Anspruch 3,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Erhebung (11) in Räumerbewegungsrichtung (R) betrachtet relativ zur Oberseite (12) der Siebstreifen (2) eine Schräge mit einem Winkel α zwischen 0 und 30° aufweist. - Verfahren nach Anspruch 1,2,3 oder 4,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Formflächen (5) an den Seiten der Siebstreifen (2) durch Erhebungen (9) gebildet werden und die Profilstäbe (1) hierzu komplementäre Nuten (8) aufweisen. - Verfahren nach Anspruch 1,2,3 oder 4,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Formflächen (5') der Siebstreifen (2') durch Nuten (13) gebildet werden und die Profilstäbe (1') dazu komplementäre Vorsprünge (14) enthalten. - Verfahren nach einem der voranstehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Siebstreifen (2,2'), in ihrer Querrichtung betrachtet, eine Mehrzahl von Reihen von Sortieröffnungen (7) enthalten. - Verfahren nach Anspruch 7,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Siebstreifen (2,2'), in in ihrer Querrichtung betrachtet, jeweils nur eine Reihe von Sortieröffnungen (7) enthalten. - Verfahren nach einem der voranstehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet. daß die Träger (3) durch plastische Verformung zu Ringsegmenten gebogen werden. - Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Träger (3) durch plastische Verformung zu in sich geschlossenen Ringen gebogen werden. - Verfahren nach Anspruch 10,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Stoßflächen der Träger (3) miteinander nicht lösbar, z.B. durch Löten oder Schweißen verbunden werden. - Verfahren nach Anspruch 9, 10 oder 11,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Krümmungsmittellinie beim Verformen der Träger (3) auf der Seite der Siebstreifen (2,2') liegt. - Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8;
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Träger (3) durch elastische Rück-Verformung nach dem Zusammenfügen von Trägern (3), Siebstreifen (2,2') und Profilstäben (1,1') in ihre endgültige Form gebracht werden. - Verfahren nach einem der voranstehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Sortieröffnungen (7) Löcher mit Durchmesser zwischen 1 und 6 mm sind. - Verfahren nach einem der voranstehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß auch zwischen den Formflächen der Siebstreifen (2,2') und den Profilstäben (1,1') durch Verformung der Träger (3) eine Klemmverbindung erzeugt wird. - Verfahren nach einem der voranstehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zumindest ein Teil der Klemmverbindungen zusätzlich durch eine nicht lösbare Verbindung, wie z.B. Löten verstärkt wird. - Sieb mit einer Vielzahl von Sortieröffnungen (7), hergestellt durch das Verfahren nach einem der voranstehenden Ansprüche, wobei sich die Sortieröffnungen (7) in parallel angeordneten Siebstreifen (2,2') befinden, die an ihren Seiten Formflächen (5, 5') aufweisen,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sich an den Formflächen (5, 5') benachbarter Siebstreifen (2,2') parallel dazu liegende Profilstäbe (1) befinden, welche zu den Formflächen der Siebstreifen passende Kontaktflächen aufweisen, die mit den Formflächen zumindest teilweise einen Formschluß bilden, wobei die Profilstäbe (1,1') auf mindestens einer Seite über die Siebstreifen (2,2') vorstehen und dort, zumindest teilweise, in mindestens zwei Trägern (3) formschlüssig eingeklemmt sind, wozu der Träger (3) an den entsprechenden Stellen Ausnehmungen (6) für die vorstehenden Teile der Profilstäbe (1,1') aufweist. - Sieb nach Anspruch 17,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Träger (3) einen vollständigen Kreisring mit unlösbar verbundenen Stoßflächen bilden, wodurch ein zylindrischer Siebkorb entsteht. - Sieb nach Anspruch 17,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Träger (3) einen Kreisringabschnitt bilden, wodurch eine zylindrische Siebschale entsteht. - Sieb nach Anspruch 17,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Träger (3) eben sind, wodurch ein Plansieb entsteht. - Sieb nach einem der Anprüche 17 bis 20,
gekennzeichnet durch
seine Verwendung zum Aufbau eines Sichters zum Sortieren von Papierstoffsuspension, wobeia) in Umfangsrichtung gesehen sich Siebstreifen (2) mit Profilstäben (1) abwechseln,b) die Siebstreifen (2) eine Vielzahl von Sortieröffnungen (7) aufweisen undc) die Profilstäbe (1) über die angeströmte Fläche der Siebstreifen (2) hinausragen.
