Claims (15)
- Kühltheke für leicht verderbliche Lebensmittel wie Fleischwaren, miteiner von einem Thekenkorpus (1) getragenen Thekenwanne (2),einer in der Thekenwanne (2) angeordneten Warenplattform (3),einem oberhalb der Warenplattform (3) angeordneten Warenraum (4) und einem unterhalb der Warenplattform (3) angeordneten Wannenraum (15),wenigstens einem Ventilator (29) zur Erzeugung einer über den Warenauflagebereich der Warenplattform (3) geführten und über einen aus dem Wannenraum (15) und einem bedienseitigen Zuführkanal (16) gebildeten Strömungskanal zum Warenraum (4) zurückgeleiteten Luftströmung (10), undeiner Kühleinrichtung (23) und einer UV-Strahlungsquelle (25), die im Strömungskanal angeordnet sind,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Kühleinrichtung im Wirkbereich der UV-Strahlungsquelle angeordnet und mit UV-Strahlung beaufschlagbar ist. - Kühltheke nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die UV-Strahlungsquelle (25) und die Kühleinrichtung (23) im Zuführkanal (16) angeordnet sind. - Kühltheke nach Anspruch 1 oder 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß auch der Ventilator (29) im Wirkbereich der UV-Strahlungsquelle (25) angeordnet und mit UV-Strahlung beaufschlagbar ist. - Kühltheke nach Anspruch 3,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die UV-Strahlungsquelle (25) und der Ventilator (29) in dem oberen, mit einer Zuführöffnung (13) in den Warenraum (4) mündenden Bereich des Zuführkanals (16) angeordnet sind. - Kühltheke nach Anspruch 4,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß der Ventilator (29) - in Richtung der Luftströmung (10) gesehen - nach der UV-Strahlungsquelle (25) angeordnet ist. - Kühltheke nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Begrenzungswände des die Kühleinrichtung (23), die UV-Strahlungsquelle (25) und den Ventilator (29) aufnehmenden und einen Bestrahlungsraum (26) bildenden Bereiches des Strömungskanales für UV-Strahlen reflektierend sind. - Kühltheke nach Anspruch 6,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Begrenzungswände des Bestrahlungsraumes (26) aus metallischem Werkstoff mit vorzugsweise polierter Oberfläche, zum Beispiel aus Edelstahl bestehen. - Kühltheke nach Anspruch 6,
gekennzeichnet durch
eine metallisierte, vorzugsweise polierte Oberfläche der Begrenzungswände des Bestrahlungsraumes (26). - Kühltheke nach Anspruch 6,
gekennzeichnet durch
verspiegelte Begrenzungswände des Bestrahlungsraumes (26). - Kühltheke nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Kühleinrichtung - in Richtung der Luftströmung (10) gesehen - vor der UV-Strahlungsquelle (25) angeordnet ist. - Kühltheke nach einem der Ansprüche 4 bis 10,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß der Ventilator (29) nahe der Zuführöffnung (13) angeordnet und lösbar gehaltert ist. - Kühltheke nach Anspruch 11,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß der Ventilator (29) an einer aus der Zuführöffnung (13) herausklappbaren Halterung (30) befestigt ist. - Kühltheke nach einem der Ansprüche 4 bis 12,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß der der Zuführöffnung (13) gegenüberliegende Bereich der bedienseitigen Begrenzungswand (24) des Zuführkanals (16) in einer eine die Umlenkung der Luftströmung (10) begünstigenden Weise nach Art einer Hohlkehle (27) konkav gewölbt ist, wobei die UV-Strahlungsquelle (25) am unteren bzw. dem gegen die Luftströmung (10) weisenden Ende der Hohlkehle (27) angeordnet ist. - Kühltheke nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 13,
gekennzeichnet durch
wenigstens eine in den Bestrahlungsraum (26) mündende Abgabeöffnung (40), über die der Luftströmung (10) Wasserdampf zuführbar ist. - Kühltheke nach Anspruch 14,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Abgabeöffnung (40) nahe der UV-Strahlungsquelle (25) angeordnet ist.
