Claims (12)
- Dispositif de séparation de matériaux, par exemple du papier et du carton, ledit dispositif comportant au moins deux arbres rotatifs sensiblement parallèles (4, 5) sur lesquels sont montés des disques (3), la périphérie d'au moins un des disques (3) étant telle qu'au moins au niveau de deux positions de sommet (16) symétriques en image miroir par rapport au point de rotation (M) du disque (3), la distance jusqu'au point de rotation (M) est la même et est supérieure à celle existant au niveau de toutes les autres positions situées sur la périphérie, un matériau projeté sur les arbres (4, 5) étant déplacé, par l'intermédiaire de la rotation des arbres (4, 5) sur les disques (3) et tombant partiellement entre les disques (3),
caractérisé en ce que
la position d'au moins un arbre (4, 5) peut être ajustée dans une direction axiale. - Dispositif selon la revendication 1, dans lequel les arbres rotatifs (4, 5) sont situés dans un seul plan.
- Dispositif selon la revendication 2, dans lequel la position angulaire du plan passant par les arbres (4, 5) peut être ajustée.
- Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans lequel le nombre et les positions des disques (3) sur un arbre rotatif (4, 5) peuvent être ajustés.
- Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans lequel la distance mutuelle entre deux arbres rotatifs (4, 5) peut être ajustée.
- Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans lequel la périphérie d'au moins un des disques (3) est telle qu'au moins au niveau de deux positions de sommet (16) symétriques en image miroir par rapport au point de rotation (M) du disque, la distance jusqu'au point de rotation (M) est la même et est supérieure à celle existant au niveau de toutes les autres positions situées sur la périphérie.
- Dispositif selon la revendication 6, dans lequel la forme du disque (3) est symétrique par rapport à une ligne passant par les deux positions de sommet.
- Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans lequel la dérivée première de la périphérie du disque (3) a un caractère continu, de sorte que la périphérie du disque ne comporte aucun angle.
- Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans lequel la périphérie du disque (3) a une forme qui correspond sensiblement à la périphérie d'une coupe transversale à travers l'axe d'un ballon de rugby.
- Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications 7 à 9, dans lequel le disque a également une ligne de symétrie qui recoupe la première ligne de symétrie perpendiculairement à mi-chemin entre les positions de sommet (16).
- Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans lequel le disque (3) est muni, sur la périphérie, d'une couche de matériau élastique (18).
- Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans lequel la distance mutuelle entre deux axes d'arbres adjacents (4, 5) est inférieure à deux fois la distance à partir de la position de sommet d'un disque jusqu'à l'axe sur lequel est monté ce disque (3).
