Claims (12)

  1. Vorrichtung zum Trennen von Materialien, z.B. zum Trennen von Papier und Karton, mit wenigstens zwei im wesentlichen parallelen drehbaren Wellen (4, 5), auf denen Scheiben (3) montiert sind, wobei der Umfang wenigstens einer der Scheiben (3) derart ist, daß wenigstens an zwei spiegelsymmetrisch zum Drehpunkt (M) der Scheibe (3) liegenden Stellen (16) der Abstand zum Drehpunkt (M) gleich und größer ist als an allen anderen am Umfang liegenden Stellen, so daß durch Drehung der Wellen (4, 5) das auf die Wellen (4, 5) aufgebrachte Material über die Scheiben (3) gefördert wird und teilweise nach unten zwischen den Scheiben (3) herabfällt,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
       die Lage der wenigstens einen Welle (4, 5) in Axialrichtung einstellbar ist.
  2. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, bei welcher die drehbaren Wellen (4, 5) in einer Ebene angeordnet sind.
  3. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 2, bei welcher die Winkellage der durch die Wellen (4, 5) gelegten Ebene einstellbar ist.
  4. Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, bei welcher die Zahl und die Lage der Scheiben (3) auf einer drehbaren Welle (4, 5) einstellbar ist.
  5. Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, bei welcher der gegenseitige Abstand zwischen zwei drehbaren Wellen (4, 5) einstellbar ist.
  6. Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, bei welcher der Umfang wenigstens einer der Scheiben (3) derart ist, daß wenigstens an zwei Spitzenpositionen (16) die Spiegel symmetrisch relativ zum Drehpunkt (M) der Scheibe liegen und der Abstand nach dem Drehpunkt gleich und größer ist als an allen anderen Stellen des Umfangs.
  7. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 6, bei welcher die Form der Scheibe (3) symmetrisch zu einer Linie durch die beiden Spitzenpositionen ist.
  8. Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, bei welcher die erste Ableitung des Umfangs der Scheibe (3) eine kontinuierliche Form hat, so daß der Umfang der Scheibe keine Winkel aufweist.
  9. Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, bei welcher der Umfang der Scheibe (3) eine Form hat, die im wesentlichen dem Umfang eines Querschnitts durch die Mittellinie eines Rugby-Balls hat.
  10. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 7 bis 9, bei welcher die Scheibe außerdem eine Symmetrielinie besitzt, die die erste Symmetrielinie in der Mitte zwischen den Spitzenpositionen (16) senkrecht schneidet.
  11. Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, bei welcher die Scheibe (3) am Umfang mit einer elastischen Materialschicht (18) ausgestattet ist.
  12. Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, bei welcher der gegenseitige Mittellinienabstand zweier benachbarter Wellen (4, 5) kleiner ist als der doppelte Abstand von der Spitzenposition einer Scheibe nach der Mittellinie, auf der die Scheibe (3) montiert ist.
