Description

MACHINE VOLUMETRIQUE A PISTON ROTATIF
La présente invention concerne une machine tournante à piston rotatif.
La machine peut être utilisée comme :
- Compresseur volumétrique de fluide liquide ou gazeux - Moteur hydraulique ou pneumatique
- Pompe volumétrique de fluide liquide ou gazeux
Elle est constituée d'un piston cylindrique à axe de rotation excentrique (3) se déplaçant radialement à l'intérieur d'une chambre de compression (2) dont le volume intérieur est composé de deux demi-cylindres à chaque extrémité d'un volume parai lèlipipédique rectangle ; elle-même en rotation à la moitié de la vitesse de rotation du piston.
Le déplacement s'effectue sans contact mécanique entre le piston et la chambre de compression. La synchronisation du piston et de la chambre de compression est assurée par un train d'engrenages (4) situé à l'extérieur de la chambre de compression.
L'ensemble piston, chambre de compression, train d'engrenages est contenu dans un carter (1) muni à une extrémité de deux lumières (5).
Les lumières sont alternativement ouvertes ou fermées en fonction de la position relative du piston par rapport à la chambre de compression.
La machine peut être constituée d'un ou plusieurs étages sur le même principe.
De cette invention découlent les principaux avantages suivants :
- Déplacement du ou des pistons dans tout le volume de la chambre permettant d'obtenir un rapport de compression important pour un volume et un poids faible par rapport à la puissance.
- Sans contact mécanique entre le piston et la chambre de compression ce qui permet un fonctionnement sans lubrification des parties. - Peu de pi èces
- Usinage simple
- Simplicité de montage et de mise en service
- Maintenance réduite en raison de la faible vitesse relative entre le ou les pistons et la chambre de compression, l'absence de clapets, d'embiellage et de circuit de lubrification.

Claims

REVENDICATIONS
1 ) Machine tournante volumétrique pour fluide liquide ou gazeux , pompe , compresseur , moteur , caractérisée en ce qu ' elle est constituée d ' un piston cylindrique à axe de rotation excentrique ( 3 ) se déplaçant radialement à 1 ' intérieur d ' une chambre de compression ( 2 ) mono ou bi - étagée dont le volume intérieur est composé de deux demi - cylindres à chaque extrémité d ' un volume parallèlipipédique rectangle ; elle - même en rotation à la moitié de la vitesse de rotation du piston .
2 ) Machine tournante selon la revendication ( 1 ) caractérisée en ce que le synchronisme entre le piston ( 3 ) et la chambre de compression ( 2 ) est assuré par un train d ' engrenages ( 4 ) situé à 1 ' extérieur de la chambre de compression .
3 ) Machine tournante selon la revendication ( 1 ) ou ( 2 ) caractérisée en ce que 1 ' ensemble piston ( 3 ) , chambre de compression ( 2 ) , train d ' engrenages ( 4 ) est contenu dans un carter ( 1 ) muni à une extrémité de deux lumières ( 5 ) alternativement ouvertes ou fermées en fonction de la position relative du piston ( 3 ) par rapport à la chambre de compression ( 2 ) .
4 ) Machine tournante selon la revendication 1 ou 2 ou 3 caractérisée par un déplacement sans contact mécanique entre le piston ( 3 ) et la chambre de compression ( 2 ) .
5 ) Machine tournante selon la revendication ( 1 ) ou ( 2 ) ou ( 3 ) ou ( 4 ) caractérisée en ce que 1 ' absence de contact mécamque entre le piston ( 3 ) et la chambre de compression ( 2 ) fait qu ' il n ' y a pas besoin de lubrification entre les deux pièces .
6 ) Machine tournante selon la revendication ( 1 ) ou (2 ) ou ( 3 ) ou ( 4 ) ou ( 5 ) caractérisée en ce que les deux lumières ( 5 ) situées à une extrémité du carter du carter ( 1 ) permettent 1 ' aspiration et le refoulement du fluide sans clapet ni embiellage .
