Claims (21)

  1. Verpackungsvorrichtung, insbesondere zum Verpacken von Nahrungsmitteln oder technischen Materialien, die zwischen die in Längsrichtung gefalteten Teile einer einfach gefalteten Folie von einer offenen Seite der Folie aus einführbar sind, wobei die Vorrichtung im wesentlichen L-förmige Mittel zum Wärmekleben (11, 12, 15) zum Versiegeln der Folie sowohl an ihrer offenen Längsseite (9) als auch an ihren Querseiten (20) und zumindest eine Düse (18) zum Erzeugen eines Vakuums und/oder Einführen eines Gases oder eines Gemisches enthält, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sie ferner eine Vakuumkammer (3) enthält, die zum Aufnehmen einer Länge der zumindest einen einfach gefalteten Folie (7) mit einem darin eingeführten zu verpackenden Material (2) zu öffnen und entsprechend abdichtend verschließbar ist, worauf das Erzeugen eines Vakuums und/oder das Einführen eines Gases oder eines Gemisches so erfolgt, daß die Folienlänge eine taschenähnliche Form annimmt, und daß Mittel zum Wärmekleben (11, 12, 15) zum Betrieb in der Vakuumkammer (3) angeordnet sind, wobei die zumindest eine Düse (18) so an der Vakuumkammer (3) positioniert ist, daß sie bei Schließen derselben der offenen Längsseite (9) und/oder der offenen Querseite (20) der Folienlänge gegenübersteht.
  2. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Vakuumkammer (3) aus einem unteren Behälter (4) und einer oberen schließbaren Abdeckung (5) besteht, die jeweils an ihrem Umfang erste Dichtungsstreifen oder Dichtungen (6) haben.
  3. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Mittel zum Wärmekleben eine erste Wärmeklebeschiene (11) und angrenzend daran eine Schneidklinge (12) und eine zweite Wärmeklebeschiene (15) haben, wobei die erste und die zweite Wärmeklebeschiene (11, 15) zum Schließen der drei offenen Seiten (9, 19, 20) der zumindest einen einfach gefalteten Folie nacheinander betätigbar sind, um zumindest eine geschlossene Tasche oder einen geschlossenen Behälter zu erzeugen.
  4. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die erste Wärmeklebeschiene (11) quer zur Einführrichtung der einfach gefalteten Folie (7) an dem Folieneingang (10) der Vakuumkammer (3) angeordnet ist.
  5. Vorrichtung nach den Ansprüchen 1 und 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Schneidklinge (12) im wesentlichen L-förmig ist und seitlich an die erste Wärmeklebeschiene (11) angrenzt.
  6. Vorrichtung nach den Ansprüchen 1 und 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Schneidklinge (12) einen seitlich an die erste Wärmeklebeschiene (11) angrenzenden ersten Flügel (13) und einen rechtwinklig dazu angeordneten zweiten Flügel (14) hat.
  7. Vorrichtung nach den Ansprüchen 1 und 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die zweite Wärmeklebeschiene (15) im wesentlichen L-förmig ist und an die Schneidklinge (12) angrenzt.
  8. Vorrichtung nach den Ansprüchen 1 und 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die zweite Wärmeklebeschiene (15) einen an den ersten Flügel (13) der Schneidklinge (12) angrenzenden dritten Flügel (16) und einen an den zweiten Flügel (14) der Schneidklinge (12) angrenzenden vierten Flügel (17) hat.
  9. Vorrichtung nach einem oder mehreren der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sie zumindest eine Strömungsverbindung (35, 36) hat, die eine Vakuumpumpe und/oder eine Gas/Gemischzufuhr mit dem Inneren der Kammer (3) verbindet, um in der Vakuumkammer (3) ein Vakuum und/oder eine geregelte Atmosphäre zu erzeugen.
  10. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sie getrennte erste (35) und zweite (36) Verbindungen zum Erzeugen eines Vakuums und/oder Einspritzen von Gas oder Gemischen in die Vakuumkammer (3) hat, wobei an jeder Verbindung (35, 36) ein entsprechender Sensor (36a, 36b) zum Erfassen und Steuern des Drucks in der Vakuumkammer (3) und/oder der einfach gefalteten Folie (7) angeordnet ist.
  11. Vorrichtung nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 3 bis 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die erste (11) und die zweite (15) Wärmeklebeschiene sowie die Schneidklinge (12) zumindest einem Träger (50) zugeordnet sind, der in der Kammer (3) so bewegbar ist, daß er mit geeigneten Gegenelementen (51) in der Abdeckung (5) zusammenwirkt.
  12. Vorrichtung nach einem oder mehreren der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die zumindest eine Düse (18) durch die Wirkung eines geeigneten Kolbens (31) hermetisch in die Vakuumkammer (3) einführbar und daraus herausziehbar ist.
  13. Vorrichtung nach den Ansprüchen 1 und 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sie eine Druckvorrichtung (32) enthält, die in der Vakuumkammer (3) bewegbar ist und an einem Ende einen zweiten Dichtungsstreifen oder eine zweite Dichtung (33) hat, die mit einem in der Abdeckung (5) angeordneten dritten Dichtungsstreifen oder einer dritten Dichtung (34) als Gegenelement zusammenwirkt, um dazwischen die Folie (7) in der taschenähnlichen Form zu versiegeln.
  14. Vorrichtung nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 1, 3, 4, 12 und 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die zumindest eine Düse (18) in der Vakuumkammer (3) an der offenen Längsseite (9) der einfach gefalteten Folie (7) angeordnet und mit einer Gas- oder Gemischzufuhr verbunden ist.
  15. Vorrichtung nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 1, 3, 4, 12 und 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die zumindest eine Düse (18) an dem Folieneingang (10) der Vakuumkammer (3) an der offenen Querseite (20) der einfach gefalteten Folie (7) angeordnet ist.
  16. Verfahren zum Verpacken von Nahrungsmitteln oder technischen Materialien, die zwischen die in Längsrichtung gefalteten Teile einer einfach gefalteten Folie von einer offenen Seite der Folie aus einführbar sind, wobei das Verfahren die Schritte enthält:
    a) Bereitstellen einer zu öffnenden/verschließbaren Vakuumkammer (3) und von Mitteln zum Wärmekleben (11, 12, 15), die im wesentlichen L-förmig und zum Betrieb innerhalb der Vakuumkammer (3) angeordnet sind;
    b) Positionieren zumindest einer Länge einer einfach gefalteten Folie (7) mit darin eingeführtem Material (2) in die geöffnete Vakuumkammer (3);
    c) abdichtendes Verschließen der Vakuumkammer (3), wodurch die Folie eine taschenähnliche Form annimmt, und Erzeugen eines Vakuums und/oder einer geregelten Atmosphäre in der Kammer (3) und der einfach gefalteten Folie (7) durch zumindest eine Düse (18), die so angeordnet ist, daß sie bei Schließen der Kammer der offenen Längsseite (9) und/oder der offenen Querseite (20) der Folienlänge gegenübersteht, und/oder durch zumindest eine Strömungsverbindung (35, 36), die an eine Vakuumpumpe und/oder eine Gas- oder Gemischzufuhr angeschlossen ist;
    d) Wärmeversiegeln der Folienlänge in der geschlossenen Kammer sowohl an der offenen Längsseite (9) als auch an den offenen Querseiten (19, 20) durch die Mittel zum Wärmekleben (11, 12, 15), um eine geschlossene Tasche oder einen geschlossenen Behälter zu erzeugen.
  17. Verfahren nach Anspruch 16, wobei zum Schließen der drei offenen Seiten (9, 19, 20) der einfach gefalteten Folie (7) nacheinander die Mittel zum Wärmekleben betrieben werden, die aus einer an der Eingangsseite (10) der Kammer (3) quer zur Einführrichtung der Folie (7) angeordneten ersten Wärmeklebeschiene (11) und einer daran angrenzenden Schneidklinge (12) sowie einer zweiten Wärmeklebeschiene (15) bestehen, wobei die Schneidklinge (12) und die zweite Schiene (15) im wesentlichen L-förmig sind.
  18. Verfahren nach Anspruch 17, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die zweite Wärmeklebeschiene (15) in Schritt d) das vollständige Verschließen der offenen Seiten der zumindest einen einfach gefalteten Folie (7) durchführt, um eine geschlossene Verpackung herzustellen.
  19. Verfahren nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 16 bis 18, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß es zyklisch ist und für jeden Zyklus die Schritte des Einführens des Materials an der zweiten, offenen Längsseite (9) der Länge einfach gefalteter Folie (7), des Einführens der Folie mit dem darin enthaltenen Material in die Vakuumkammer (3) zwecks Erzeugen eines Vakuums und einer geregelten Atmosphäre, und des Wärmeversiegelns der Folie enthält.
  20. Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 16 bis 19, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß in Schritt c) zumindest in der in der Vakuumkammer (3) enthaltenen zumindest einen einfach gefalteten Folie (7) ein Vakuum und, fakultativ durch Einspritzen von Gas oder eines Gemisches, eine geregelte Atmosphäre erzeugt wird.
  21. Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 16 bis 20, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Vakuum in Schritt c) durch die zumindest eine Strömungsverbindung (35, 36) erzeugt wird, während die geregelte Atmosphäre durch die zumindest eine Düse (18) erzeugt wird.
