Description

Claims (15)
- Poignée appartenant à un dispositif de commande de l'ouverture d'une serrure (24) d'un ouvrant (20) de véhicule automobile, du type comportant une palette (22) de manoeuvre qui est montée articulée par rapport à l'ouvrant, autour d'un axe fixe (A1), entre une position de repos, vers laquelle elle est rappelée élastiquement, et une position d'ouverture de la serrure à laquelle elle est reliée par une tringlerie (30), du type dans laquelle que la poignée est associée à un commutateur électrique (42) sur lequel agit un organe de commande manuelle (86),
caractérisée en ce que la palette (22) de manoeuvre comporte une zone interne de préhension (76, 84) qui permet à un utilisateur de manoeuvrer la palette en traction vers sa position d'ouverture, et l'organe de commande manuelle est un volet (86) mobile par rapport à la palette de manoeuvre (22), agencé en regard de la zone de préhension (76, 84) de la palette de manoeuvre (22) et sur lequel l'utilisateur exerce un effort de commande préalablement à la manoeuvre en traction de la palette de manoeuvre (22). - Poignée selon la revendication précédente, caractérisée en ce que le volet (86) est monté mobile entre une position neutre vers laquelle il est rappelé élastiquement et une position active dans laquelle il est susceptible d'agir sur un organe de déclenchement du commutateur électrique (42) lorsque la palette de manoeuvre (22) est dans sa position de repos.
- Poignée selon l'une des revendications 1 ou 2, caractérisée en ce que le volet (86) est monté pivotant par rapport à la palette de manoeuvre (22) autour d'un axe parallèle à l'axe (A1, 74) d'articulation de la palette de manoeuvre.
- Poignée selon la revendication précédente, caractérisée en ce que le volet (86) est monté articulé par rapport à l'ouvrant (20, 54) autour de l'axe (A1) d'articulation de la palette de manoeuvre (22).
- Poignée selon l'une des revendications 1 ou 2, caractérisée en ce que le volet (86) est monté coulissant par rapport à la palette de manoeuvre (22) selon une direction (C) perpendiculaire à l'axe (A1) d'articulation de la palette de manoeuvre (22).
- Poignée selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que, lorsque la palette de manoeuvre (22) est en position de repos, elle s'étend en regard d'une cavité de l'ouvrant (20, 54) qu'elle obture partiellement, en ce que la zone de préhension est constituée par une surface de préhension formée sur une face interne (76, 84) de la palette de manoeuvre (22) qui est tournée en direction de la cavité, et en ce que le volet (86) s'étend en regard d'au moins une partie de la surface de préhension (84).
- Poignée selon la revendication précédente, caractérisée en ce qu'elle comporte un boítier (54) dans lequel est formée la cavité et dans lequel sont agencés la palette de manoeuvre (22) et le volet (86), et en ce que le boítier (54) est fixé dans un logement de l'ouvrant (20), notamment de manière que la face externe (82, 76) de la palette de manoeuvre (22) affleure au niveau d'une face extérieure (64) de l'ouvrant (20, 54).
- Poignée selon l'une des revendications 6 ou 7, caractérisée en ce que la palette de manoeuvre (22) et le volet (86) sont délimités par des bords libres (88, 104) sensiblement parallèles et adjacents qui sont reçus dans la paume de la main (28) de l'utilisateur.
- Poignée selon la revendication 4 prise en combinaison avec la revendication 2, caractérisée en ce qu'elle comporte des moyens élastiques (96) de rappel qui sont communs au volet (86) et à la palette de manoeuvre (22).
- Poignée selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce qu'elle est associée à un dispositif de commande qui comporte une unité centrale électronique (34) de gestion des ordres de verrouillage et de décondamnation des serrures (24) des ouvrants (20) du véhicule qui comporte un module d'identification d'un utilisateur autorisé du véhicule comportant un récepteur (40) qui échange des signaux avec un émetteur (44) porté par l'utilisateur autorisé (28) du véhicule et qui, en réponse à un signal d'excitation émis par le récepteur, émet un signal d'identification.
- Poignée selon la revendication précédente, caractérisée en ce que le récepteur (40) du module d'identification est intégré à la palette de manoeuvre (22).
- Poignée selon l'une des revendications 10 ou 11, caractérisée en ce que le module d'identification comporte ledit commutateur (42) commandé par le volet (86) et qui, lorsqu'il est dans sa position active, provoque l'activation du module d'identification.
- Poignée selon l'une quelconque des revendications 10 à 12, caractérisée en ce que le récepteur (40) est une antenne et en ce que l'émetteur (44) est un transpondeur.
- Poignée selon l'une quelconque des revendications 10 à 13, caractérisée en ce que l'unité centrale du dispositif de commande comporte au moins un autre commutateur (50, 52) à actionnement manuel pour la commande du verrouillage des serrures.
- Poignée selon la revendication 14 prise en combinaison avec l'une des revendications 6 ou 7, caractérisée en ce que ledit commutateur (50, 52) pour la commande manuelle du verrouillage des serrures est agencé dans le boítier (54) en regard d'une portion de la cavité qui n'est pas obturée par la palette de manoeuvre (22).
