Claims (7)
- Vorrichtung zum Transportieren von Flaschen in einer Flaschenreinigungsmaschine, in welcher die Flaschen von Transportzellen aufgenommen und durch die einzelnen Behandlungsstationen geführt werden, wobei die Zellen in Zellenträgern gehalten sind, die ihrerseits an umlaufenden Ketten befestigt und die Zellen im Mündungsbereich angeordnete Klemmittel aufweisen, dadurch gekennzeichnet , daß an dem Zellenträger (7) und/oder dem Zellenmantel (6) zeitweise aus der Ruheposition in die Klemmposition bewegbare Zentrierfinger (11) angeordnet sind, deren Klemmteile (12) gegen die Unterseiten von Abstützkragen (14) der zu behandelnden Flaschen (9) anlegbar und wieder entfernbar sind.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet , daß die Klemmteile (12) an federelastisch ausgebildeten Zentrierfingern (11) angeordnet und durch deren Ansteuerung in Klemmposition verbringbar sind.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet , daß die Klemmteile (12) eine Abstützfläche aufweisen, die auf geringen Abstand zur Unterseite der in der unteren Aufnahmeposition befindlichen Abstützkragen (14) in Klemmposition verbringbar ist.
- Vorrichtung gemäß Oberbegriff des Anspruchs 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet , daß an dem Zellenträger (7) und/oder dem Zellenmantel (6) Strömungsleitorgane (16) angeordnet sind, die im Bereich der Unterseite der Abstützkragen (14) enden.
- Vorrichtung nach den vorhergehenden Ansprüchen, dadurch gekennzeichnet , daß die Strömungsleitorgane (16) Bestandteil der Klemmteile (12) sind.
- Vorrichtung nach den vorhergehenden Ansprüchen, dadurch gekennzeichnet , daß die Strömungsleitorgane (16) als Führungsnuten (17) ausgebildet sind, die in den zur Flaschenmündung weisenden Flächen der Klemmteile (12) angeordnet sind.
- Vorrichtung nach den vorhergehenden Ansprüchen, dadurch gekennzeichnet , daß die Strömungsleitorgane (16) als selbständige Spritzflüssigkeitsführung ausgebildet ist.
