Abstract
Description
- ein Koppelelement der zuvor genannten Art;
- wenigstens zwei Ständerbeine,
- mehrere Fußausleger - teils mit denselben, teils mit unterschiedlichen spezifische Parameter, z.B. unterschiedlicher Länge, Form, etc.,
- wenigstens zwei Koppelelemente der zuvor beschriebenen Art als Querträger;
- mehrere Längsträger teils derselben, teils unterschiedlicher spezifischer Parameter, z.B. mit unterschiedlichen Längen, Profilstärken, etc.;
- mehrere Ständer, welche nach dem oben genannten Ständer-Bausatz aufgebaut sind;
- eine hohe Flexibilität durch den modularen Aufbau;
- ein sehr stabiles Möbelgestell einerseits und eine hohe Wandelbarkeit des Gestells mit den genannten Ständer-Bausteinen andererseits;
- keine linken oder rechten Gestell- bzw. Ständerteile;
- leichte, fast werkzeugfreie Montage;
- vereinfachte(r) Lagerhaltung und Transport;
- einfache Elektrifizierung etwa eines Arbeitsplatzes in Verbindung mit einer guten Zugänglichkeit des Kabelkanals aufgrund der verschiebbaren Abdeckplatte; und
- eine Vielzahl von Anbindungsmöglichkeiten z.B. an den Ständerbeinen aufgrund der flexiblen Verbindungstechnik.

- wenigstens zwei Koppelelemente 2 der in Fig. 1 gezeigten Art;
- zwei Längsträger 15;
- verschiedene Ständertypen (die sich ihrerseits bausatzartig mit wenigen Bausteinen zusammenstellen lassen, vgl. hierzu Fig. 4b): Zweifuß-Ständer mit und ohne zurückversetztem vorderen Ständerbein 74, 75; C-Fuß-Ständer 76, 77 mit unterschiedlichen Ständerbeinabständen und einen Mittelfußständer 78; oder gleichwertige Bauelemente, z.B. eine Container 79;
- mehrere unterschiedliche Ansteckelemente (welche über die stirnseitige Anbindung am Klemmelement 2 über einen Flachstahl verbindbar sind): eine Fußraumansteckplatte 80, ein Ablagebord 81 und eine Sichtschutzplatte 82. Selbstverständlich lassen sich die genannten Ansteckelemente auf beiden Stirnseiten des Koppelelements 2 anbringen.
Claims (18)
- Koppelelement für den Zusammenbau eines Möbelgestells insbesondere eines Arbeitstischgestells, mit wenigstens einem Längsträger und wenigstens zwei Querträgern, an denen jeweils ein oder mehrere Ständer angeordnet sind, wobei das Koppelelement (2) aufweist:in Längsrichtung verlaufende Steckanbindungen (4) zur Aufnahme der Längsträger (15);in Querrichtung verlaufende Verbindungsabschnitte (8) zur Aufnahme einer Abdeckplatte (17), insbesondere einer Tischplatte;mehrere in Querrichtung versetzte Anbindungsstellen (6, 7) für den oder die Ständer; undeine oder mehrere Steckanbindungen (11) an einer oder jeder Stirnseite des Koppelelements (2).
- Koppelelement nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sämtliche Anbindungs- bzw. Befestigungselemente (6, 7, 8, 11) symmetrisch zu einer senkrecht durch den Koppelelement (4) verlaufenden Mittellinie angeordnet sind.
- Koppelelement nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Steckanbindungen (4) zur Aufnahme der Längsträger (15) durchgehende Klemmverbindungen sind, in welche jeder Längsträger (15) bis zu einem Anschlag einschiebbar ist und über eine verschraubbare Klemmplatte gehalten wird.
- Koppelelement nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Tischplatten-Befestigungsabschnitte (8) als eine oder mehrere neben- und/oder hintereinander, an der Koppelelementoberseite verlaufende Nute/n ausgebildet sind.
- Koppelelement nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Steckanbindung (4) auch zur Aufnahme einer weiteren Verkettungsauflage ausgebildet ist, welche von der den Längsträgern (15) gegenüberliegenden Seite einschiebbar ist.
- Tischgestell (A), insbesondere für einen Arbeitstisch, mit:wenigstens einem Längsträger (15) undwenigstens zwei Koppelelementen (2) nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche als Querträger, an denen jeweils ein oder mehrere Tischbeine angekoppelt sind,
wobei die Koppelelemente (2) jeweils an einer oder jeder ihrer Stirnseiten über Koppelabschnitte (11) mit Koppelelementen (2) eines weiteren gleichartigen Tischgestells (A') verbindbar sind. - Tischgestell nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß jeder Koppelabschnitt (11) als Steckanbindung in Form eines - quer zur Stirnseite des Koppelelements (2) - einseitig offenen Kanals ausgebildet ist, in den ein Verkettungselement (13), z.B. ein Flachstahlstab, einsetzbar ist.
- Tischgestell nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Steckanbindung einen Anschlag in einer solchen Tiefe aufweist, daß bei eingesetztem Verkettungselement (13) stirnseitig gekoppelte Koppelelemente (2) aneinanderstoßen.
- Tischgestell nach einem der Ansprüche 6 bis 8, gekennzeichnet durch eine gemeinsame, auf den gekoppelten Tischgestellen (A, A') aufliegende Tischplatte.
- Bausatz für den Zusammenbau eines Ständers (76; 77; 78) für ein Möbelstück, insbesondere für einen Arbeitstisch, mit folgenden Bausteinen:einem Koppelelement (2) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5;wenigstens zwei Ständerbeinen (14);mehrere Fußausleger (30), teils mit denselben, teils mit unterschiedlichen spezifischn Parametern,
wobei die Ständerbeine (14) am Koppelelement (2) über die dort vorgesehenen Anbindungsstellen (6, 7) und jeweils wahlweise ein Fußausleger (30) mit einem Ständerbein (14) lösbar verbindbar ist. - Bausatz nach Anspruch 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Ständerbeine (14) stufenlos und teleskopartig in der Höhe verstellbar sind, wobei ein Innenprofil (34) in einem Außenprofil (35) teleskopartig geführt und beide Profile über ein Klemmelement (36) gegeneinander fixierbar sind.
- Bausatz nach Anspruch 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Innen- und Außenprofile (34, 35) mit einem im wesentlichen runden, an gegenüberliegenden Stellen (39) nach außen gewölbten Querschnitt ausgebildet sind.
- Bausatz nach Anspruch 11 oder 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß an der äußeren Oberfläche des Innenprofils (34) mehrere, in Längsrichtung verlaufende Rippen und/oder Aussparungen (44, 45) vorgesehen sind.
- Bausatz nach einem der Ansprüche 10 bis 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß in der Höhe verstellbare Blenden (32) für die Montage zwischen zwei Ständerbeinen (14) vorgesehen sind.
- Bausatz nach einem der Ansprüche 10 bis 14, gekennzeichnet durch eine Verbindungsvorrichtung mit einem ersten Element (51), einem zweiten Element (52) und einem Verbindungselement (53) zum lösbaren Verbinden des Ständerbeins mit anderen Bausteinen, wobeidas erste Element (51) und das Verbindungselement (53) Ansätze/Aussparungen (44, 45; 57) aufweisen, die nut- bzw. ferderartig im gegenseitigen Eingriff bringbar sind und dabei einander hintergreifen, derart, daß das erste Element (51) und das Verbindungselement (53) relativ zueinander in einer Richtung (Verschiebungsrichtung) verschiebbar und in Richtungen quer zur Verschiebungsrichtung fixiert sind,das zweite Element (52) so ausgebildet ist, daß es sich am ersten abstützt und mit dem Verbindungselement (53) koppelbar ausgebildet ist,und der Abstand zwischen zweitem Element (52) und Verbindungselement (53) in Abstützrichtung verändert werden kann.
- Baukasten für den Zusammenbau eines Möbelstücks, dessen Gestell wenigstens zwei Längsträger und wenigstens zwei Querträger aufweist, an denen jeweils ein oder mehrere Ständer angeordnet sind, mit folgenden Bausteinen:wenigstens zwei Koppelelemente (2) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5 als Querträger;mehrere Längsträger (15) teils derselben, teils unterschiedlicher spezifischer Parameter;mehrere Ständer (77; 78; 79), welche nach dem Bausatz nach einem der Ansprüche 10 bis 15 aufgebaut sind;
wobei ausgewählte Längsträger (15) und Ständer (77; 78; 79) über ein oder mehrere Koppelelemente (2) lösbar zu dem Möbelstück verbindbar sind. - Baukasten nach Anspruch 16, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß verschiedenartige Ansteckelemente ( 80; 81; 82) vorgesehen sind, welche über die oder jede stirnseitige Steckanbindung (11) eines oder mehrerer Koppelelemente (2) anbindbar sind.
- Baukasten nach Anspruch 16 oder 17, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß mehrere modulartig aufgebaute Kanalrinnen (18) vorgesehen sind, welche jeweils mit einer Hinterkante oder Vorderkante einen der Längsträger umgreifen.
