Description
Um jeden neuen Spiralanfang, der bei der Abtrennung eines im wesentlichen der Bindungsbreite des Blätterpacks entsprechenden Spiralabschnitts entsteht, für einen neuen Einfädelungsvorgang zielgerichtet zu positionieren, wird weiterhin vorgeschlagen, daß einem Drahtablaufende der Führungsschnecke ein Drahttrennmittel zugeordnet ist. Auf diese Weise verhindern die bis zum Ende wirksamen Schneckenführungen, daß sich der spiralisierte Draht beim Trennungsvorgang verwindet und verbiegt.
Eine maximal wirksame Drahtführung wird gemäß einer Weiterbildung dadurch erzielt, daß das Drahtablaufende der Führungsschnecke mit einer Ausnehmung versehen ist, in die ein ortsfestes Messer bzw. ein bewegliches Messer des Drahttrennmittels hineinragt bzw. hineinbewegt wird.
Eine zusätzliche Stabilisierung der Spiralführung ist gemäß einer Ausgestaltung dadurch gewährleistet, daß dem Wickeldorn eine mit dem Steigungswinkel der Drahtspirale anstellbare rotierende Niederhalterrolle zugeordnet ist.
Zweckmäßigerweise ist die Niederhalterrolle federelastisch anstellbar, wobei die federelastische Anstellung als Blattfederhalterung ausgebildet ist.

In jedem Halter 6 sind zahlreiche zylindrische Stifte 9 drehbar gelagert und in axialer Richtung durch Stiftschrauben 11 gesichert, mit denen ein genaues Anstellen der Stifte 9 an den Wickeldorn 1 möglich ist.
Bei zwei Haltern 6 sind die Reihen der Stifte 9 zueinander entsprechend der Steigung der zu wickelnden Drahtspirale S gestaffelt angeordnet.
Stirnseitig an den Wickeldorn 1 schließt sich innerhalb des Steigungsabstandes zwischen zwei Drahtwindungen der Drahtspirale S eine koaxial angeordnete stationäre Führungsschnecke 12 an, die gemeinsam mit dem Wickeldom 1 eine sich nahezu bis zur Einfädelung in einen Blätterpack 13 erstreckende Spiralführung bildet.
Einem Drahtablaufende E der Führungsschnecke 12 ist ein Drahttrennmittel 14 zugeordnet, bestehend aus einem ortsfesten Messer 16 und einem beweglichen Messer 17, die in eine Ausnehmung 18 im Bereich der letzten Schneckenführung der Führungsschnecke 12 hineinragen.
Darüber hinaus ist dem Wickeldorn 1 eine mit dem Steigungswinkel der Drahtspirale S durch eine Blattfederhalterung 19 federelastisch anstellbare rotierende Niederhalterrolle 21 zugeordnet.
Der Draht 22 läuft im Bereich des Drahteinlaufes X auf den Wickeldorn 1 auf und wird im Bereich des kegelstumpfförmig sich erweiternden Abschnittes A zu einer Drahtspirale S geformt, indem er an den Stiften 9 abrollt und durch Recken formstabil gemacht wird.
Der zylindrische Abschnitt B des Wickeldornes 1 sorgt für den nötigen Kraftschluß zwischen Draht 22 und Wickeldorn 1, was durch den Andruck mittels der Niederhalterrolle 21 noch unterstützt wird.
Alle vom Wickeldorn 1 fortlaufend ablaufenden Drahtwindungen der Drahtspirale S werden unmittelbar bzw. im vorgegebenen Steigungsabstand von der ersten Schneckenführung der Führungsschnecke 12 übernommen und nach Verlassen des Drahtablaufendes E der Führungsschnecke in die Vorperforierung 23 des Blätterpacks 13 eingefädelt.
Nachdem ein definierter Längenabschnitt der Drahtspirale S über die volle Bindungsbreite in den Blätterpack 13 zuzüglich geringer seitlicher Überstände eingewunden ist, wird die Windungsbewegung der Drahtspirale S gestoppt und die Drahtspirale S an ihrer letzten noch von der Führungsschnecke 12 geführten Drahtwindung durch Verschwenken des beweglichen Messers 17 um seine Achse 24 in Pfeilrichtung 25 gegen das ortsfeste Messer 16 durchtrennt.
Claims (4)
- Vorrichtung zum Herstellen und Einwinden einer Drahtspirale in einen parallel zu seinem Rücken vorgelochten Blätterpack, mit einer sich im wesentlichen durchgehend von einem Drahteinlauf (X) bis zur Einfädelung in den Blätterpack (13) erstreckenden Spiralführung (1, 12), bestehend aus einem rotierenden Wickeldorn (1) und einer in Vorschubrichtung der Drahtspirale (S) koaxial anschließenden stationären Führungsschnecke (12) in Form eines feststehenden Dorns mit umfangsseitig offenen Spiralführungen, wobei einem Drahtablaufende (E) der Führungsschnecke (12) ein Drahttrennmittel (14) zugeordnet ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Drahtablaufende (E) der Führungsschnecke (12) mit einer Ausnehmung (18) versehen ist, in die ein ortsfestes Messer (16) bzw. ein bewegliches Messer (17) des Drahttrennmittels (14) hineinragt bzw. hineinbewegt wird.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass dem Wickeldorn (1) eine mit dem Steigungswinkel der Drahtspirale (S) anstellbare rotierende Niederhalterrolle (21) zugeordnet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Niederhalterrolle (21) federelastisch anstellbar ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die federelastische Anstellung als Blattfederhalterung (19) ausgebildet ist.
