Claims (12)
- Flüssigkeitsauspreßgerät für Bodentücher und Feuchtwischtücher, mit einer ersten Betätigungsplatte (2), die ein die Flüssigkeit stark, verglichen mit der Saugfähigkeit der Bodentücher, absorbierendes bzw. saugfähiges Material (9) trägt, gekennzeichnet durch eine zweite Betätigungsplatte (2') zum Anpressen der Bodentücher gegen das saugfähige Material.
- Auspreßgerät nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß saugfähiges Material (9') an der zweiten Betätigungsplatte (2') angeordnet ist.
- Auspreßgerät nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das saugfähige Material (9, 9') aus Schwamm, insbesondere Viskoseschwamm besteht.
- Auspreßgerät nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zum Einführen von Stiel, gegebenenfalls kardanischer Stielbefestigung und Rahmen des Halters mit aufgespanntem Bodentuch Aussparungen (10, 10', 12), die durch Betätigungsplatte (2, 2'), Aufspannplatte (3, 3') und Schwammausbildung (9, 9') hindurchgehen, vorgesehen sind.
- Auspreßgerät nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die das Auspressen hervorrufenden Betätigungsplatten (2, 2') aneinander (bei 7) angelenkt sind, wobei die obere (2') die untere hutartig übergreift und die Platten gegeneinander preßbar sind.
- Auspreßgerät nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Grundgerät von einer Bauart der Art ist, daß Platten (3, 3') und Schwämme (9, 9') in Anpassung an unterschiedliche Bodenreinigungssets, austauschbar sind.
- Auspreßgerät nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Saugmaterialien (9, 9') 30 bis 60 mm dick sind.
- Auspreßgerät nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Saugmaterialien in Schichten, insbesondere mit harter Unterschicht und weicher Oberschicht, aufgebaut sind.
- Auspreßgerät nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Saugmaterialien (9, 9') auf die Aufspannplatten geklebt, genietet, geschraubt oder durch Kraftklettverschluß oder dergleichen befestigt sind.
- Auspreßgerät nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zur Verbesserung des Wasserabflusses Betätigungsplatten (2, 2'), Aufspannplatten (3, 3') und/oder die Saugmaterialien (9, 9') Löcher aufweisen.
- Auspreßgerät nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, gekennzeichnet durch ein dem jeweiligen Eimer (8) angepaßtes, der Kontur der oberen Betätigungsplatte (2, 2') in deren aufgeklapptem Zustand folgendes Wasserauffangbecken (11) unter dem an einem Eimer (8) geklemmten Auspreßgerät.
- Verfahren zum Auspressen von auf Haltern aufgespannten Bodentüchern, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß nach Spülen der Bodentücher diese mit der Unterseite (Florseite) auf den nach dem Aufklappen der Preßvorrichtung unteren Schwamm gelegt und die Aufspannplatten (3, 3') gegeneinander gepreßt werden.
