Claims (23)
- Tauchausguß zum Ausgießen von flüssigem Metall, insbesondere Stahl aus einem Ausgießbehälter in eine Kokille einer Stranggießanlage, mit einem im wesentlichen rohrförmigen am Ausgießbehälter befestigbaren Oberteil und einem mündungsseitig im Vergleich zur Schmalseite eine deutlich größere Breitseite aufweisendes Unterteil,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,daß das Oberteil (11) am dem Unterteil (21) zugewandten Ende eine den Eingangsbereich des Unterteils (21) umgreifende Aufweitung (12) aufweist,daß zwischen dem Eingangsbereich des Unterteils (21) und dem Oberteil (11) eine Dichtung (31) vorgesehen ist,daß das Unterteil (21) in seinem Eingangsbereich eine Abstützung (40) besitzt unddaß an der Abstützung (40) des Unterteils (21) Halteelemente (50) angreifen, über die das Unterteil (21) mit dem Oberteil (11) verbindbar ist. - Tauchausguß nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Abstützung (40) als nach außen weisender Vorsprung (41) ausgebildet ist. - Tauchausguß nach Anspruch 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Vorsprung (41) an dem Eingang des Unterteils (21) die Stirnflächen (24) vergrößernd angeordnet ist. - Tauchausguß nach den Ansprüchen 2 oder 3,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß am Eingangsbereich des Unterteils (21) mindestens drei punktförmig ausgestaltete Vorsprünge (41) vorgesehen sind. - Tauchausguß nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Abstützung (40) als in die Außenwandung (25) des Unterteils (21) eingebrachte Vertiefungen (45) mit, in diese eingreifenden Halteelementen (50) ausgebildet ist. - Tauchausguß nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zwischen der Aufweitung (12) des Oberteils (11) und dem Eingangsbereich des Unterteils (21) elastische Elemente (71) vorgesehen sind, die einstellbar beide Bauteile (11, 21) permanent gegeneinander verspannen. - Tauchausguß nach Anspruch 6,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Halteelemente (50) aus feuerfestem Material bestehen, welches Zonen (57) mit reduziertem Elastizitätsmodul aufweist. - Tauchausguß nach Anspruch 7,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Zonen (57) mit reduziertem Elastizitätsmodul durch Hohlräume gebildet werden. - Tauchausguß nach Anspruch 7,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Zonen (57) mit deutlich reduziertem Elastizitätsmodul durch Einlagerungen (58), beispielsweise von Fasern gebildet werden. - Tauchausguß nach Anspruch 7,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Halteelemente (50) Fedem (53) sind, z.B. Blattfedern aus warmfestem Metall. - Tauchausguß nach einem der Ansprüche 7 bis 10,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß mindestens drei einzelne Halteelemente (50) vorgesehen sind, die am Umfang des Unterteils (21) im wesentlichen mit gleichem Abstand voneinander angeordnet sind. - Tauchausguß nach Anspruch 11,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Halteelemente (50) aus konisch sich verjüngenden Körpern (50) gebildet werden, die am verjüngenden Ende eine Kontaktfläche aufweisen, die ab einer vorgebbaren lokalen Spannung die Kontaktstellenfestigkeit überschreitet. - Tauchausguß nach Anspruch 7,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Halteelemente (50) von einem an der Aufweitung (12) des Oberteils (11) befestigten Stützring (52) gebildet werden. - Tauchausguß nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Halteelemente (50) von einem Flansch (56) gebildet werden, der an der Stirnfläche (30) an der Aufweitung (12) des Oberteils (11) befestigbar ist und auf der sich die Unterseite des Vorsprunges (41) des Unterteils (21) abstützt. - Tauchausguß nach den Ansprüchen 14 und 6,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zwischen dem Flansch (56) und dem von der Stirnfläche (24) beabstandeten Vorsprung (42) eine Verspannfeder (72) vorgesehen ist. - Tauchausguß nach einem der oben genannten Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Befestigung der Halteelemente an dem Oberteil (11) und / oder dem Unterteil (21) durch Kleben oder durch Verstiften und/oder Schrauben erfolgt. - Tauchausguß nach Anspruch 3,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Vorsprung (41) im Eingangsbereich des Unterteils (21) von der Stirnfläche (24) des Unterteils (21) so weit beabstandet ist, daß er außerhalb der Mündung der Aufweitung (12) des Oberteils (11) angeordnet ist. - Tauchausguß nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß Halteelemente (50) vorgesehen sind, die in Form einer Spange (59) unterhalb des Vorsprunges (42) des Unterteils (21) und oberhalb der Aufweitung (12) des Oberteils (11) angeordnet sind. - Tauchausguß nach Anspruch 18,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die spangenförmigen Elemente (59) aus elastischem Werkstoff sind, z.B. aus Federstahl oder Keramik. - Tauchausguß nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Dichtung (31) bei Temperatur viskos werdende Materialien sind, z. B. Glas, Glaslot oder Fritte. - Tauchausguß nach Anspruch 1 oder 20,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die die Dichtung (31) kontaktierenden Dichtflächen als Labyrinth (26) ausgestaltet sind. - Tauchausguß nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zwischen der Abstützung (40) des Unterteils (21) und der Mündung der Aufweitung (12) des Oberteils (11) dünnflächige Verbindungsteile (23) vorgesehen sind. - Tauchausguß nach Anspruch 22,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zwischen den dünnflächigen Verbindungsteilen (43) elastisches Dichtmaterial (31) angeordnet ist.
