Description
Claims (5)
- Befestigungsvorrichtung eines Einspritzdüsenhalters (1) in einer Aufnahmebohrung (3) im Zylinderkopf einer Brennkraftmaschine, mit einer gabelartig ausgebildeten Spannpratze (8) und einer einen seitlichen Vorsprung aufweisenden Befestigungsschraube (11), die die Spannpratze durchsetzt, welche sich einerseits an ihrem freien Ende auf einer Abstützfläche am Zylinderkopf und andererseits an ihrem gabelförmigen Ende auf Auflageflächen am Einspritzdüsenhalter (1) abstützt und dabei den Einspritzdüsenhalter auf einen Sitz in der Aufnahmebohrung preßt,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,daß der Einspritzdüsenhalter (1) eine als Demontierhilfe vorgesehene Anschlagfläche (10) aufweist,daß bei montiertem Einspritzdüsenhalter (1) der seitliche Vorsprung der Befestigungsschraube (11) in Längsrichtung der Befestigungsschraube (11) gesehen zur Anschlagfläche (10) einen Abstand aufweist, unddaß beim Lösen der Befestigungsschraube (11) der seitliche Vorsprung der Befestigungsschraube (11) an der Anschlagfläche (10) zur Anlage kommt und den Einspritzdüsenhalter (1) beim weiteren Lösen der Befestigungsschraube mitnimmt. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,daß die Anschlagfläche (10) durch eine Anflächung (9) an einem aus der Aufnahmebohrung (3) herausragenden Düsenhalterteil (1a) gebildet ist. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,daß der Vorsprung ein zwischen dem Schraubenkopf (13) und dem Schraubenschaft (16) liegender scheibenförmiger Außenbund (14) ist. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 3,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,daß der Schraubenkopf (13) und Schraubenschaft (16) zumindest annähernd gleiche Außendurchmesser aufweisen und daß der Schraubenkopf (13) mit einer Innenvielzahnausnehmung (17) versehen ist. - Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,daß der Schraubenkopf (13) ganz nah neben dem freiliegenden Düsenhalterteil (1) angeordnet ist.
