Abstract

Der Ofen zum Garen von Gargut umfaßt
  • a) eine Ofenmuffel (1) mit einem Muffelinnenraum (12) und einer diesen Muffelinnenraum (12) zumindest teilweise umschließenden Muffelwandung (11), wobei in einen Garbereich (13) innerhalb des Muffelinnenraums (12) das Gargut einbringbar ist,
  • b) wenigstens einen Strahlungsheizkörper (5) zum Einkoppeln von Wärmestrahlung (S) in den Muffelinnenraum (12) und
  • c) wenigstens einen Strahlungsreflektor (6), der ein zumindest an einer Seite mit Aluminium (61,62) überzogenes Stahlblech (60,65) umfaßt, das aus dem Garbereich (13) austretende Wärmestrahlung (S) wenigstens teilweise zum Garbereich (13) zurückreflektiert,
    wobei
  • d) der Strahlungsheizkörper (5) zwischen dem Strahlungsreflektor (6) und dem Garbereich (13) angeordnet ist.
    Durch den Strahlungsreflektor werden Energieverluste aus der Ofenmuffel durch Wärmeabstrahlung verringert.
