Dispositif selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que la couche adhésive (24;96;128) est agencée de telle sorte qu'elle adhère plus fortement à l'objet (14) ou à la marchandise (18) qu'à l'élément de surface (21;84;124), et que l'élément formant capteur associé (28) est agencé et est disposé sur la partie de retenue (12,16;80;120) de telle sorte que, lors de la suppression de la fixation correcte, la couche adhésive (24;96;128) est séparée au moins partiellement de la partie de retenue (12,16;80;120) et que ceci est détecté par l'élément formant capteur (18).
  18. Dispositif selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce qu'un élément formant capteur (28) comprend un micro-interrupteur (30).
  19. Dispositif selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce qu'un élément formant capteur (28) comprend au moins un élément photosensible (40).
  20. Dispositif selon la revendication 19, caractérisé en ce que l'élément photosensible (40) est disposé dans la partie de retenue (120) de telle sorte que l'axe optique (132) de l'élément (40) fait, avec la surface de fixation (126) formée par l'élément de surface (124), un angle aigu de préférence inférieur à 45°.
  21. Dispositif selon la revendication 20, caractérisé en ce que l'axe optique (132) recoupe une partie essentiellement centrale (142) de la surface de fixation (126).
  22. Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 19 à 21, caractérisé en ce que l'élément formant capteur (28) comprend une source de lumière (136), qui est disposée dans un évidement (138) de la partie de retenue (120), de telle sorte que la sortie pour la lumière peut être recouverte d'une manière étanche à la lumière par la couche adhésive (128) ou par une surface de la marchandise (18) ou de l'objet (14).
  23. Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 22, caractérisé en ce que la source de lumière (136) et l'élément photosensible (40) forment une unité de construction et sont disposés dans l'évidement (138) de la partie de retenue (120) de telle sorte que, dans le cas d'une fixation correcte de la partie de retenue (120), des signaux lumineux émis par la source de lumière (136) peuvent être réfléchis sur la couche adhésive (128) et peuvent être détectés par l'élément photosensible (40).
  24. Dispositif selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que les parties de retenue (12,16) comprennent des moyens de liaison servant à établir une liaison de retenue amovible entre les parties de retenue (12,16).
  25. Dispositif selon la revendication 24, caractérisé en ce que les moyens de liaison sont agencés de telle sorte qu'une liaison de retenue par formes complémentaires peut être établie.
  26. Dispositif selon la revendication 24 et 25, caractérisé en ce que les moyens de liaison sont agencés de telle sorte qu'une partie de retenue (16) peut être accrochée dans l'autre partie de retenue (12).
  27. Dispositif selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que les moyens de contrôle (34) comprennent un accumulateur d'énergie (44) pour l'alimentation en énergie.
  28. Dispositif selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce qu'une partie de retenue (12,16;80;120) comprend un système d'affichage optique pour l'état de fonctionnement du dispositif (10).
  29. Dispositif selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que les moyens de contrôle (34) comprennent une unité d'alarme (46) servant à délivrer un signal d'alarme acoustique et/ou optique.
  30. Dispositif selon la revendication 29, caractérisé en ce que l'unité d'alarme (46) comprend un cristal piézoélectrique.
  31. Dispositif selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce qu'au moins une partie de retenue (12) du dispositif (10) peut être raccordée, par l'intermédiaire d'un câble de raccordement (112), à un circuit de contrôle (114) d'une installation de sécurité contre le vol et/ou à d'autres parties de retenue (12,16;80;120).
  32. Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que les moyens de contrôle (34) comprennent un émetteur servant à délivrer un signal d'émission (110) indiquant une situation d'alarme.
  33. Dispositif selon la revendication 32, caractérisé en ce que les moyens de contrôle (34) sont agencés de telle sorte que le signal d'émission (110) peut être codé pour l'identification du dispositif (10).
  34. Installation de protection de marchandises contre le vol, caractérisée par au moins un dispositif (10) pour protéger la marchandise selon la revendication 32 ou 33, ainsi que par une unité centrale (100), qui comprend un récepteur (102) pour la réception sans fil du signal d'émission (110) du dispositif (10) et pour la détection d'une situation d'alarme et une unité d'alarme (108) servant à délivrer un signal d'alarme acoustique et/ou optique.
  35. Installation selon la revendication 34, caractérisée en ce que des dispositifs (10) selon la revendication 33 sont prévus et que l'unité centrale (100) comprend un décodeur (104) et un dispositif indicateur (106) pouvant être commandé par ce décodeur, de sorte que le dispositif (10) identifiant une situation d'alarme peut être identifié par l'unité centrale (100) sur la base de son signal d'émission (110) et être indiqué.
  36. Installation selon la revendication 35, caractérisée en ce que l'unité centrale (100) et le dispositif (10) pour la protection d'une marchandise sont agencés de telle sorte que le code d'identification de chaque dispositif (10) est identifiable par le décodeur (104) lors de la première émission ou de l'émission de test d'un signal d'émission codé (110) par le dispositif (10) et peut être mémorisé pour une identification ultérieure dans le cas d'une situation d'alarme.
  37. Dispositif pour protéger des marchandises contre le vol, caractérisé par au moins un dispositif (10) servant à protéger les marchandises conformément à la revendication 6, ainsi que par une unité centrale (116), qui comprend, comme moyens de contrôle, au moins un circuit de contrôle (114), auquel le dispositif (10) peut être raccordé par l'intermédiaire d'un câble de raccordement (112), pour la détection d'une situation d'alarme et une unité d'alarme (108), qui peut être commandée par le circuit de contrôle (114), pour la délivrance d'un signal d'alarme acoustique et/ou optique.
