Claims (6)
- Procédé de réalisation de revêtements de surfaces dits semi-indépendants, coulés sans joint en résines synthétiques, coulis ciment ou époxy-ciment ou autres constituants liquides se solidifiant dans le temps, caractérisé par le fait que l'on réalise une liaison rigide ponctuelle par des plots d'ancrage (1 et 2) logés et fixés dans le support existant à traiter (9) qui peut rester en l'état, fixant une armature de treillis de fibres de verre et/ou de fibres synthétiques et/ou métalliques avant le coulage de la couche de base (3) qui assure le remplissage des plots (1 et 2), le mouillage de l'armature (4), le scellement de l'ensemble et pouvant recevoir ensuite les couches d'usure (7 et 8) , formant ainsi un revêtement autoportant fixé ponctuellement au support (9).
- Procédé de réalisation suivant la revendication 1 caractérisé par le fait qu'il est mis en place sous et/ou avec l'armature (4) un matériau isolant phonique et/ou thermique en forme de plaque et/ou de granulats que l'on fixe en même temps que la trame(4) à l'aide des plots (1 et 2).
- Procédé de réalisation suivant la revendication 1 caractérisé par le fait qu'il est mis en place sous et/ou avec l'armature (4) un dispositif drainant permettant de gérer les migrations de fluides liquides et/ou gazeux à l'interface du support (9) et du nouveau revêtement fixé au support en même temps que la trame à l'aide des plots (1 et 2).
- Procédé de réalisation suivant la revendication 1 caractérisé par le fait qu'il est mis en place une armature (4) en matériau métallique que l'on fixe par les plots (1 et 2) métalliques.
- Procédé de réalisation suivant la revendication 1 caractérisé par le fait que la couche (3) peut recevoir un revêtement préfabriqué superficiel posé et/ou collé sur celui-ci remplaçant ainsi les couches d'usure (7 et 8).
- Plots d'ancrage (1 et 2) pour la mise en oeuvre du procédé selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé par le fait qu'ils sont constitués d'une platine mince (1) ajourée et d'un pied tubulaire (2) solidaire et ajouré sur sa hauteur.
