Abstract

L'invention concerne un procédé de mise en peinture multicouche de substrats électroconducteurs. Ledit procédé consiste à déposer par électrophorèse une première couche de revêtement composée d'un agent de revêtement aqueux pouvant être déposé par électrophorèse, sur laquelle est appliquée en humide sur humide une deuxième couche de revêtement composée d'une première peinture d'apprêt colorante et/ou à effet, puis la première et la deuxième couche ainsi obtenues sont durcies ensemble au four. Une troisième couche de revêtement composée d'une seconde peinture d'apprêt colorante et/ou à effet est appliquée sur la deuxième couche, puis une quatrième couche composée d'un vernis est appliquée humide sur humide sur la troisième couche. La troisième et la quatrième couche sont ensuite durcies ensemble au four. L'épaisseur totale à sec de la deuxième et de la troisième couche produites à partir des peintures d'apprêt est comprise entre 15 et 40 νm et la deuxième couche représente entre 20 et 50 % de l'épaisseur totale à sec de la deuxième et de la troisième couche.
