Claims (14)
- Ensemble stratifié, notamment partie femelle d'une fermeture dite auto-agripppante, constitué d'une première couche (1), ou couche de support, d'une seconde couche (2) ayant une structure à mailles comportant des fils longitudinaux (5) ou fils de chaínette et des fils transversaux (6) ou fils de trame et des boucles libres (4), et d'un voile mince (8) de colle interposé entre les deux couches, caractérisé en ce que le voile mince (8) de colle est constitué de cordons présents uniquement entre la première couche (1) et les fils longitudinaux (5) et/ou transversaux (6) de la seconde couche (2).
- Ensemble stratifié suivant la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que la seconde couche (2) a un grammage qui, sans dimunuer pour autant la capacité d'accrochage des boucles, est réduit jusqu'à 50% en pouvant atteindre 20 g/m2.
- Ensemble stratifié suivant la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que les dimensions relatives de la maille et des boucles libres (4) sont telles que les boucles libres (4) sont aptes à passer à travers la maille.
- Ensemble suivant l'une des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce que la colle est une colle thermofusible à base de polyuréthane.
- Ensemble suivant l'une des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisé en ce que les mailles ont une dimension de 0,5 à 3 mm.
- Ensemble suivant l'une des revendications 1 à 5, caractérisé en ce que la seconde couche (2) est un tissu à boucles tricoté ou tissé.
- Procédé de fabrication d'un ensemble stratifié suivant l'une des revendications 1 à 6, la première couche (1) ayant une face qui est solidarisée à l'aide du voile mince (8) de colle avec une première face de la seconde couche (2), les boucles libres (4) faisant saillie de la seconde face de la seconde couche (2), caractérisé en ce qu'il consiste à déposer le voile mince (8) de collé sur la première face de la seconde couche (2) dans des conditions contrôlées de débit et de viscosité de la colle pour que le voile déposé se divise de lui-même en dégageant la zone des mailles et en se transformant en des cordons longitudinaux et/ou transversaux (9).
- Procédé selon la revendication 7, caractérisé en ce que la colle est déposée sur la seconde couche (2) par une buse (7) sous la forme d'un voile mince (8) initialement continu et plein.
- Procédé selon l'une des revendications 7 ou 8, caractérisé en ce que la seconde couche (2) est un tissu à boucles tricoté ou tissé.
- Procédé selon l'une des revendications 7 à 9, caractérisé en ce que les mailles présentent une dimension de 0,5 à 3 mm.
- Procédé selon l'une des revendications 7 à 10, caractérisé en ce que, pour la dépose du voile mince (8) de colle, la première face de la seconde couche (2) est tournée vers le haut, en étant horizontale ou inclinée.
- Procédé selon l'une des revendications 7 à 11, caractérisé en ce que l'opération proprement dite de contrecollage est effectuée immédiatement après la dépose de la colle.
- Procédé selon l'une des revendications 7 à 11, caractérisé en ce que l'opération proprement dite de contrecollage est effectuée ultérieurement, la colle étant soit réactivée après séchage ou durcissement, soit protégée par une pellicule amovible, soit rendue inactive à l'égard des boucles, notamment par une enduction de celles-ci à l'aide d'un agent anti-adhérent.
- Couche culotte comportant un dispositif de fermeture auto-agrippant, la partie femelle du dispositif auto-agrippant comportant un ensemble stratifié suivant l'une des revendications 1 à 6.
