Abstract

Mehrschichtiges flüssigkeitsdichtes Vliesmaterial aus mindestens einer Spinnvlies-Schicht und einer Melt-Blown-Schicht, die durch Thermobonding miteinander verbunden sind. Das Ausgangsmaterial zur Herstellung der Schichten ist durch Polymere in Form von Granulat gebildet, welches zu einer Schmelzflüssigkeit verarbeitet wird, aus welcher die Fasern/Filamente zur Bildung der Schichten erzeugt werden. Die Fasern mindestens einer Schicht enthalten Additive, welche die Benetzungsfähigkeit der Faseroberfläche für Fllüssigkeiten herabsetzen, wobei die Additive im wesentlichen über den Faserquerschnitt verteilt sind.
