Claims (6)

  1. Procédé pour chauffer une bande en mouvement, notamment une bande en carton ondulé, dans lequel la bande (5) est envoyée depuis une première surface de chauffe (3) chauffant une face externe de la bande (5) vers une seconde surface de chauffe (13) chauffant l'autre face externe de la bande et dans lequel de la chaleur est amenée aux deux faces externes de la bande en mouvement, caractérisé en ce qu'une des deux surfaces de chauffe (13) peut être déplacée relativement par rapport à l'autre (3) de telle façon que les surfaces efficaces des surfaces de chauffe (3, 13) peuvent être modifiées.
  2. Procédé selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que l'amenée de la chaleur par des surfaces de chauffe (3, 13) est effectuée par conduction thermique.

Dispositif de préchauffage pour la mise en oeuvre du procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 3, comprenant une première surface de chauffe (3) pour le réchauffement d'une face externe d'une bande (5) entourant la première surface de chauffe (3), une seconde surface de chauffe (13) pour le réchauffement de l'autre surface externe entourant la seconde surface de chauffe (13) et des organes d'acheminement (7) et d'évacuation (12) de bande agencée respectivement fixes dans l'espace, caractérisé en ce qu'un rouleau de renvoi (10) pour la bande (5) est relié à la seconde surface de chauffe (13) et
       en ce que le rouleau de renvoi (10) peut être réglé avec la seconde surface de chauffe (13) par rapport à la première surface de chauffe (3) de telle manière que par le réglage, les surfaces efficaces des surfaces de chauffe (3, 13) sont modifiables.
  5. Dispositif de préchauffage selon la revendication 4, caractérisé en ce que la première surface de chauffe (3) est un tambour rotatif (2), en ce que le rouleau de renvoi (11) est relié à une seconde surface de chauffe (13) en forme de segment de cercle, qui peut être déplacée de manière réglable concentriquement par rapport au tambour, et en ce que l'autre face externe de bande est guidée sur cette seconde surface de chauffe.
