- la figure 2 est une vue en coupe partielle de l'appareil de la figure 1, en cours d'utilisation pour réaliser une tranchée.
Claims (5)
- Appareil pour creuser des tranchées verticales dans un sol comportant des terrains très durs et destiné à être suspendu à des moyens de levage, ledit appareil comprenant :un châssis (1) à l'extrémité inférieure duquel sont montées deux paires de tambours de fraisage (2) entraínés en rotation pour désagréger le terrain, etun moufle (7) par lequel ledit châssis est suspendu auxdits moyens de levage,ledit appareil se caractérisant en ce que ledit châssis comporte une première partie (1b) rigide et non déformable présentant un axe longitudinal sensiblement vertical lors de l'utilisation dudit appareil et reliée audit moufle et une deuxième partie (1a) porte-outil, distincte de et mobile par rapport à ladite première partie, sur laquelle sont montées lesdites paires de tambours, ladite deuxième partie dépassant en dessous de ladite première partie en cours d'utilisation, ladite première partie comportant un logement débouchant vers le bas dans lequel ladite deuxième partie peut s'engager pour y coulisser axialement, ladite première partie du châssis (1b) est une partie d'ancrage munie de moyens d'ancrage pour permettre l'ancrage de ladite partie d'ancrage dans la tranchée ; et l'appareil comprend en outre des moyens télescopiques (10) aptes à prendre appui sur lesdits moyens d'ancrage pour exercer une poussée sur les tambours de fraisage (2) selon la direction dudit axe longitudinal.
- Appareil selon la revendication 1, caractérisé par le fait qu'il comporte également des moyens de positionnement permettant de l'orienter par rapport à la tranchée constitués par des patins mobiles (11) par rapport à la partie d'ancrage (1a) du châssis.
- Appareil selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 et 2, caractérisé par le fait que le châssis (1) se compose d'une partie porte-outil (1a) qui supporte les tambours de fraisage (2) et leur moteur d'entraínement, et d'une partie d'ancrage (1b) qui supporte les moyens d'ancrage (12) et éventuellement les moyens de positionnement (11), les moyens télescopiques (10) reliant la partie porte-outil (1a) à la partie d'ancrage (1b) du châssis.
- Appareil selon la revendication 3, caractérisé par le fait que la partie porte-outil (1a) s'engage dans un logement (9) de la partie d'ancrage (1b), et peut y coulisser axialement.
- Appareil selon l'une quelconque des revendication 1 à 4, caractérisé en ce lesdits moyens d'ancrage sont des patins mobiles (12) montés dans les faces principales de la partie d'ancrage (1a) du châssis.
