Claims (12)
- Vorrichtung zur Überprüfung von bedruckten Blättern, die weiteren Verfahrensschritten unterworfen werden, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie umfassen: optische Detektionsmittel (10), die stromaufwärts von einer Produktionsstation (7) einer Maschine (1) befestigt sind, die einen anschließenden Produktionsschritt durchführt, wobei die optischen Detektionsmittel ein elektrisches Signal erzeugen, das eine Vielzahl von gedruckten Abbildungen in vorbestimmten Positionen auf jedem der Blätter (5, 5', 5'') darstellt; Mittel (12) zur Erzeugung eines elektrischen Synchronisationssignäls der optischen Detektionsmittel (10) in Abhängigkeit mit den Bewegungen der Maschine (1); mindestens eine Verarbeitungsvorrichtung (14) zum Verarbeiten der Signale, die von den optischen Detektionsmitteln (10) und von den Synchronisationsmitteln (12) kommen; und Schnittstellenmittel (13), um den Austausch der Signale zumindest zwischen der Verarbeitungsvorrichtung (14), den optischen Detektionsmitteln (10) und den Synchronisationsmitteln (12) zu erlauben, um die Position der Abbildungen auf jedem der Blätter, die in der Maschine (1) weiterzuführen sind, zu detektieren, wobei das optische Detektionsmittel einen Abbildungs-Detektor (10), der oberhalb der Ebene des Durchgangs der Blätter (5, 5', 5"), der entgegengesetzt seitlich der Maschine in Bezug auf den Fluss der Blätter 'durch die Maschine, in der Maschine (1) angeordnet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es ein Mittel (15) zum Auftragen eines Identifikationselementes (16) auf ein Blatt (5") umfasst, das aus der Maschine (1) kommt.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Abbildungs-Detektoren (10) über einer Durchgangsfläche befestigt sind, entlang derer die Blätter in der Maschine gleiten, in Übereinstimmung mit einer Position, an der die Blätter (5') gestoppt werden, bevor sie in die Produktionsstation (7) eingeführt werden.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Abbildungs-Detektoren (10) auf Führungsschienen (11) in einer, parallel zur Durchgangsfläche (6) der Blätter (5, 5'), entlanggleitenden Weise angebracht sind und dass die Abbildungs-Detektoren (10) mindestens ein Halterungselement auf den Führungsschienen (11) umfassen.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Abbildungs-Detektoren (10) zumindest eine Vorrichtung zur Regulation des Fokusabstandes, bezogen auf die Durchgangsfläche (6), umfassen.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der vorigen Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Abbildungs-Detektoren (10) ladungsgekoppelte Bilddetektoren sind.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass eine Ultraviolettlichtquelle mit den Bilddetektoren (10) verbunden ist.
- Vorrichtung nach den Ansprüchen 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Verarbeitungsvorrichtung (14) eine Zentraleinheit, einen Monitor (25), eine Tastatur und/oder eine Maus umfasst, wobei die Zentraleinheit ein Programm durchführt, um die folgenden Funktionen auszuführen: Detektion und Anzeige der, von den Abbildungs-Detektoren (10) erhaltenen Abbildung; Bestimmung und Weiterleitung der Abweichung dieser Abbildungen bezogen auf die Position in der korrekten Ausrichtung der Blätter in der Produktionsstation; Anzeige und Speicherung zumindest der wesentlichen Daten der Abweichung während des Arbeitsvorgangs der Maschine (1); und Bedienung der Mittel (15) zum Auftragen eines Identifikationselementes (16) auf ein Blatt (5"), das aus der Maschine (1) kommt, in dem Fall, dass für dieses Blatt (5") eine Abweichung detektiert wird, die größer ist als die vorher festgesetzte Toleranz.
- Verfahren zur Überprüfung von bedruckten Blättern, die weiterführenden Produktionsschritten unterworfen werden, das die folgenden Schritte umfasst:Bedrucken von Blättern einschließlich zumindest zweier Gruppen (20a, 20b) von Referenzzeichen (21a-23a; 21b-23b) in der Nähe der entgegengesetzten Kanten in Längsrichtung der Blätter, wobei jede Zeichengruppe zumindest ein Referenzzeichen jeder gedruckten Farbe auf den Blättern umfasst;Überführung der bedruckten Blätter in eine Maschine (1), die einen nachfolgenden Produktionsschritt nach dem Bedrucken durchführt;Erzeugung eines Synchronisationssignals, um mindestens zwei der optischen Detektionsmittel (10), die in Verarbeitungsrichtung an der Maschine angebracht sind, zu synchronisieren;Detektion der Abbildung von mindestens zwei der Referenzzeichengruppen auf jedem Blatt (5') in Übereinstimmung mit einer Position, an der jedes Blatt gestoppt wird, bevor es in die Produktionsstation (7) der Maschine eingeführt wird;Senden des Signals, das von den optischen Detektionsmitteln erzeugt wird, zu einer Verarbeitungsvorrichtung; undBestimmung und Weiterleitung der Abweichung des Referenzzeichens in Bezug auf die korrekte Druckposition und die korrekte Ausrichtung in der Reihenfolge der Blätter (5'), wie sie in die Produktionsstation (7) eingeführt werden.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es das Auftragen eines Identifikationselementes (16) auf ein Blatt (5"), das aus der Maschine kommt, in dem Fall umfasst, bei dem auf dem Blatt eine Abbildung detektiert wird, wobei mindestens eines dieser Zeichen in Bezug auf die vorbestimmte Position durch mehr als die vorbestimmte Distanz fehlplatziert ist.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 9, bei dem beim Einschalten der Maschine (1) folgende Schritte durchgeführt werden:Auswahl einer vorbestimmten Anzahl von Blättern, die korrekt bedruckt werden sollen;Einführung dieser Blätter in diese Maschine;Regulation der Position der optischen Detektionsmittel (10) entlang der Führungsschiene in Übereinstimmung mit der vorbestimmten Ablesestellung;Regulation des Fokusabstandes dieser optischen Detektionsmittel bezüglich der Durchgangsfläche, auf der die Blätter entlanggeführt werden;Detektion der Position der Referenzzeichen (21a-23a; 21b-23b) auf jedem der ausgewählten Blätter zur statistischen Berechnung der Position jedes Zeichens; undEinstellung der Dimensionen der maximalen Abweichung jedes Referenzzeichens auf Basis der erforderlichen Produktionstoleranzen.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Referenzzeichen (20a, 20b) hauptsächlich in einer zentralen Position, bezogen auf die Gesamtlänge der vorbennanten Längskanten, angeordnet ist.
