Abstract

The blind has a hinged arm which is arranged on a supporting tube (2). The tube can be fixed to a wall using fastening brackets which have an arrangement for adjusting the inclination of the tube relative to them, in order to adjust the slope of the blind. Each tube may have a holder (12), which overlaps a mounting section (16) on each bracket. This section may be curved, and the tube may be tensioned relative to it, in order to set or adjust its slope. The inside of the tube may lie against the section, and its outside may be acted upon by a tensioning screw.

Description

The invention relates to an articulated arm awning with an arrangement for Tilt adjustment or adjustment, the articulated arms on one Support tube are arranged, which in turn via mounting brackets can be fixed on the wall, the arrangement for tilt adjustment is arranged on the mounting brackets such that the inclination of the Carrier tube is adjustable relative to the mounting brackets.

Such an awning is known for example from DE 1 955 577 A. The wall brackets of this awning are made in two parts. They include one mounting bracket each with a cylindrical jaw opening and a bearing part that fits positively on the Carrying tube is pushed on. The bearing part has a cylindrical, projecting Approach on that in the mouth opening of the mounting bracket is pivotally mounted. Fixing the angular position of the bearing part and thus the support bar opposite the fixed mounting brackets happens by means of clamping screws that go into a mouth opening coaxial arcuate slot of the mounting bracket and in corresponding holes in the bearing part can be inserted. A disadvantage of However, this known awning is complicated to assemble and is complex. Awnings of the generic type are furthermore from DE 21 53 676 A, DE 25 04 159 A1 and EP 0 461 062 A1 known. These awnings are also complex and complicated Assembly required.

It is also known to be relative to the tilt adjustment of the articulated arms to the floor or relative to the wall on which the mounting brackets are attached, an inclination adjustment arrangement is provided which enables a change in the inclination of the awning arms relative to the support tube, the support tube in turn fixed to the mounting brackets connected is. This solution is structurally relatively complex.

The entire cassette is already known from cassette awnings trained to be pivotable relative to the wall, but these solutions are also comparatively expensive.

Accordingly, the invention is based on the object of an articulated arm awning, in particular an articulated arm awning of the open type, To be designed so that it is structurally simple and with a low Number of parts an inclination adjustment can be realized. Besides, is a particularly simple and quick installation is provided.

This object is achieved in that the support tube Carrier tube holder having a holding portion of the mounting brackets reach over in a bow.

This configuration means that there is no inclination adjustment arrangement for everyone individual articulated arm is required, but it can tilt the whole Adjusted support tube and the articulated arms connected to it so that the relationships between the articulated arms and the support tube remain constant regardless of the inclination set.

The holding section is in particular hook-shaped, so that the entire awning can be easily attached during assembly.

The holding section of the mounting brackets is curved, so that depending on the inclination of the bow-shaped support tube holder, the space required of the holding section in the recess of the support tube holder different and accordingly due to the curvature of the holding section a certain slope practically over the different space requirements is defined.

In order to fix an inclination set in this way, it is advantageously provided that that the support tube can be clamped relative to the holding section, wherein for this purpose it is favorably with its inside on the holding section abuts and can be loaded with screws from the outside and can thus be clamped against the holding section.

For the final fixation of an inclination set in this way can be provided be that the holding section is a threaded hole for a stop screw has that on the U-bottom of the bow-shaped support tube holder attacks.

Furthermore, it can be provided that the holding section of the fastening brackets is dimensioned so that its diameter is approximately in the direction perpendicular to the fastening section towards its free outer end gets smaller. This configuration ensures that the hanging the awning is easier during assembly.

An awning 1 shown in the drawing comprises a support tube 2 which bearing 3 are arranged for a cloth shaft 4. Continue to extend away from the support tube 2 two articulated arms 5, which one inner articulated arm section 6 and an articulated with this outer articulated arm section 7, which in turn articulated with a drop pipe 8 is connected, on which via a welt groove 9 outer end of the awning fabric 1o is set. The inner articulated arm section 6 is mounted on the support tube 2 via an arm bracket 10.

To attach the support tube 2 and thus the entire awning 1 a wall 11 serve two bow-shaped support tube holder 12, which, like described in detail below, fixed to mounting brackets 13 become.

Each wall bracket 13 comprises a plate-shaped fastening section 14, which is screwed onto the wall 11 by means of screws 15. A hook-like extension extends away from the fastening section 14 Holding section 16, which, as can be seen in particular from FIGS. 3 and 4, first bulging outwards and then jumping back inwards is bent. The holding section 16 has a threaded bore 17 for a stop screw 18 from below Retaining section 16 can be screwed through.

Each support tube holder 12 is U-shaped, like a bracket can be seen from Fig. 6. The U-legs 19 of the support tube holder 12 each have a recess 2o, the height of which is the height of the Carrier tube 2 corresponds, and which are penetrated by the support tube 2, the recesses 2o are open to the inside, so that Support tube 2 slidable in this direction or by means of two Tensioning screws 21 can be clamped.

The support tube holder 12 are dimensioned so that between their U-bottom 22 and the support tube 2 guided in the U-legs 19 have a recess remains in such a way that the holding section 16 the mounting brackets 13 can intervene, as in particular 3 and 4 becomes clear. So it is possible to cover the entire awning the mounting brackets 13 simply hang up what the assembly process or the initiation of the assembly process considerably simplified.

From Fig. 1 and 2 as well as from Fig. 3 and 4 it is clear that in this suspended state, the inside of the support tube 2 to the system on the outside of the holding section 16 of the fastening brackets 13 arrives.

Due to the curvature of the holding section 16 of the fastening brackets 13 is the required distance between the U-bottom 22 of each support tube holder 12 and the inside of the support tube 2 in the horizontal state the articulated arms 5 maximally and increases with increasing inclination (cf. on the one hand Fig. 1 and 2 and on the other hand Fig. 3 and 4) progressively. There this distance via the screws 21 on the outside of the support tube 2 act, the effect is adjustable, can in this way desired inclination set or fixed by means of screws 21 become. A final stabilization in the set state will achieved by tightening the stop screws 18.
