- A bracket according to claim 1, characterized in that for adjustment of the angle of inclination of the first holding element (14) to be implemented, the flanges (1, 2) have at least one oblong hole (23, 24) in the shape of a segment of a circle and concentric of the central longitudinal axis (12) of the support pipe (13); and in that the first holding element (14) has corresponding threaded holes with which engage fastening screws (25, 26) passing from outside through the oblong holes (23, 24).
- A bracket according to claim 7, characterized in that two oblong holes (23, 24) are disposed on each flange (1, 2) at a distance from each other.
