Abstract

Bei einer Gelenkarmmarkise mit einer Anordnung zur Neigungsverstellung bzw. -einstellung, wobei die Gelenkarme an einem Tragrohr angeordnet sind, welches seinerseits über Befestigungskonsolen (13) an der Wand festlegbar ist, ist zur Erzielung einer konstruktiv einfachen, eine geringe Teilezahl aufweisenden Lösung vorgesehen, daß die Anordnung zur Neigungseinstellung an den Befestigungskonsolen (13) derart angeordnet ist, daß die Neigung des Tragrohrs (2) relativ zu den Befestigungskonsolen (13) verstellbar ist. <IMAGE>

Description

  • Die Erfindung richtet auf eine Gelenkarmmarkise mit einer Anordnung zur Neigungsverstellung bzw. -einstellung, wobei die Gelenkarme an einem Tragrohr angeordnet sind, welches seinerseits über Befestigungskonsolen an der Wand festlegbar ist.
  • Herkömmlicherweise ist zur Neigungseinstellung der Gelenkarme relativ zum Boden bzw. relativ zu der Wand, an der die Befestigungskonsolen angebracht sind, eine Neigungseinstellanordnung vorgesehen, die eine Veränderung der Neigung der Markisenarme relativ zum Tragrohr ermöglicht, wobei das Tragrohr seinerseits fest mit den Befestigungskonsolen verbunden ist. Diese Lösung ist konstruktiv relativ aufwendig.
  • Es ist zwar von Kassettenmarkisen her schon bekannt, die gesamte Kassette relativ zur Wand schwenkbar auszubilden, jedoch sind auch diese Lösungen vergleichsweise teuer.
  • Dementsprechend liegt der Erfindung die Aufgabe zugrunde, eine Gelenkarmmarkise, insbesondere eine Gelenkarmmarkise des offenen Bautyps, so auszugestalten, daß konstruktiv einfach und mit einer geringen Anzahl von Teilen eine Neigungsverstellung realisierbar ist.
  • Diese Aufgabe wird erfindungsgemäß dadurch gelöst, daß eine Anordnung zur Neigungseinstellung an den Konsolen derart vorgesehen ist, daß die Neigung des Tragrohrs relativ zu den Konsolen verstellbar ist.
  • Durch diese Ausgestaltung ist keine Neigungsverstellanordnung für jeden einzelnen Gelenkarm erforderlich, sondern es kann die Neigung des gesamten Tragrohrs und der damit fest verbundenen Gelenkarme verstellt werden, so daß die Verhältnisse zwischen den Gelenkarmen und dem Tragrohr unabhängig von der eingestellten Neigung konstant bleiben.
  • Vorteilhafterweise ist vorgesehen, daß das Tragrohr Tragrohrhalter aufweist, die einen Halteabschnitt der Befestigungskonsolen bügelförmig übergreifen. Der Halteabschnitt ist insbesondere hakenförmig ausgebildet, so daß die gesamte Markise bei der Montage einfach eingehängt werden kann.
  • Der Halteabschnitt der Befestigungskonsolen ist gekrümmt ausgebildet, so daß je nach Neigung der bügelförmigen Tragrohrhalter der Platzbedarf des Halteabschnitts in der Ausnehmung des Tragrohrhalters unterschiedlich ist und dementsprechend aufgrund der Krümmung des Halteabschnitts praktisch über den unterschiedlichen Platzbedarf eine bestimmte Neigung definiert wird.
  • Zum Fixieren einer so eingestellten Neigung ist günstigerweise vorgesehen, daß das Tragrohr relativ zu dem Halteabschnitt verspannbar ist, wobei es zu diesem Zweck günstigerweise mit seiner Innenseite an dem Halteabschnitt anliegt und von der Außenseite her mit Schrauben beaufschlagbar und gegen den Halteabschritt somit verspannbar ist.
  • Zur endgültigen Fixierung einer so eingestellten Neigung kann vorgesehen sein, daß der Halteabschnitt eine Gewindebohrung für eine Anschlagschraube aufweist, die an dem U-Boden des bügelförmigen Tragrohrhalters angreift.
  • Weiterhin kann vorgesehen sein, daß der Halteabschnitt der Befestigungskonsolen so dimensioniert ist, daß sein Durchmesser in Richtung etwa senkrecht zum Befestigungsabschnitt zu seinem freien äußeren Ende hin kleiner wird. Durch diese Ausgestaltung wird erreicht, daß das Einhängen der Markise bei der Montage erleichtert wird.
  • Nachfolgend wird die Erfindung anhand eines bevorzugten Ausführungsbeispiels in Verbindung mit der Zeichnung näher beschrieben. Dabei zeigen:

  • Eine in der Zeichnung dargestellte Markise 1 umfaßt ein Tragrohr 2, an welchem Lager 3 für eine Tuchwelle 4 angeordnet sind. Weiterhin erstrecken sich von dem Tragrohr 2 zwei Gelenkarme 5 weg, welche einen inneren Gelenkarmabschnitt 6 und einen mit diesem gelenkig verbundenen äußeren Gelenkarmabschnitt 7 umfassen, welcher wiederum gelenkig mit einem Ausfallrohr 8 verbunden ist, an welchem über eine Kedernut 9 das äußere Ende des Markisentuchs 1o festgelegt ist. Der innere Gelenkarmabschnitt 6 ist an dem Tragrohr 2 über eine Armkonsole 1o gelagert.
  • Zur Befestigung des Tragrohrs 2 und damit der gesamten Markise 1 an einer Wand 11 dienen zwei bügelförmige Tragrohrhalter 12, welche, wie nachstehend im einzelnen beschrieben, an Befestigungskonsolen 13 festgelegt werden.
  • Jede Wandkonsole 13 umfaßt einen plattenförmigen Befestigungsabschnitt 14, der über Schrauben 15 an der Wand 11 angeschraubt wird. Von dem Befestigungsabschnitt 14 weg erstreckt sich ein hakenartiger Halteabschnitt 16, der, wie insbesondere aus Fig. 3 und 4 erkennbar ist, sich zunächst nach außen vorwölbend und dann wieder nach innen zurückspringend gebogen ist. Der Halteabschnitt 16 weist eine Gewindebohrung 17 für eine Anschlagschraube 18 auf, die von unten her den Halteabschnitt 16 durchsetzend einschraubbar ist.
  • Jeder Tragrohrhalter 12 ist U-förmig bügelartig ausgebildet, wie insbesondere aus Fig. 6 zu erkennen ist. Die U-Schenkel 19 des Tragrohrhalters 12 weisen je eine Ausnehmung 2o auf, deren Höhe der Höhe des Tragrohrs 2 entspricht, und welche vom Tragrohr 2 durchsetzt werden, wobei die Ausnehmungen 2o zur Innenseite hin offen sind, so daß das Tragrohr 2 in dieser Richtung verschiebbar bzw. mittels je zweier Spannschrauben 21 verspannbar ist.
  • Die Tragrohrhalter 12 sind so dimensioniert, daß zwischen deren U-Boden 22 und dem in den U-Schenkeln 19 geführten Tragrohr 2 eine Ausnehmung derart verbleibt, daß in diese Ausnehmung der Halteabschnitt 16 der Befestigungskonsolen 13 eingreifen kann, wie dies insbesondere aus Fig. 3 und 4 deutlich wird. Es ist also möglich, die gesamte Markise an den Befestigungskonsolen 13 zunächst einmal einfach einzuhängen, was den Montagevorgang bzw. die Einleitung des Montagevorgangs erheblich vereinfacht.
  • Aus Fig. 1 und 2 ebenso wie aus Fig. 3 und 4 wird deutlich, daß in diesem eingehängten Zustand die Innenseite des Tragrohrs 2 zur Anlage an der Außenseite des Halteabschnitts 16 der Befestigungskonsolen 13 gelangt.
  • Aufgrund der Krümmung des Halteabschnitts 16 der Befestigungskonsolen 13 ist der erforderliche Abstand zwischen dem U-Boden 22 jedes Tragrohrhalters 12 und der Innenseite des Tragrohrs 2 im waagerechten Zustand der Gelenkarme 5 maximal und nimmt mit zunehmender Neigung (vgl. einerseits Fig. 1 und 2 und andererseits Fig. 3 und 4) progressiv ab. Da dieser Abstand über die Schrauben 21, die auf die Außenseite des Tragrohrs 2 einwirken, im Effekt verstellbar ist, kann auf diese Weise eine gewünschte Neigung eingestellt bzw. mittels der Schrauben 21 fixiert werden. Eine endgültige Stabilisierung im eingestellten Zustand wird durch Anziehen der Anschlagschrauben 18 erreicht.

Claims (8)

  1. Gelenkarmmarkise mit einer Anordnung zur Neigungsverstellung bzw. -einstellung, wobei die Gelenkarme an einem Tragrohr angeordnet sind, welches seinerseits über Befestigungskonsolen an der Wand festlegar ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Anordnung zur Neigungseinstellung an den Befestigungskonsolen (13) derart angeordnet ist, daß die Neigung des Tragrohrs (2) relativ zu den Befestigungskonsolen (13) verstellbar ist.
  2. Gelenkarmmarkise nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Tragrohr (2) Tragrohrhalter (12) aufweist, die einen Halteabschnitt (16) der Befestigungskonsolen (13) bügelförmig übergreifen.
  3. Gelenkarmmarkise nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Halteabschnitt (16) der Befestigungskonsolen (13) gekrümmt ausgebildet ist.
  4. Gelenkarmmarkise nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Tragrohr (2) relativ zu dem Halteabschnitt (16) zur Festlegung bzw. Neigungseinstellung verspannbar ist.
  5. Gelenkarmmarkise nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Tragrohr (2) mit seiner Innenseite an dem Halteabschritt (16) anliegt und von der Außenseite her mit Schrauben (21) beaufschlagbar und gegen den Halteabschnitt (16) verspannbar ist.
  6. Gelenkarmmarkise nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Halteabschnitt (16) eine Gewindebohrung (17) für eine Anschlagschraube (18) aufweist, die an dem U-Boden (22) des Tragrohrhalters (12) angreift.
  7. Gelenkarmmarkise nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß Tragrohrhalter (12) und Gelenkarmkonsolen (1o) einstückig ausgebildet sind.
  8. Gelenkarmmarkise nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Halteabschnitt (16) der Befestigungskonsolen (13) so dimensioniert ist, daß sein Durchmesser in Richtung etwa senkrecht zum Befestigungsabschnitt (14) zu seinem freien äußeren Ende hin kleiner wird.
