Abstract
Description
The invention relates to a cutting station for cutting one continuously colliding on one strand Sub-forms of the same length of conveyed belt plastically deformable material in individual moldings on the Ends of the lower molds, with at least one cutting device is attached to a reversibly movable carriage and through the lower molds during the cutting process Guide elements are guided.
Such a cutting station is used, for example, at Manufacture of concrete roof tiles using the extrusion process needed. This method is based on a constant Speed promoted strand of abutting Subforms of equal length as a fresh concrete layer Endless tape applied through the top Forming tools of the usual for concrete roof tiles Surface contour is shaped accordingly. This continuously applied fresh concrete layer then in a cutting station at the end of each each lower mold by means of a cutting device with a Knives cut so that each subform is a single one Molded body carries, here a concrete roof tile blank. Is to it is necessary that the knife is always exactly at the joint inserted between two sub-forms in the fresh concrete layer becomes. The strand usually moves horizontally Direction and the knife in the vertical direction.
A cutting station of the type described is from the DE-A-22 52 047 known. With this cutting station it is from an air cylinder operated knife on an in horizontally reversible movable carriage mounted, the slide over a crank and Connecting rod is driven. The cutting device is on Screwed on slide, the guide elements are on the Screwed on cutting station. When changing the model produced concrete roof tiles must each Cutting device and the guide elements replaced and be readjusted. This requires a considerable changeover time required throughout the entire production facility stands still.
The object of the present invention is a cutting station of the kind described at the beginning the changeover for differently shaped fittings, especially for concrete roof tiles of different shapes, in short time is possible.
According to the invention the object is achieved in that the Cutting device is mounted on an intermediate frame, the is attachable to the carriage, and that the guide elements an adapter are mounted on the cutting station is attachable.
This design enables the cutting device complete with all accessories with the intermediate frame replace and also those adjusted on the adapter Guide elements to be replaced completely with the adapter. This reduces the changeover time to a few Minutes reduced.
A separate adjustment of the cutting device is not required if the intermediate frame on the slide over Fitting elements can be positioned. In this way it is achieved that the replaced intermediate frame is immediately in the correct one Position used for the slide and only on it must be attached.
The same advantage arises when the adapter on the Cutting station can be positioned using fitting elements.
For example, around an end face of a fitting with a To provide a special contour, a Dressing device can be attached with a dressing tool. This is desirable, for example, around the foot Round off the top edge of a concrete roof tile.
The knife of the cutting device is usually used by one double-acting pneumatic cylinder driven so that Cut can be done particularly quickly. Likewise, if available, the dressing tool moves pneumatically. To a Glue concrete to the knife or dressing tool prevent it, it is advantageous if these each in Rest position to be cleaned.
In order to enable the intermediate frame to be replaced quickly, it is advantageous if all supply lines to the devices attached to the intermediate frame via a Quick coupling can be connected to the cutting station. On this way, all can be done with a single movement Compressed air, power and liquid lines separated or be connected to each other.
The guide elements are required to during the Cutting a dodging a subform or down to the side to prevent. Since the subforms on the Sliding along guide elements, it is advantageous if this at least one coated to reduce wear Have surface. For example, on the surface a layer of hard metal is applied to the guide elements or the guide elements can be as hard metal plates be trained.
Exact lateral guidance is achieved if at least Two side guide elements are provided, which as Guide rails can be formed and on each other lie opposite guide surfaces of the lower mold.
A particularly precise guidance of the lower molds during the Cutting process is achieved when at least one of the lateral guide elements transverse to the conveying direction of the Lower mold is slidable, so that this is due to its Cross movement small tolerances between individual sub-forms is able to compensate.
A constant manager is maintained if that Pneumatically displaceable second lateral guide element can be pressed against the lower mold. On the second side A pneumatic cylinder can be a guide element, for example act. The pneumatic cylinder presses the second side Guide element on one of the side guide surfaces of the Lower mold on and thus the lower mold against that opposite first lateral guide element, which then forms the reference surface.

Pneumatikzylinders 58. Die Führungskraft ist über den auf den
Pneumatikzylinder 58 einwirkenden Luftdruck einstellbar.Fig. 3 shows the
Fig. 4 shows in cross section a
