Claims (15)

  1. Schienenelement, insbesondere für U-Bahn-, Straßenbahn- und Eisenbahngleise, bestehend aus einer im wesentlichen H-förmigen, kontinuierlichen monolithischen Kastenkonstruktion (2), die in der Fahrbahn (33) einzubetten ist, so daß sich die Oberflächen der vertikalen Teile der H-förmigen Kastenkonstruktion auf derselben Höhe befinden wie die Straßenoberfläche, wobei der horizontale Teil (24) der Konstruktion mit den oberen vertikalen Teilen einen Sitz zum lösbaren Anschließen eines verschleißfähigen Radführungselements (12, 14, 38, 40, 40') definiert, wobei die Verbindung zwischen dem Führungselement und dem horizontalen Teil durch eine Mehrzahl von Bolzen (16) erhalten wird, die durch Schlitzlöcher (21) hindurchtreten, welche im horizontalen Teil (24) vorgesehen sind und einen Durchmesser haben, der größer als der Durchmesser der Bolzen ist, wobei die Bolzen (16) unter Zwischenlage einer Buchse (32) und einer Schraubenfeder (23) mit einer Mutter (19) in Eingriff stehen.
  2. Element nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Radführungselement aus einem Kopf (12) und einem Gegenblatt (14) besteht.
  3. Element nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Konstruktion (2) aus Eisenmaterial besteht und an ihrem unteren Ende zur Bildung einer Kammer (4) geschlossen ist.
  4. Element nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Kammer (4) mit schalldämmendem Material (20) gefüllt ist.
  5. Element nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Innere der Kammer (4) Verteiler für Leitungen und/oder Kabel aufnimmt.
  6. Element nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sich die Konstruktion außen in zwei Fortsätzen (6) fortsetzt, die im wesentlichen wie die Stützflansche herkömmlicher Schienen geformt sind.
  7. Element nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Kopf (12) und das Gegenblatt (14) als separate Stücke gebildet sind.
  8. Element nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zwischen der Außenfläche des Kopfes (12) und/oder des Blattes (14) und der Innenfläche des kastenförmigen Sitzes Gummidichtungen (29) eingefügt sind.
  9. Element nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Kastenkonstruktion an Platten (7) angeschweißt ist, die denselben Zweck wie herkömmliche Schwellen haben.
  10. Element nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Raum zwischen zwei parallelen Kastenkonstruktionen mit einer kontinuierlichen Platte (25) bedeckt ist.
  11. Element nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß es aus einer Weiche (34) besteht und die Führungselemente aus einer Zunge (38), zwei entsprechenden Backenschienen (40, 40') und einem Profilstab (41), der direkt mit der Wurzel (43) der Zunge (38) in Kontakt steht, bestehen.
  12. Element nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß es aus einem Kreuzungsstück besteht, wobei die Führungselemente aus einem Formstück bestehen, das zwei kreuzende Nuten aufweist.
  13. Element nach Anspruch 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Backenschienen (40, 40') an der Basis des Sitzes (36) durch Bolzen (42) fixiert sind, wobei die bewegliche Zunge (38) an der Wurzel (43) mit der Konstruktion verschraubt ist.
  14. Element nach Anspruch 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Zunge (38) mit ihrer Basis (45) auf einer Platte aus verschleißfestem Material gleitet.
  15. Element nach Anspruch 14, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Wurzel (43) in der Nähe des Endes, das der benachbarten Schiene zugewandt ist, angelenkt und elastisch vorgespannt ist, um der Verschiebung der Weichenzunge zu folgen.
